I cannot say enough good things about Harlow's Kitchen Concepts. I originally purchased 6 appliances from Harlows in 2010. When the first ones died, I returned and was met with exceptional customer service by Steve. Steve took his time to answer all of my questions and even went back and forth with me over e-mail to help me make my final decision. I returned a 3rd time for a new dishwasher and Steve got me exactly what I wanted and it was installed 4 days later! We decided we wanted a fridge in our garage, so I returned to Steve a 4th time and yet again, got me exactly what I wanted! The customer service is second to none. Harlow's will always be my go-to for my appliance needs!

I have not received my product yet but I would like to compliment both Mel out of Rancho store and Erik in the San Bernardino of excellent customer service. I was able to choose a dishwasher for our rental on line and over the phone. They were patient, answered questions and extremely kind and a good value on delivery and installation. I bought a brand new refrigerator in July 2021. It looked like refurbished refrigerator As I was cleaning the other day. I noticed little rust spots. Harlows was recommended to me and the customer service is good but I rather the product that I buy be good because it's going to be with me for a very long time. I am very disappointed with Harlows and Whirlpool. The delivery was prompt. Wonderful customer service.

Eric assisted me with getting a new washer. He was not only kind he was very helpful and had my problem solved within 10 minutes time. BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a Brand New Refrigerator. After receiving my Brand New Refrigerator at my home. The Ice Maker does not WORK! The Fridge doesn't cool! My Food has Spoiled! Hello my name is Austin Harlow born 1997. I am the great-grandson of Clarence Harlow born 1901. the great man who founded Harlow's Kitchen Concepts in the 1920's with the money he saved up delivering ice throughout the great depression. I have almost 100 year old pictures of the Ice Truck and the original Harlow's location. I would love to share these with the man or woman who currently own Harlow's. it brings me so much joy so my grandfather's legacy still living on in the city he called home. We are going to give Harlow's a 5 rating! Our salesman, Rosario, worked with us in the store on two occasions as we decided which way to go with our purchase of new kitchen appliances (oven, range and hood over the range). We decided to go electric/induction. The hood was more of a challenge because it was to be installed in a manufactured home over an island with a larger length area than the hood itself. Though hard to find a hood for that, the hood was a model designed for up against a wall so it was going to look unfinished. We worked with Rosario and the crew he sent out and they did everything needed to give the install a clean finished look. Our sales associate, Roserio Leyva was knowledgeable, genuine, and willing to go the extra mile to match the right products for our specific needs! We met with Roserio on several occasions and he always took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had. As I mentioned, he is a straight shooter and will give you the honest facts on products so that you can match your budget to your purchase. Needed a new refrigerator for my vacation rental. Bought one from Best Buy, who contracts out to some third party delivery company. The delivery company calls me an hour after the refrigerator was supposed to arrive, mispronounces my name, laughs, and then tells me the refrigerator won't be delivered because their truck broke down. I ask when they can deliver it and they tell me I have to call Best Buy and they hang up. I spend the next 30 minutes trying to get through to someone at Best Buy, and finally just cancel my order with them. My appliance repair guy, Mario with Mountain Appliance, recommends Harlows to me. I call them and start talking to Erik. Right away I knew Mario had steered me right. Erik was friendly, knowledgable, and didn't keep me waiting on hold for 20 min. He gave me several options, and then gave me an amazing price on a refrigerator that had a very small dent in the door, smaller than a dime. This was on a Wednesday, and they said they could have it delivered on Tuesday. Plus, they don't contract out to third parties who don't care. They deliver themselves. On Monday they gave me a 3 hour delivery window (Best Buy gave me a 12 hour window). On Tuesday the delivery guy called and said they'd be there at 1:30, even better! They showed up right on time, we're respectful of the neighbors, hauled my old fridge away, made absolutely no mess, and we're gone in under an hour after arrival. Best part, Erik found the exact same model as the dented one brand new in the box and gave the undamaged one to me for the price of the damaged one! I got a bigger fridge than the one I had ordered from Best Buy, for $300 less, with far superior service. This company has outstanding customer care and service from start to finish. Avoid the big companies. Go with Harlows.

