We purchased one of the granite remnants and was very impressed with not only their quality but how quick they were to respond. They were great to work with. Planning several other projects and expect to be using them in the future.

The crew from Harbor Heights are Awesome! From their knowledge of the products they use to their fantastic tile laying skills. They did an Awesome job installing tile in 3 rooms of our lower level in our split level house. The out come looks amazing!

Very pleased with their professionalism, transparency, and knowledge. I needed to resolve a tile issue for our DIY bathroom remodel and they promptly walked me through different options and obtained the correct product (twice). Will definitely go back for future needs, big or small.

I really hate to leave a negative review, especially for a local business, however my husband and I chose to work with Harbor Heights on our kitchen island based on all of the positive Google reviews and felt compelled to share our honest experience to inform others who may be in the same boat. While we are happy with the island that we have, the communication was very disappointing and I had to follow up via phone or email every step of the way, from scheduling a time for seeing the kitchen, to requesting that the different options/price points be sent to us via email, to requesting shipping status updates after the estimated delivery window had lapsed (for both the cabinets and the countertop), to finally scheduling a delivery of these items. I completely understand shipping delays, however I never received confirmation that parts of our order were placed and felt as though the person that we worked with was disorganized and disengaged. When I asked for the product information/confirmation number on our order so that I could call the manufacturer, I was told that it was not able to be shared. Throughout this process, I requested phone calls, as opposed to emails, to talk about options and never received a call back. I did share this feedback with our representative directly, and they offered to send us a complimentary cabinet (one of ours arrived slightly damaged) with a piece of stone to use elsewhere in our home. We were appreciative of this offer.

After having an awful experience with another local design firm (bait & switch with pricing), I was nervous about moving forward with our small kitchen remodel. Melissa at Harbor Heights immediately put me at ease with her level of transparency, professionalism and follow through. The project was completed on time and the quality of work was excellent! I wish I could give them more stars, I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience here. Let me start by saying we originally went through a big box store to get a quote and were incredibly disappointed with what they offered us and what they were trying to push. We went to Harbor Heights on a whim and wow am I glad we did. Melissa was AMAZING, she showed us samples of exactly what we were looking for and made the whole process seamless. The counter we chose was way better quality and priced than the one we were quoted at the big box store. We got our counter installed today and the entire process from walking in all the way to complete took only 2-3 weeks. I could not recommend them enough, I have never felt such little stress for such a huge project. Each team member that came by to template, remove and install was speedy, kind and soooo knowledgeable. They gave great recommendations and we have 0 issues on installation day. Do yourself a favor and just go straight here if you're looking to refresh your kitchen. You will not be disappointed!
