Kamran and his team were outstanding from start to finish. We used these guys to install granite counter tops in our kitchen and we couldn't have been happier. Kam was super friendly and personable, making every step of the process comfortable and pleasant. We bought a large house a few years ago that needed complete remodeling. We were tackling most of the projects ourselves, but knew we wanted granite installed in each of the 6 bathrooms and the kitchen. Cam and his crew first did the kitchen and it turned out so beautifully! We thought we were going to have to have a seam by the sink, but he was able to cut the slab in a way that we now have no seams! It is beautiful! We took on the bathrooms next, and he was great at helping us pick out just the right pieces to go with the different decor in each bathroom. HTI was very professional and we feel we got a lot for our money. If we ever need granite again we will be calling Cam!

Cam and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen. We had a mid-sized project (new counters + creating a new peninsula). Throughout the process, Cam communicated well and was always available for questions. Further, his attention to detail was clear: he used quality materials and helped us choose products that worked well together. One thing worth mentioning: Cam does it all, unlike other "specialty" countertop contractors which won't reinstall your sink or handle demolition or tiling. We didn't want to manage multiple contractors, so having a single point-of-contact that had all the requisite skills was a big win. I'd definitely work with Cam and team again!

A Dream kitchen comes true! HTI offered us products that were far more superior then anything else we looked at and at a quarter the cost of everything else we were quoted. The entire kitchen remodel was completed in a timely manner. Cam and his team were very punctual, clean and pleasant to be around. The work site was kept clean and Cam answered any questions I had before during and after completion of this project. Sue and Nichole in the office were courteous and prompt to return calls and answer questions. The crew along with Cam, Chris, Evan, Mario, and Alvaro are amazing craftsmen. I have referred several people to HTI for great products and an amazing job. I had previous contractor nightmares, so I was worried about contracting with anyone, this experience was The best! Cam and his team did a wonderful job on our new kitchen. I found this company on Google with their wonderful reviews and they did not disappoint. Cam was very professional from the start. He would get back to me in a timely manner, answered all of my questions and designed a dream kitchen for me while honoring my budget. I also appreciated that he honored my time by showing up when he said he would. One great advantage was they were able to install my kitchen within a matter of days, not weeks. We even had our granite counter-tops installed within a day or two of the cabinets being installed. I am so glad I found this company and I Love my new kitchen!

After meeting and interviewing several companies and contractors to install new granite countertops in our kitchen and bathroom (along with a new vanity in our bathroom), we selected Kam of HTI. One of the things that stood out with Kam is his desire to do things the right way. We met with Kam several times to select the granite, sinks, the vanity, and various accessories. Kam was patient with us and always gave us options and expressed his opinion as well. The installation began on time (in fact, Kam asked and we happily allowed him to begin a day early), and ended early as well. We had granite installed over our existing kitchen cabinets, and our cabinets had not been installed very well. Kam, wanting to do things right, was able to make adjustments and compensate for our cabinet issues. Again, he would give us options and a recommendation before moving ahead. Kam and his staff were always professional and respectful of our condo. Kam's work exceeded our expectations. He is passionate about his work, doing things right, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him.

Our kitchen is beautiful and we are sooo happy with everything. Cam is very detailed oriented and worked with us beginning with the design of the kitchen where he sat with us and literally built the design from scratch. The install process was speedy as well. Our cabinets and countertops are fantastic! After a few months we had an issue with a cabinet hinge that broke and Cam quickly got us a warranty replacement hinge. Overall we highly recommend and you're in good hands with HTI.

Cam and the crew at HTI Granite did a wonderful job with our kitchen remodel. I started working with Lowes and their free kitchen design service. After they helped us get roughly what we wanted, a few things disappointed me about Lowes: Lowes' cabinets are of pretty disappointing quality, and demolition wasn't included! I found HTI Granite sold Starmark Cabinets and decided to get a second quote, and we're sure glad we did. Cam was very patient, and helpful suggesting alternatives to what Lowes suggested to us, and why (don't go lazy susans, try a corner cabinet so you can use all the space. How about 24" cabinets above the stove instead of 12 inch, so you can actually reach it). He also suggested a couple things which we're soooo happy he did, like removing two 1/2 walls sitting on top of the counter to open up the place, and modifying the soffit above the fridge to actually accommodate 24" cabinets. All being said, the quote and actual job from Cam came in UNDER the Lowes quote, and included demolition. We're extremely pleased with our new kitchen and the experience of working with Cam and HTI Granite

Cam did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We live in Breckenridge and Cam came out to measure and did the remodel timely. One reason we choose Cam was because he was willing to perform the entire remove, including tile, plumbing and installing wooden flooring. After the remodel, the gas stove was not working and Cam sent someone out that day from Denver to fix.