We had a microwave made by LG which was purchased at Home Depot three years ago. It died. I called Harlow's Kitchen Concepts where I recently bought a washer (same story - it died at age three) and bought a new microwave three days ago over the phone. It was delivered just now by Gary and RJ and was installed in ten minutes. They got here early so we never had to wait all day and it works perfectly. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you Harlow's! My experience here was amazing. I don't remember the name of the sales associate but he was super funny. My mom and I went in looking for a dishwasher as ours had stopped working. We checked major retailers for dishwashers and they were all out of stock. We found Harlow's from google and we are so happy we did. They had the perfect dishwasher for us in stock and it was delivered within three days. I even took pics for design inspiration

I've always gotten appliances at big box stores, until a realtor recommended Harlows, and I'll never go back! We've now gotten every appliance in the house from Harlows, as well as our Traeger grill. I never recommend anything or any place. But I have to speak up about this business. I was a previous customer of a big box appliance store for many years, but had nothing but little problems with their appliances. I have bought a washer, a dryer, and a microwave from them. And will buy others as the time goes on. I knew of this business but never really went in and checked it out. The sales people are VERY knowledgeable and educate you on the different functions, you decide. The installs are an AMAZING procedure. I had an over the range microwave replacement done. The size of the product was a perfect fit, as recommended by the sales rep. The install was a breeze. 15 minutes to take old unit down, replace with new, check the vent duct seal a leak on it, check the function, went over the product and took the old unit away. Excellent guidance for choosing the replacement for our 25 year old refrigerator that decided to go to refrigerator heaven a week before Christmas. Our daughter's family were coming in on Saturday. Harlows had our 5-door KitchenAid delivered and installed on Thursday. And given the size of the KitchenAid and the width of our kitchen doorway that was no easy feat. We've replaced our kitchen appliances one by one over the years, and all from Harlows! Each time we've visited the showroom, all of our questions were answered and were able to find what we were looking for. When the guys came out to install, they were very knowledgeable and hard working. I think the most recent guy who came out, Richard, took the time to answer my questions about a new fridge which I later went and picked out. They've replaced our all-in-one washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and now fridge (getting it tomorrow, so excited!) Amazing customer service! We were in need of a new dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving. I called them when they opened and was hoping they would be able to get us on the delivery for the same day, knowing they would be swamped that day, I was just hoping it would be possible and sure enough they did! Very satisfied with all aspects of our experience at Harlows. Unlike the big box stores the sales staff is very knowledgeable and helped us put together a kitchen suite of appliances that fit our needs. There was no pressure to buy, we went home and took final measurements to be sure all would fit. The discounts quoted one day were the same prices when we returned the next day. They set a delivery and install time and date that met our needs, and most importantly, they called us with a reminder the day prior and each delivery driver called when he was 20 minutes out. The delivery and install staff was friendly and professional and thanked us for shopping at Harlows as they left.

Once again, Kitchen Concepts had the best price and awesome customer service! My washing machine broke and the estimated repairs would be more than the value of the washing machine. I did online research on the different washing machines and called Kitchen Concepts to ask their opinion on what was the best value for me. Already knowing the cost for the washing machines I was interested in purchasing, Kitchen Concepts price was lower than the competitors sales price! I was very satisfied with the guidance and they delivered the washing machine the next day on Christmas Eve. They arrived at the scheduled time and installed the machine quickly. Dicky, the installer, went over how to use the machine and started a load to ensure it was working correctly. In my opinion, it is one of the best family owned companies in the inland empire. I try to buy from our local community and will always buy my appliances with Kitchen Concepts.

