Everyone was great from start to finish. The installers (Nick and James) were courteous and knowledgeable. Our templater (Bill) had great suggestions and was efficient during the template process. And our Project Manager (Ranee) kept us well informed during the whole process. Would highly recommend Green Acres to others.

Working with Green Acres Granite was very pleasent and easy. They were professional and helpful! Every step, from choosing our granite with Ian and Ethan, to the amazing detail put into getting the perfect cut by Bill and the perfection and timely way it was installed by Nick and James. We are so thrilled with our remodel! It makes us wish we had done it years ago. A great experience!!

We shopped around Colorado Springs for granite companies and ultimately landed with Green Acres. Their prices are pretty on par with the other companies available, but the hospitality and family orient just made us feel more comfortable choosing them. They have plenty to choose from, including many types of stone. They met all our demands and were able to work with us on the quirks of the job. Their work is great and everything fit perfectly. We will definitely recommend Green Acres to our family and friends.

Alycia is a superstar. She is so friendly and responsive. We have had a fantastic customer experience with her and the installation team. Shoutout to Taylor on the installation team. He managed to squeeze in a quick service call right before the holidays. We are very happy with the quartz installation. It looks beautiful. I can put up pictures once our backsplash is done!

I am so happy I decided to do my kitchen countertops with Green Area Granite. Ryan was really nice and knowledgeable while visiting the show room. Bill was great when he came out to take the measurements. Taylor and Dave were very nice, quick and professional when they came to install. Very Happy!

Love my new countertops! Green Acres was professional, timely and efficient. Have had these installed for several months now (photos are shown before reno was finished), and they’ve held up great with the recommended maintenance. Look the same as when we got them installed.

Wonderful experience of getting granite! Amanda was so great at explaining every question and concern we had. She walked us through every step and made us feel comfortable with all our choices and decisions. There was one more gentleman that I can't remember the name of, but he went out of his way and came to measure out our sq. ft exactly because we weren't completely positive of it. After that we knew how much granite we needed to buy. They were able to fit everything into 1 slab, which was great and saved us money. There was also a gentleman that came and laser measured all our counter tops so all the cuts were precise. After we picked out our granite slab, they took a picture of the exact slab we were getting and computer-generated our kitchen counter tops to show exactly how the granite will look like on every counter top. On the day of installation, Steve and John came and did a fast and amazing job. They were also very friendly. Every part fit with precision and looked exactly how it was supposed to. We love our new counter tops! We will definitely be going back for our future granite projects.

We are so happy we chose to work with Green Acres. They are very professional and provided a comprehensive team for our project, especially Ryan our project manager, Josh our lead installer and Fred, the plumber. We were impressed with how conscientious they were with our project and how well they all worked as a team. The whole process was efficient from start to finish, and they completed the project earlier than scheduled!

As someone who has used Green Acres for many houses I’ve remodeled I couldn’t recommend them enough, great fabrication rates, professional cutting and fabrication equipment, extraordinary customer care and updating and very quick turnaround. I don’t do a lot of reviews for companies but Green Acres has consistently done such a great job for me that I thought I would. Take it from a pro, they do a great job in every category.

BUYER BEWARE. We ordered countertops, signed a contract with Green Acres and paid one half down. They came and measured twice, the second time with a laser, and determined we needed 57 Sq. Ft. We received a call once the slabs came in and were told we would have to pay an additional $1300.00 because the slabs weren't as big as they thought they would be (???). We asked if the sq. ft. from the original estimate had changed and were told it had not. We still needed the same 57 Sq. Ft. When we balked at the additional cost and asked for a refund, we were told "YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT." and were required to pay a $250.00 cancellation fee. We didn't feel comfortable going forward so we paid the cancellation fee, even though no measurements changed and we had a signed contract. We are still in complete shock over the whole ordeal.

