AVIANCA's expertise is evident from the exceptional kitchen designs she prepares for customers & the many great tips or suggestions she offers for our review & consideration. I have also purchased Kitchen / Bar Sinks from HomeCo that AVIANCA showed me, along with beautiful Countertops. My only regret is not coming sooner to purchase from HomeCo for the properties I manage which i am now renovating. I have purchased here a few times now and didn’t have any problems. This morning I had the misfortune of arriving to find that there were no sales representatives around at 8am. After waiting about 20 minutes, Maria arrives and when I try to ask for help with a quote on some cabinets I was met with a rude and unwelcoming attitude. She claimed that she had just arrived and that I would have to wait then she goes on to say that I actually have to wait for the rep who sold to me last who had not arrived yet. Maybe Maria needs to be retrained when it comes to customer service if she is going to work with people. Otherwise you’re going to continue to lose sales and customers.

They have the best pricing on cabinetry and also with granite or quartz countertops in the Southern California area. The service is great and they have a great selection for anything that is required for kitchen or baths. Isela, customer service rep at the Alhambra office, was a pleasure to work with. Her level of professionalism and humble demeanor exceeded my expectations. She helped me select the countertop and backsplash color combo. I was starting to doubt this place when we waited around for about 30-40 minutes till a young lady showed up and in matter of minutes helped around 4 customers waiting to be helped in the show room, we were the last ones but worth the wait. Avianca Fuentes helped us with the design from start to finish, she's very on it, she's very talented and we were beyond grateful with her service. Very happy with our recent kitchen remodel handled by Mr Li at HomeCo. After getting multiple bids on gutting and renovating kitchen from 1950s... (picture avocado green and aged yellow tile, three layers of flooring and I swear I had a stove that was from the 70s.)...we selected HomeCo. Mr Li provided references and we checked ALL OF THEM. He came highly recommended from former clients. HomeCo gave us the lowest estimate on our project and we selected them because a) great references b) quality. Their cabinets are made in US. OF WOOD. NO PARTICLE BOARD. That was important to us. Mr Li and his workers communicated with us regularly, completed project within timeframe and there were No Surprises. No additional expenses. Looking forward to having Mr Li at HomeCo handle my 1950s flamingo pink bathroom remodel next.

I do not have enough good things to say about Home Co., Jane W. (sales consultant and designer), and the two installers who completely installed our entire kitchen (cabinets, counter tops, hardware, and handles), all within 9 hours on a Saturday. These guys know what they are doing! I previously purchased a granite counter top from Home Co. approximately 5 years ago, but never considered that they might do cabinetry as well. I had already priced out a full cabinet job with 3 other companies before I decided to give Home Co. a call, to inquire if they still had the same kind of granite in stock that I had previously purchased, to match our center-island. That is when I inquired to see if they also did cabinetry and was referred to Jane W. to further discuss my needs. I supplied Jane with my measurements and within 1 day, she provided me a 3D design of what my kitchen would look like with the requested style of cabinets we had picked. After making a few adjustments to the design (which she very promptly made), I was provided with a quote, which included cabinets, granite counter top, hardware, lazy susan, handles, and delivery/installation. The quote we received was by far the lowest of the four companies we had prices from, so we decided to proceed with the transaction. We had already spent 3 days doing the "rough work" (demolition, electrical work, plumbing/gas, patching, and painting), but we were a head of scheduled. So, I gave Jane W. a call to ask if we could schedule the delivery and installation sooner. After checking with her team, she was able to push the installation forward to occur within 2 days of my call, which we were elated to hear. What we were not expecting is that the two installers would complete the entire job within 1 day. Usually, it takes them at least two days to install an entire kitchen, but these guys worked fast and understandably, they didn't want to drive all the way out to where I lived for a 2nd day of work, which was definitely fine by me. So, all in all, we completed our entire kitchen remodel within 5 days at a fraction of the cost of what we would have paid at other retailers or by going with a contractor, who would have outsourced everything. Thank you Home Co. I will definitely be back!

Found HomeCo, on the same afternoon, i had cancelled a $4500 granite purchase from a large supplier. The cancellation was due to them giving me the runaround on granite choices and prices. Went to HomeCo, and found the same granite, and was quoted a price including installation of less than half from the other place. Was told these were prefabs instead of full slabs, but that was fine, as i did not have any needs wider than a counter. When we went to choose...Vicky suggested something called "Snow White", i initially turned it down, as my color scheme leaned more to amber, gold, and red mahogany...But when i looked at the slab, it was OMG...perfection, with veins and sparkles...MUCH more character than my original choice. The price was still very comparable...I asked about installation time, and was told..."one day" (the other company said it would be 14 business days, AFTER measuring..) HomeCo's team arrived in the morning, made their measurements, and set up their cutting equipment in the driveway. When unloading the slabs...Miguel pointed out a problem...there was a 45 inch crack in one slab, and a nickel sized gouge in the other. We called Vicky, and she said no problem...we will take care of it. While two techs worked...one of them went to get the replacement pieces and was back by noon with the replacement slabs. As was said before...the install team did not speak much english..but the lead Miguel spoke enough so that he understood my needs and setup. These were not just day laborers, these were craftsmen... They worked clean through without a break, and finished at 6:30pm. Everything looks great...! I would, and have recommended HomeCo for countertops and granite to any of my friends....

