Way to expensive found same products cheaper but as a custom shop they do good work and self employed they do give you info and a better experience so only gave average rating mainly due to price. I paid 30% less for which I believe the same stone. If it was for my home I would purchase from them but my business needed something less expensive. Good people

When I visited House of Granite, I was just starting my search for the perfect quartzite slab for my kitchen island and decided to just look other places to see other colors etc. It became so overwhelming for the decision on what to choose and how to find a reputable installer and fabricator for the slab and so on. Save yourself the time and trouble and visit House of Granite. Danny and Tracy were super helpful from start to finish. The team showed up on time for each appointment. On the day of install, it was a challenge to get the huge slab into our home but they figured it out and did a beautiful job. From sales to fabrication to install, the team did a stellar job! My Island is perfect!

Amended 08/28/2023 After speaking to Traci over the weekend, I have to amend my previous review. The marble tabletop was installed today by House of Granite and looks amazing. It took an old mahogany antique bread table in desperate need of some TLC, into a work of art. I didn't realize the amount of color in the marble until after the sealant was applied and the overhead lights were on. The difference between the colors when the marble was on edge(vertical), as to installed on a horizontal plane were like night & day. Having only recently moved into the area(roughly a month ago), and still having a long list of planned, upcoming projects. This makes a couple of additions(bathroom vanities & kitchen counter tops) to our long list of projects. THANX Traci, Looking forward to some more projects in the future. Next BIG question: how likely is it going to be to match the marble we just received?

We loved working with House of Granite. They are extremely helpful when it comes to our indecisiveness. They put out different options at multiple budgets. To top of it off, they do the work in a timely manner and have a very friendly team, which is a big plus. Very reasonable pricing and we got exactly what we wanted. Wish I could give more stars! From the staff in the office to the amazing installers this company was an absolute pleasure to work with and the final product is STUNNING. They have a very wide variety of unique granite and are extremely knowledgeable. They book quite far out due to being so busy but we were able to have installation completed 3 weeks early as they shifted things when other projects happened to run behind. My contractor has always had positive experiences with them as well. Will definitely recommend House Of Granite to anyone looking for granite or tile.

Awesome service! I needed the cutout for my cooktop enlarged to accommodate our new cooktop. It was a last minute ask as we thought the new one would fit, they fit us in same day when an opening came available and were very friendly and professional, even offered to haul away the old cooktop which is not their role. I will definitely use again when the need arises.

I was looking to replace my kitchen and bathroom countertops for my vacation home in Groveland. I called many business in and around Groveland and Sonora. Either I did not get a call back or I was made to feel like I was bothering them. On the way back home from Groveland, I noticed House of Granite in Manteca. My wife and I stopped in and talked with Danny (the owner). He and Tracy showed us the slabs they had on site and the rest was history! Not only was the price very reasonable, but the service was crazy! They actually installed the granite when they said they would, but also left my home clean and beautiful. If you are having problems getting a local contractor to call you back, or want the best selection and service-give Danny a call today. You will not be sorry you did. I cannot say enough good things about The House of Granite. Starting with the owner Danny and is personal greeting and ability to work with me (home owner). Yes, I had to wait a little but the end product was worth the wait. The crew was great, measure once no twice and get it right. We have been looking for quartz and/or sea glass countertops and have not found a slab we loved. We just happened upon House of Granite while driving by and decided to stop. We were met by Danny, he showed us around and explained all our options. We chose 2 samples to take home. We finally decided on one and Danny has been very accommodating with all our delays over the last few months. Well today was the day, Countertop install. We are so happy with the pride of workmanship from these guys. They worked diligently and made sure our project was perfect. They even installed the sink which we didn't expect. It looks amazing. Great job! We are having them do our bathroom now.

From start to finish House of Granite was superb. We received exactly what we wanted. Both our long counter and the breakfast bar consist of one piece each. Everyone who worked with us, worked to perfection. Our first slab picks were inspected and rejected by Danny. We truly appreciated that extra step of ensuring we had exceptional slabs. I was also impressed with their communication efforts during the entire process. They are booked out for about one or two months but I suggest being patient. They are well worth it. No big box store would ever be able to provide this kind of service and high quality.

We recently had our kitchen and 2 bathrooms done with granite countertops and quartz stone in the shower walls. We decided on House of Granite because I like to give my business to local independently owned businesses. We stopped here after driving by many times and they had a nice selection of granite slabs to choose from with a great variance in price range. We were assisted by the owner, Danny who is a super nice and friendly guy. Also the head installer in charge, Saul is an artist in my opinion. The guy along with his crew do fantastic work. We are very happy with the final results of the work. At my request Danny recommended an outside construction business to help with installation of the sinks, bathtub, shower etc along with some extra work we wanted done. They also did a great job. I strongly recommend you do your homework on the types and colors of granite and the layout you want before shopping. We didn't and I guess it's my fault but I felt like we would get more design ideas and help from Danny. Nobody ever came out to my house to see what they were working with. I actually had to take all of the measurements myself and bring a sketch to Danny so he could figure out how much rock we needed. We sort of just picked our colors and fumbled our way through the process, but in the end we are happy with the results. Our kitchen and bathrooms are pretty small so it made the design issues very basic. Actually Saul was a big help when he was at the house taking all the final measurements before install.

We ended up coming here and ended up ordering a slab of quartz we found a installer that was going to give us a deal waited over a week and didn't here back from them until I called, service was great here very attentive and nice but we ended up getting a refund due to the supplier shutting down but ended up getting our black splash tiles here, don't let my story discourage you just take my experience and run with it.

Terrible customer service. I had to go back twice to try to get help because they only have 1 person working. I felt rushed and like she didn't want to help me and I went in to purchase that day. The woman working the front desk is useless. Hire more people or employees with customer service skills.
