I would highly recommend using this company! Donny was great to work with. Had some changes we needed to make along the way to the kitchen cabinets and he was very accommodating. Good prices and excellent quality cabinets. He is very knowledgeable (not salesy) and had a good understanding of what I wanted. Use this company, you'll be glad you did.

We had our kitchen done during the pandemic so it took about 3 months to finish. We were very patient but frustrated. The cabinets are so cheap they are falling off now. They had a girl who didn’t know what she was doing cut our floor and she went way out of the area and left a 4 inch gap that showed the plywood underneath. When I asked them to fix it they said that they would give me a good deal on a new floor. I wasn’t paying them another dime because they promised us a quartz counter and they delivered a thin chipped countertop that has chipped so much more now. I bought a new microwave but couldn’t use it because they were supposed to hang one cabinet over the stove higher than the rest but didn’t. I lost money on the return of the microwave and had to buy a hood that looks terrible. I wanted the fridge left where it was but he insisted it was easier for them to put it on the other side of the room. It looks terrible too. Because they moved the fridge I had to pay extra to put in the line for my ice maker and if it ever breaks now I will have a huge problem because the line is behind the wall for about 12 feet. The hinges are all loose now and you can’t screw them in. They get stripped. I paid someone to come and fix some and he said they would only last a short time and he was right. My husband had to put super glue in one hole just to keep it in place. I can’t go on because it’s too depressing. I know it’s been years since they did the work but I’m glad I finally got it off my chest.

I typically write negative reviews but there are times when a business believes in taking care of the customer over profits. Donny and Ben believe in responsibility, honesty, integrity, and empathy. These are old family values that modern society has forgotten. Their relaxed and casual demeanor are refreshing and inviting. Conducting business with them has been a real pleasure. My kitchenette project surpassed my expectations. But why stop there? Donny quoted me granite countertops as well with pricing that was very competitive. One stop shopping. I look forward to working with them on future projects.

I highly recommend Hartofrd's Kitchen Factory. I recently had cabinets and granite installed. Everything came out beautiful. They gave me a great design for a hard to work with area. The quality is great, the prices are reasonable and the people are wonderful.

We had an amazing experience with Ben. He walked us through several changes in our design and was always available to answer calls and texts. Our cabinets were delivered in a week and look beautiful!

My wife searched for a particular cabinet line and we were directed to Hartford’s Kitchen Factory. We visited and were impressed with the selection, quality and personal care from both Ben and Donny. It was imperative that the total completion of the process (cabinet and quartz countertop installation) be done as quickly as possible as my daughter living there was 8 months pregnant. We selected their own product as it offered expediency and more selection possibilities without sacrificing quality. Ben’s contractor in charge of installation was meticulous and had to adjust with some of the unit’s imperfections. The quartz people came in next, measured and then installed within 2 days. This was all done within a week, which included the weekend. We will wait on backsplash when we visit again, and hope to put up pictures at that time. Ben, from Hartford’s Kitchen Factory, communicated with us every step. The personal care he showed us gained our trust, and his actions throughout this endeavor proved it.

The owners of this place are truly awesome people. They take the time to make sure that every single thing is perfect. They have a showroom that is beautifully arranged. They take the time to make sure what's going in your home is as beautiful and exactly what you ordered. Their pricing is very competitive, but I would say the quality far surpasses any place in the Hartford and extended area. So if you want people who take the time with you to make sure it's all perfect, that's where you should go, you won't be disappointed.