I was at an AOAUSA (apt owners assoc) convention when I came across Homeco. When I called to inquire about a kitchen remodel for a rental unit, I was fortunate to come across Jane W. She is very professional and knowledgeable and willing to make the deal happen. Since this was my first kitchen remodel, I relied on her to assist me and guide me. We did everything over the phone. When we finally came to an agreement on the price, I drove out there to review the materials. On the day I was going to drive out to see her, I had to stop at a paint store to pick out some paint. Then right next door was a place called Granada Cabinets in Industry. Since I had my invoice with me, I actually wandered in and showed it to them. Granada said they can definitely beat the price. I was curious to see if they would really beat Homeco's price. When they wrote it up, it was only $42 less. Later, Granada sent me an email and said they can go a few hundred dollars lower. At that point, I felt like dealing with Jane was worth paying a little more. If you're considering a remodel, give Homeco a call and ask for Jane. :)

4/8/17 Amazing prices by far the prices can not be beat. Granite or quartz installation to demolition they do it all.. 4/17/17 from my experience... Was told Installation would be on 4/14 the guys came out walked in re-measured my counter and said that I needed a longer slab on granite and pretty much said to call the company and buy pay difference which didnt make sense cause I measured it myself and told Maria (the lady that works there) exaxtly what I needed. I drove to HomeCo and unfortunately Maria was off and the other girl working there refused to help us since Maria was the one who helped us first. Thats a whole new story! After getting everything straighten out with Maria via her cell phone, the granite was installed and looks great! I would suggest speaking with Maria considering she has way more personality and customer service skills than the other girl working there. Thanks Maria for your help!!

This location is on Arrow Highway Good quality for price Quick installation, almost too quick as some of the cabinets were not installed properly. They came back promptly and fixed all problems. Im a bit surprised that installers do not get together with the client to assure everything is done satisfactory and in order. I am although very satisfied and the kitchen cabinets are beautiful. They loaded the quartz on my drivers truck and he came home with the wrong piece even though I shopped the previous day for it ! We labeled the quartz and paid for it. The manager Ping Ping told me I should have been with him. Why, we labeled it with my invoice number!!!! She basically hung up on me before I could ask her to pay the driver for his gas. Now I have to pay for his gas twice. I just wanted her to take responsibility!!!! By the way, I like the quartz! Very poor customer service Ping Ping!

They have reasonable prices on their products. Avianca, one of their front desk/ sales reps, was extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions. The reason for only 3 stars is the other front desk/sales rep, Maria. We went to this store twice and she was extremely rude both times. She rolled her eyes at us and then refused to make eye contact with us when we asked her questions about the granite and the backsplash tile. She was curt and acted like she didn't want to help. She honestly was the reason we decided to get granite at another shop.

I bought some quartz for an island project. We installed it and everything looked fine for two weeks. Then my crew informed that there was a crack in the island. I have to replace the entire island. I have worked with them before and their policy is once the stone leaves their store they are not responsible Buyer beware. Quality is no bueno. Service is no bueno.

We are extremely disappointed with both their kitchen products and their after-sale customer service. We bought a [supposedly] stainless steel under-mount sink and counter top from HomeCo in Alhambra for our kitchen remodel. After 2 weeks we see rust spots. Previous stainless sink lasted over 60 years without this kind of disfiguration. We went to the store and talked to William the manager (maybe owner) who basically said we got it from China you should have inspected it. We pointed out that there was no rust until it had water in it. He was unwilling or unable to do anything to help. Our only recourse is to cut through the counter top to remove and replace it. Not just expensive but will leave obvious telltales. We gave them 2 stars because we still like the counter top. Be careful what you buy from these people, assume they will offer no help after the sale

The woman on the left is learning and somehow has an attitude with the customers yet she doesn't know how to do anything. And the one on the left is also airheaded, I don't know how they managed to land the job.

Cabinets are ok, but the customer service I got from Kiki J. in the Alhambra store was horrible and unprofessional. Once you get locked to a rep, you need to stay with that rep. I unluckily got her due to it being a busy day. She only works part time, and you are screwed because you can only talk to the same rep once you sign. I emailed and came in to talk with her due to issues. She wasn't there due to working part time. The company policy is that you cannot talk to others and get their help even if you are there. You must stick with your rep, even with problems. Then because I was advised to call her she went nuts saying I called her when she was on her day off and went a bit psycho and yelled and hung up on me when she got back even pretended to give her phone to the boss (unless she kept the phone) who hung up on me although my project was incorrect and they already took my money. Wow. I will say, the other reps where nice, but per the store rules you need to stay with the one representative you were first given. So, don't go with the young Asian girl. She wouldn't help me with my kitchen remodel issues although they had already taken my money, so I needed to call the manager in another store to explain my dilemma, since my kitchen cabinets were incomplete, my remodel a nightmare. I worked with Terry Hou at Pico Rivers because the Alhambra store with the rep Kik left me with an incomplete/incorrect kitchen install.