Cam and his crew did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen! The first thing that impressed us was that Cam listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want or need. Cam came to our house to check our measurements and also came a second time to help us with a question we had about our ceiling. We did our demo and once the cabinets arrived, the installation was almost completely finished within 3 days. We had one warped cabinet door that Cam reordered right away - no questions and no hassle. Our kitchen looks beautiful! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cam and his crew - they do great work.

I wrote a review 2 month's ago stating what a great experience we had meeting Cam and his wife at their shop in Denver, after many days of shopping in Denver and Fort Collins where we live. I said I would post another review after the install. Our experience was amazing. When we set a date for measuring, Cam arrived when he said he would be here. He took measurements, made suggestions and then showed us how the granite counter tops would be laid out. He had our slabs shipped from Fort Collins to his shop for cutting. We set a date mutually agreed upon. He told me when his workers would arrive to remove our existing counters and back splash. They arrived within 15 minutes of their arrival time and within 1 hour had everything ready for the new counters. Cam arrived shortly after, removed the sink and stove top and then installed the granite counter tops and back splash. They arrived at 8:20 and were completely finished by 2:30. We had a large area, 72 square feet, if iremember correctly. I was impressed that the slaps were so close to a perfect fit from the measurements, with very minor adjustments in a few places. The counter tops and back splash are beautiful. The new granite sink is great, which they installed and they put the stove top back in place, cleaned up and were done. From our first meeting to the finished product it was a first rate experience. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would at the price, which was lower than other places, they said. We are already talking about other projects. Cam did a fantastic job on our kitchen. We were in an extreme time crunch after other contractors dropped the ball in our job. Cam went out of his way to pick up our slabs, get them fabricated and in on time to save our kitchen from being without countertops for another three weeks. They were in and out. Loved the contractor crew! They had to carry a MASSIVE island slab up a half flight of stairs in our bi-level house and they did so impeccably, which also ensured we had no seams in our whole kitchen. I chose to go with HTI & Cam, after a disaster with another granite company who took my deposit and never returned. Complete opposite experience at HTI. I walked into their showroom on a Tues, and met with Sarah. I already had all my measurements from the other granite company, and so Sarah had a quote for me within an hour. The price was excellent. We asked to see the stones, and met Cam & Sue at his yard on Friday. We chose the stone, and Cam came over our house on Sat to do the template. By Monday, Cam gave me a call that they were ready to install the granite on Tuesday at 10 AM. I could not believe it! Tuesday morning Cam, let me know they were actually going to be an hour early - awesome! Mario, the fabricator and 2 helpers arrived on time, covered my floors and got to work. In 3 hours, we had our beautiful granite countertops installed and the guys were on their way. This is how it should be done, and I will refer anyone I know over to HTI. Thank you!!

I used Cam for two jobs. First, for my home. We had granite countertops and sinks installed in the kitchen with backsplash, and we had granite countertops installed in three bathrooms. Cam came out personally to measure and made suggestions for granite, materials and hardware. He personally supervised the install. The granite slabs were huge and his crew struggled, but were courteous and professional. The work was beautiful. A couple years later, we had a problem with one of the sinks. I called Cam and he promptly sent out one of his team members to fix the sink without charge. Second, based on our experience with our home, we used Cam to completely remodel the kitchen in our rental home. New cabinets, granite, sink, backsplash and floors. Again, Cam was helpful with the layout and suggestions on materials and finishes. All done on time and on budget. Only problem is now the kitchen is too beautiful compared to the rest of the house. We highly recommend Cam.

Simply the best! Gave us a better kitchen (counters and granite) than home depot quoted us at 1/4 of the cost. Custom cherry was even cheaper than getting our builder's grade refaced. I couldn't be more pleased by the service and installation. Office staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Cam clearly takes great pride in his work and it shows. They left the kitchen in perfect condition... even vacuumed sawdust out of our driveway. Every other company quoted us much higher costs and longer completion time. 2 days.... start to finish. 5 stars!

We could not recommend this company more highly. We had bids from 4 other companies for a large granite countertop project. Not only did Kam's company come in significantly lower than his competitors he was the only one who responded to emails, phone calls or even texts promptly ( usually within 1 hour) On the day of the install Kam was there on time with his crew. All of his team were polite and very professional. As for the job itself we could not be happier. All work completed was on time and exactly as promised. Kam and his crew are some of the best home improvement professionals we have dealt with.