I was got my Frigidaire Gallery Appliance package. It was installed and the old appliance taken away. I have to say I am totally pleased with the the appliances and the install. The technicians were knowledgeable and took care with my installation. The appliances were delivered on time and the technicians did not leave until everything was working expertly. Updating my review to say I was contacted by the owner of Harlows after reading my review and he was courteous and resolved my issue with the salesperson and the rebate. Thank you sir! I am back as a dedicated Harlows customer. I have purchased my last appliance from Harlows. Purchased a new refrigerator and was given erroneous info about SCE rebates. We called to question error and was not even given the courtesy of a return call. Harlows shoddy customer service will catch up with them. Sears and Costco have stellar customer service.

My husband and I have been looking everywhere lately for a dishwasher and the "big box" stores have no one to help you and when they do come over, they know nothing about the products. We chose Kitchen Concepts because I love to give business to the mom and pop store and had heard they were excellent! We walked in late on a Saturday afternoon just as they were closing, but they treated us as if we were the first customers in the morning. They were passionate and knowledgable. I learned so much more about dishwashers and we had our beautiful dishwasher delivered a day later. They took our old one, were right on time and even brought along extra pieces in case we needed other hookups. Phil and his crew were outstanding and I would buy all my appliances from them in the future! Terrific business and I give them 5 enthusiastic stars!

The service was fantastic.I loved the personal care they gave you in an if you contacted the store by phone. Everyone has a bad day or so , it unlikely it would take place at both locations though. I would like to start out by saying my sales associate (Rosario) gets 5 stars. The delivery was quick. It seemed they had their own delivery people because when I told the sales associate the refrigerator doors would need to be taken off & possibly the hinges to get in to my kitchen, he went to a back room to ask if they could do that, & I was told "no problem". On the day of delivery, it was an independent delivery company separate from Harlow's & they asked, "did they tell you it is $20 per door to be taken off?" No, they did not, it was a fixed delivery fee of $99 (which was waved for me) & they knew well in advance the doors had to be removed. The $20 per door x 5 doors on the new fridge plus 4 doors on the old fridge = $180. He "discounted" to $120, so no free delivery here! I had to pay them because I needed the fridge! They did not install the grounding wire correctly (it was sticking out of the hinge) so we had to call them back to fix this, which makes me very afraid of what else is not correctly installed that I don't know about. All the door inserts were left on my table, inside the fridge everything was taped down, the air filter wasn't inserted (kudos to them for installing the water filter only), there was a bunch of styrofoam & wrappings inside the fridge. There was supposed to be an "herb box" which was missing. I called Kitchenaid & am being sent a replacement. My walls got scratched up somewhat with taking out the old fridge (it went in with no scratches, why scratches going out?) & the threshold of my new floor got a little scratch. Harlow's has a pretty good selection of appliances & their prices are competitive. Rosario was very patient & knowledgable, showing us all our options & explaining the features everything. I love the new fridge. Harlow's just needs to step up on the delivery people.

Almost 5 stars! We went in over labor day weekend with only a vague idea of what we wanted to get for our kitchen remodel. The salesperson was very helpful and printed out a lot of information for us to take home and look over. We did price comparisons and Harlow's had decent pricing compared to all the big box stores etc, so we went back the next day and ordered everything. Because of covid and subsequent manufacturing slow-downs, we were told that some items might take a few weeks to come in. As anticipated, it was close to the end of September that they scheduled installation with us. The guys that came to install the oven, microwave, range hood, cooktop, and dishwasher were nice, silly guys, constantly telling jokes. They did a great job except for one thing--the bulb that ended up going in our range hood was too powerful so it started yellowing the inside. So just a quick note to them to double check the bulbs since we had no idea what the wattage should be when we gave them what we had available. The guys that came to put in the fridge were no-nonsense and got the job done quickly. The only other reason for the 1 star deduction is that it's November and we still don't have the trim kit for our microwave! It would just be nice to be kept informed about the progress since delays are totally understandable but we were made to believe it wouldn't take long for the pieces to be cut to size. Anyway, if you're in the IE I would definitely recommend coming in.

