Read helped us in initial selection, quote and edge selections. Lauren was awesome keeping us to speed on schedule and progress. Joseph and Mike were fantastic installers. Great attention to detail and left us with a clean kitchen. Their joints were almost imperceptible. One small hiccup but Mr Baker resolved quickly. Reasonable prices and great service. Highly recommend.

Our experience was over all great. When we first began Tracy was very helpful with assisting us on the decision of countertops. We choose colonial white granite. We took a sample home to check and then ordered it. When it came in we got to check the slab to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and they put our name on the slab. We told them my husband would be gone for two weeks and they said that it could take up 2 weeks so that would be fine so we went ahead and got the template made. Well 3 days later they said that the slab was ready and they didn't want it to sit in the shop because they didn't want it to get damaged. At that point we didn't have anything ready and my husband wasn't home to get the countertops off but they said they would do it free of charge but I still needed to fix the wall. Then I said just let me know when so I have have it ready. Never got a call so I called them, then they didn't know when they could come. So as someone would be I was very confused. I had my husband call to straighten it all out. They called back and apologized for the confusion and said we would just wait till my husband got back. So the Monday that they had scheduled to come I called and they said no one had come in to install countertops today. Well then why did you schedule me when no one was going to come to work that day. So we rescheduled for the next day before 10am. I called to make sure they would still be coming. They said that they were loading up and this was at 9:30am (my house is easily 45 mins away). They got there at 11am. The people who actually installed the countertops were fantastic! The countertops were beautiful and they did such a good job installing them! You can't even tell there is a seam from how good they did the glue and how well it was cut from one slab. Thankfully the 2 men doing the countertops knew alot more than the people selling them and told us that no we didn't need L brackets if it only had a 12 inch over hang which made me feel alot better because I did not want them but we were told we needed them from the other people who worked here. Over all getting countertops was a wonderful experience, but businesses with people who do not communicate well make things alot harder to run.

AMAZING SERVICE! These guys went above and beyond. I have always wanted a beautiful stone top coffee table to be the centerpiece of my living room. MAN did they deliver. I went to their showroom and was able to hand pick a gorgeous piece of remnant stone. Charlie was so helpful and very easy to communicate with. They delivered it today and I am astounded by how beautiful it is! The delivery men were so nice too. When they brought in the piece they even asked if I use the outlet nearby so they wouldn't obstruct it (so thoughtful). They are super reasonable and exceeded all my expectations. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for countertops or remnant stone. I attached below an image of my coffee table top. I havent received the base (bought from amazon) yet due to COVID shipping delays but I think it will be a beautiful piece!

My counters are so messed up. I had them installed about a year ago. It was not done to my specifications due to what John said was a "fire hazard." He changed the width of my counters on one side. We were doing a complete renovation and could've changed the door opening to avoid the "fire hazard." He, nor anyone else called to tell me there was a change. Now, the seams have separated in one area and one of the other seams is so uneven you can't slide anything across it without it getting stopped by the uneven counter. They say you'll need brackets and then they say you don't. When selling the counters, John said their products were better and we wouldn't have to reseal them for 10+ years. The installer said they lie about that. He said the sealer they use is the same as everyone else and to seal them every year. So many lies, and bad business. I would not use them, EVER!

CJ, the salesman, was great. He is not only a very nice guy, he answered every question and was very knowledgeable about the products. The installers were also very good. I have 5 sections of countertop, and they all fit perfectly. They even did a great job of cleaning everything before they left. I would give this company more stars if I could. Highly recommend.

Superb Customer Support - from start to finish. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Knowledgeable, communicative, friendly staff; cost conscious advise; and timely and experienced installers- made my purchase of countertops in the kitchen and bath the best it could. All other product suppliers take note - THIS is how you do business!!