No remodel ever goes smoothly and mine was no exception. Kam and his workers fixed plumbing snafus for free and did a nice job installing cabinets, granite and plumbing in both my kitchen and bathroom. They were on time, conscientious, and professional. I had a problem the next day, and Kam came over and fixed it immediately. I got estimates from the big box stores and another contractor. Home Tech knocked the estimates out of the park. For the price of Formica countertops and no installation at the big stores, I got granite countertops, kitchen cabinets and bath vanity, tearout, and installation. I have already recommended them to others.

I got 50 sq ft of Santa Cecilia installed about 3 weeks ago. The pricing was very competetive and was very cheap which primarily what we were looking for. Working with Cam was very easy and he was very straight forward regarding the entire process. The only issues I had were that the installers were not very courteous and they initally walked in our house with their wet muddy snowy shoes, and not until the third guy came in did they ask me if I wanted to put down some cardboard. Generally they were not really concerned with the cleanliness of my home. Other than that the install was ok. The granite and undermounted stainless steel sink looked very nice although if you look closely there are a bunch of nicks in the corners and some of the edges were fairly scratched. Overall when you look at the granite it looks ver nice, but the fabrication seemed a bit sub-par. I would probably go with a different company if I were to do it again and pay a bit more.

They advertise great prices for slab granite (installed at 25D/sq ft). There is a first time for everthing and for me the precedent with HTI was that it was the first time I have ever been sent out of a store because they didn't want my business. I went into the store to inquire about gettting a smaller slab for a new island we built in our rental condo downtown. They "sent me packin'" for three reasons: 1.) They "didn't want to do my small job" 2.) The owner said I was too detail oriented (how do you get too detail oriented about a rectangle? We're talkin' 66x28 inch island!) 3.) My downtown location posed too many complexities (yet they advertise service in Pueblo!) If you have a smaller job don't waste your time. I understand if they are busy and my small project is not high on priority list but I'd have at least expected options like "we could schedule you right after this big job is done" or "Small jobs have a premium price"... But instead the owner literally pointed me out the door and said "I hope we are not on your black list but I don't want to do your job". They do have good prices but I'd only spend the time if you have a larger scale job. Otherwise save yourself and the bothered owner the time...

My experience has not been as positive as I had hoped. While Cam did a great job of proposing ideas for my new kitchen, one of the cabinets started to break after about 18 months after it was installed. Mastercraft, the cabinet supplier, provided excellent customer service and replaced the cabinet at no charge. However, Cam refused to install the cabinet as it was beyond the "12 month" guarantee described in his contract. Consequently, I am looking for someone who would be able to install this cabinet. If anyone has a recommendation for me to contact, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Buyer beware. Cam made us feel as if he was doing us a favor for a job we (over)paid him to do. Talked a lot of talk in the first meeting then did not include what was discussed in initial meeting in bid. Change order king. Sloppy workers. Poor attention to detail, grout work cracking after a few weeks, but most annoying is that the sink was installed incorrectly. Not impressed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They took forever to get back to me with a response on our contract and then ended up breaching it. NOT professional and extremely rude. The only time I've gotten a response is when I let them know I'm afraid I'll have to go the legal route to recoup damages and losses. I definitely do not recommend using this company. You'd think a family run and owned small business would be eager to please, but it seems the owner overlooks himself and simply does not care. Do not use HTI Granite unless you have money and time to throw down the drain. Even then, I'd try my luck at the lottery instead! So disappointing.

Will never recommend this company! Our experience horrible. It started out a little rocky. Kamran's price was high at first. When I let him know that he was high Kamran got upset and dropped his price 15%. We did decide to go with home tech. after he corrected his price. What made me skeptical was they wanted payment in full for the cabinets which raised a red flag but our friend had used them and said it went fine for them so we went ahead and paid in full(big mistake). Once the cabinets arrived we wanted to do the install with our own contractor. Cindy at home tech said since they are not doing the install they would not deliver the cabinets. Even though we paid for delivery. Kamran was supposed to get back to us (about delivery refund) and never did. When we picked up the cabinets the midwest gave us the invoice that showed the cost to home tech. Home tech marked up the material 60%. Needless to say when I saw that I gave them several calls to talk with kameran . And again no response from kamran. We did have a couple of issues with the cabinets being damaged but Midwest stepped up and took very good care of us no questions asked a+ for midwest(still no response from home tech). Kamran also told us about granite that is really nice that he paid $13 a sq ft. Once I did the math on the estimate. Kamran wanted to charge us $65 a sq ft. That's $52 for fab and install a bit high don't you think? Fab and install cost us $22 a sq ft. We used Rock Logic in Denver for thr granite and he turned us on to the fabricator. We let our friend who referred us know about the problems we were havingand he let us know he also was having a hard time getting them back out to fix his granite. Lesson learned no payment in full.