This is an updated review. After back and forth with the extended warranty company, Whirlpool and Kitchen Concepts, I was finally able to get my fridge replaced. I want to personally thank Phil, the store manager. He was diligent in trying to make this right at the end of the day. Also, thank you to Nicki and Milly for their efforts as well. I still do stand by the fact that the extended warranty company, J&M Appliance Repair, is awful. I will definitely do business in the future with Kitchen Concepts. We've shopped at Harlows for years but things have changed. We bought a refrigerator recently and were quoted a price to relocate the old one (five miles away for $69.) but instead they charged us $99. Also when he ( only one delivery person) delivered the new one and removed the old one he scraped my laminate floors. I thought it would come out but it hasn't. Seems to be permanent damage.

I'm actually torn in the review. The salesperson, who sold me my fridge, was very helpful. I was not rushed. No one tried to push more expensive options on us. They were great. The couple of robes I've had to call, the people I spoke too, were incredibly helpful as well. My issues come with the delivery. Now I have a small kitchen and have not pulled my fridge out since it was delivered. I vacuum under it, and on the sides, weekly tho. However, the fridge just died after 3 years. I went to pull it out and sitting in the corner are broken pieces of my baseboard, a bottom chunk of the electrical socket face plate. If the delivery person would've told me he broke those things, J I would not care. it's the fact that nothing was said, and they tried to hide it from me.

I have bought many stoves and refrigerators for my apt units over the years, and been very happy. My last purchase was a KitchenAid Gas stove for my home, top of the line $1700. Highly recommended by the sales man, said to be a top quality product. After 1 1/2 years the oven quit, bad enough, but it has been out for over 2 months waiting for their service provider to "get the part". I'm ready to donate it to Goodwill and try again.

I have bought several appliances from Harlow's and was extremely satisfied with what I bought and the prices. Once they gave me a 10% discount when I asked for it ! But, the installation...one man had a difficult time with the range hood and now it wobbles. Oh, did I say that he urinated, left the lid up, and didn't flush ??? I didn't hear any flush or water for handwashing so I went in there right after he left and could not believe it !!! I didn't report it because I don't want to be responsible for anyone losing their job. I thought he might have children. So, I still go there, but pray that he will not return to my house to install anything. The other installers were awesome. Now, at the San B store...the man who helps you at the desk is unfriendly and does not make any eye contact. It makes me feel like I am inconveniencing him by buying there.

I too used to really like this place. We had purchased our appliances here, too. We had them remodel our kitchen. There was poor coordination between the various installers. One of the contractors that they arranged for had the gall to tell us that he couldn't stay and finish a task because he had to get to another job. There was also a lengthy delay with some product, so there was a period of no work being done at all in the middle of it. After it was "finished", we never heard back from them for a follow up. They probably knew already.

Very poor service-- I went to them because of value and because they had a good selection. I asked if they would match the price from Lowe's and they said no. They told me to just go to Lowe's. I will never return to Harlows ever again. I will also tell all my friends. Another fun fact-- I did go to Lowe's immediately after this bad experience and got a better price and great Service.

My refrigerator was struggling so I went the local store. Nothing on the floor would fit but the salesperson told me a unit would be delivered in a week or 10 days. It wasn't ideal but I figured I could do ice blocks. It's now 3 weeks with no communication. I think he just told me what I wanted to hear to make a sale. Very disappointed in our local business.

Bought a washer and dryer from these ppl 6 yrs ago. The repair man was here today to look at our washer. He said it's done. The washer is unrepairable. It was a pair they sold us that they said was the Cadillac of washer and dryers. Electrolux was the brand. They basically refused to sell us what we wanted and said this was the set for us. These ppl are rip offs and I will never buy a fucking thing from them ever again. If you want good service and good products stay away from these ppl. They are a rip off. I'd of gone 0 stars but you can't on this site.