Only giving 3 stars because front desk/customer service was awful and rude and because they were super messy during installation. The day they were supposed to demo my existing countertops they said they were coming at 8am, no one showed up. At 9am I called the office and was told they were on their way. The woman who answers the phone was extremely rude. At 9:30 she called back and said they actually wouldn't be there until 11. I asked if they could come at 1 instead and was told no, it was 11am or a different day. EVEN THOUGH THEY SCHEDULED FOR 8AM. And they messed up the paint job on my cabinets during demo. No one ever called to schedule the install of my new countertops. Imagine my surprise when the installation guy called me from my driveway because no one was home. Since we didn't know they were coming, I had to work and leave them unattended at my house all day. When installing, they didn't put down any paper or plastic to protect the brand new hardwood floors and tracked granite dust all over my house. Didn't clean up. At all. Literally could see the dust boot prints of everywhere they went throughout my house. Additionally, they cut the granite on my front porch and made ZERO effort to clean it up. My front porch is now covered in granite dust that will be tracked in by anyone who walks across it. Oh and they cut the cooktop hole in the wrong place. But other than that, the countertops look great.

Followed up with READ at Huntsville granite; he was the project manager on our kitchen. I told him how his guys beat our backsplash out With hammers in such a way that the debris fell down behind our appliances and had to be removed by taking the appliances out and cleaning out all the mess they made. What they consider finishing Drywall is more a function of completing what they think their job is rather than actually finishing sheet rock. The first time they left the open holes in the walls and didn't replace the sheet rock like they were supposed to; the second time they came back and installed sheet rock but they used spackle instead of drywall compound so it's not even a finished, paintable product. Today, as I write this review there is a hole behind my microwave above my stove with cold air coming in because of the way they beat the sheet rock out with hammers. You would usually score or cut the sheet rock and take it out in a way that It can be replaced properly - Not these folks. After speaking with Reed today, I realized they have no idea what they are leaving their customers with when the project is over. There's no follow up, no follow through and definitely not a quality check. Steer clear.

This started out as a good thing, we ordered a vanity top for our master bathroom but it turned into a nightmare! They were very lax about calling you with information concerning when they were coming to do the installation and any follow-up afterward was always initiated by us. During installation the installers almost broke the granite, had my husband not been watching they would have. He told them to just slide it in because they were trying to "wiggle" it in from the top down the sides. In the process they caused a lot of damage to our drywall, we had scraps, scuffs, and lots of chunks torn out of it. We also had a side splash piece that was chipped and they used the wrong color of chalk! They told us that the company would come out and fix the drywall and get the side piece. We waited a day and when we didn't hear from them, we called the office and were told that they were not made aware of any damages! We sent them an email on Sept 18 stating the damages including pictures. After about 2 weeks of calling about when someone would get out to fix it and pick up the side splash piece, we finally got the owner out to look at it, about another week later! He stated that the contract said there might be some scuffs to drywall and we stated that these damages were much more than "scuffs"! He finally agreed to send someone out to fix it and said if they couldn't do so very soon then he would give us a $100 credit so we could get it fixed. We waited another week or so and never heard from them, so I finally called my charge company and disputed the charges because we were having so much trouble getting our side piece fixed and reinstalled and the drywall money. On Oct 9, 2023, they came to get the side piece and returned it on Oct 16th. On October 16, 2023, the owner finally called back to say he couldn't get on his contractor schedule "anytime soon" so he would just pay us the $100. He called on Oct 18th to say he wanted his money now that he had completed the installation of the side piece and reneged on paying the $100 for the drywall! I told him that I had released half of the bill and would release the other half when he paid us the $100 he agreed. He refused and went ballistic screaming at us on the phone! He accused us of using the system to get a free countertop, screaming at us that he wanted his money back in cash not redeposited into his account through the charge card because "we couldn't be trusted!" He even showed up at our house and continued his rampage! He did pay us the $100 in cash but still insisted that we pay him the other half of the bill because he didn't want to wait for the charge company to redeposit it, we told him we would not pay him again, and he just needed to wait just like we waited on him. It has been a nightmare dealing with him! The worst business experience we have ever had!!!
