Hacienda Stone are so good. Rick and Ramon are Very knowledgeable and professional. We needed our shower to be repaired. The work was exceptional. We are very happy with the results. If there was any questions on the repair, Ramon communicated the situation and took the time to discuss and get our buy-in. I highly recommend. Great value for the work provided.

We had Rick come in and give us a quote on our bathrooms. Even though it was higher than our other quotes, we liked his consultative qualities. He consulted on what he thought was best for each bathroom shower and what worked best for our family. My husband is very detailed oriented and Rick was able to work through each situation until we were completely satisfied. He was very good to work with and excellent with communication. I highly recommend Rick for your next tile project!

We worked with Rick at Hacienda to purchase some tile flooring for our master bathroom. Knowing it wasn't a large job I was pleasantly surprised that Rick quoted us a good price and got the job done quickly. The tile installer was on time both days that it took to complete the project, and Rick came by personally to inspect the job and do the finishing touches where the tile meets the carpet. Looking at the details of the tile being level and all grout lines running perfectly, even "through" the walls and cabinets, I have never seen a better tile job. If we need future tile work we'll be contacting Rick again.

I hired Hacienda Stone and flooring to remodel my kitchen and ever since day one it been a disaster and two months into the job and my kitchen is still not complete. They ordered the wrong size cabinets, the cabinets they installed are uneven, They quote one price and they up charge for everything, They installed my Garbage disposal wrong now it doesn't work , I would not recommend Hacienda Stone and flooring to my worst enemy, Please use another company i don't want you to experience what i experienced, The First day they were to start the job they never showed up the second day they showed up three hours late the fourth day they showed up 5 hours late and just stayed for two hours, This is a business that you do not want to do work in your house, I am also filng a complaint with ther ROC

Worst Customer Service ever! Took 2 months to get an estimate for a small project, then double booked our appointment to verify materials and was late for both appointments. Rude, unprofessional, glad I tore up my contract. Probably would have taken months for a one week project....