This review is for their Alhambra location. I have used this company two times total and should have learned my lesson the first time around but they are the only ones I know that sell cabinets to the public at semi wholesale prices. Cheap materials terrible dishonest staff interested in up selling and scamming patrons. I got a quote and went back to purchase but then miraculously the quote changed and the estimate sky rocketed from $5700 to around $9500.00. Back and forth between the sales woman (who was totally incompetent and rude) and her so called "manager" before he wasted more of my time only to push the estimate higher. I went to a different place got the same exact thing and paid half the price. I would not trust this company AT ALL. Cheap labor with non english speaking crew that screwed up the install the first time and did not take any accountabilty for their mistakes.

I went to the Alhambra location and I asked for help and the sales person Isela that was helping me was very rude and with an ugly attitude She tried doing my design and it was all wrong and when I told her she was raising her voice at me that's very unprofessional. Make sure you double and triple check your order before leaving the premises because the company will not refund or exchange. I had a terrible experience with the owner, Orchid Zhai who refused to speak to me in regards to my order. I ended up having to drive to Pico Rivera because no one was returning my calls. I spoke to someone on Saturday (10/28) and was told someone would be returning my call first thing Monday morning. I ended up calling and leaving another message Monday afternoon because no one was returning my calls. I left Maria (sales rep) another message asking she call me back asap because I had very serious concerns in regards to my order. I did not hear back from her so I went directly to the warehouse to try to resolve the problem. Maria was no help! I asked to speak to the owner, Orchid Zhai and she refused to speak to me. Long story short - I had no choice but to contact my credit card company to initiated a dispute. I am not happy with this company and would strongly recommend you take your business somewhere else.

Recently purchased cabinets and quartz countertops from this place, really disappointed with Jane the sales associate who "helped" with my project, made some errors with the layout, we had to come up with different solutions to fix layout. Upon receiving the materials the warehouse manager wanted one of his workers to take out a door from inside one of the cabinets that we had just purchased because we had ordered a glass door from them for this particular cabinet if they had asked me for the door I would have given it to them, but just the pure fact that they wanted to take it without permission just made us sick! When we received the materials for the quartz and found out that we were given the wrong material witch didn't make us look good with our clients, we had to return the quartz tops and pay restocking fee because for their error, to agitate the experience further when we opened up an upper wall cabinet for the refrigerator found that the frame that holds the doors was broken, brought it back replaced it and found out that the second frame was also broken, brought the second one to the store and opened the box to make sure it wasn't damaged. A glass door was also not painted properly had to bring it back so they could repaint it. And lastly a wall open end shelf was also not painted properly and had to bring it back on a Saturday came by on a Tuesday at 10 am and was not ready witch as they say was the last straw that broke the camels back! The amount of time that was spent correcting mistake after mistake we would estimate was minimally 16 hrs, the material cost were over 9k with errors taken into consideration. HomeCo clearly lacks responsibility in correcting their errors, the frustration as a contractor is immense because this company does not respect the consumers time. We would strongly urge anyone who is considering buying cabinets and countertops from this location to consider other places.

This company is a SCAM. I tried several times reaching out to the owner of the company Orchid Zhai and she does not come to the phone to talk. All I'm asking for is a refund of my money for products that were never sent to me. So this is the story from the beginning: I've been dealing with Sally Huang who priced out a 24 kitchen project for me with specific sized cabinets. I paid them $25,500 with my credit card. More than a week dealing with her she tells me that some of the sizes are not in stock and will take 6-8 weeks then a day later tells me that it's "volume" season and that shipping from China will take 3-4 months!!! She then proceeded to add two very tiny 9" cabinets to my kitchens which I DID not want nor agree too. I then told her I want to cancel the order based on them not having the necessary sizes in stock. This is where things turned even more sour. She then started claiming there's a 15% restocking fee and 3% credit card processing fee that I'll be charged! No where at any time did she mention these fees neither did she mention the extended delivery time. Mind you these were supposed to be shipped in one week. She's wanting to charge me for products that were never shipped to me and something they don't even have in stock since she said it'll take 3-4 months to come in!!! I am now still waiting for my refund which she refuses to send me and this $25,500 not a couple dollars!!! Any builder, investor, contractor, or homeowner STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are liars and they are cheats. I now have to fight and get my lawyer involved as well as my credit card company to get the money back from these thieves. Terrible customer service. Attempted to sell me a damaged product. Refused to amend the issue. Sales rep with no knowledge in installation. When I asked for the rep who sold me the product, she was 20 feet away, completely ignored my request by having the other rep tell me "she's too busy counting the inventory." Not cool when things are not right. Clearly, customers are no their priority. They lie straight to your face by saying they don't offer shipping when they do. Complete waste of time and money. Now I have to go find another one.