My husband and I are so pleased with our countertops from Green Acres. We would love to give a shout out to Ian and his assistant who came out yesterday to repair a chip that we had. We have called before and Ian is always so willing to come and repair our chip. He does such a great job. We will recommend Green Acres whenever possible. Thanks. Miriam Fischer

Before you invest tens of thousands of dollars in a kitchen remodel, take a close look at the company providing and installing your granite counter tops! Green Acres is NOT the company you want to trust!!! We selected a beautiful slab of granite 3 months before the install, confirming our selection with our GC and at least two of Green Acres salespeople. But only AFTER our kitchen was torn apart, measured, and ready to cut, did we discover that Green Acres had reserved the WRONG granite!!! We were so disappointed, especially after seeing that Green Acres could not find the same granite, nor did they have anything close! So here we are with our kitchen torn apart, and the only thing Green Acres would offer was a refund of the deposit we had made 5 months earlier!! To preserve our schedule, we shopped around and found a suitable replacement granite at another location, and even offered to deliver the granite to Green Acres to save the schedule for the cut and install, but their manager refused to help us with that solution unless we paid $600-$800 extra!! Unbelievable, total disregard for us, and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had no choice but to find another granite supplier. Fortunately we found one, but we're now 2 months past our planned completion date, kitchen still torn up, and having to settle on a "second choice" granite selection - all thanks to GREEN ACRES!!! Don't invite such an incompetent and irresponsible granite supplier to jeopardize your kitchen remodel!!

I needed my kitchen counters updates from old laminate to granite. Ryan was easy to work with, efficient and helpful. When the day came, the worker guys tore out my ok'd kitchen in about 15 minutes, put in the new granite, sink and faucet in about 90 minutes. I have a seam and cannot even find it, they did such a good job! I would highly recommend this company!

Green Acres Granite had excellent installers and we are pleased with our new countertops. However, Ryan recommended we hire Edwin Perez, "Mr. Backsplash" to install our backsplash. He, was late the two times he came to our home. Once to give us an estimate and the second time to tear out our old backsplash. He asked for $500 deposit in cash. Then the morning he was suppose to come install the backsplash he said he could not come for a week. No consideration for our having taken time off work without pay (for two days). Then he said he would not charge us $300 for changing the date of the installation for the following week, although he changed the date (not us). We tried to get some of our money back since we did not feel we could have him back in our home to complete the job. He refused. We found someone to complete the job for a third of what Mr. Backsplash charges. The second installer did an amazing job and we are very happy with our kitchen. We lost $500, which is a lot for us. I recommend you go to someone else to complete your backsplash.

We went with Green Acres Granite for our new countertops. The stone is beautiful, but the customer service, installation process, and flaws in the finished product are disappointing--especially for a local business. Below are the issues. Issue #1: The seam looks terrible (see photo). When I called to complain about the yellow/brown coloring of the seam, the sales manager interrupted me mid-sentence, saying "Well, sorry, but we can't match the granite exactly" (n.b., our countertops are white). Following completion of the project, I received a call from somebody at the Colorado Springs office (the owner maybe?) who asked me if we liked our countertops. I repeated my complaint about the seam being yellow/brown, and she was non-responsive. Issue #2: We've recently noticed several "X" marks on the stone. It looks like they are from a grease pen, which I'm assuming Green Acres used during the cutting process. We've tried everything to get the "X's" off--nothing works. Issue #3: During installation, we immediately noticed that one of the overhangs was too short, exposing the gap between the countertop and cabinetry. The positive: this was ultimately solved because of Green Acres's outstanding site manager (btw, the site manager is the sole reason this is not a 1-star review). He was adamant about making the overhang look better. He troubleshooted the problem and came back several times until he fixed it. He ultimately solved the issue by installing a trim piece that covers the gap. The negative: the customer service I received was extremely disappointing. On top of dismissing my complaint about the seam, when I called to discuss the overhang issue, the sales manager was rude, frequently interrupting me and defensively snapping back when I tried to calmly explain our disappointment. His response was essentially that we signed off on the template design, which included the unusually short overhang (this is true). I told him that we were not informed that we were requesting anything unusual or out of the norm, and I insisted that they were the experts and that we were relying on their guidance throughout the template/design process. As discussed above, the problem was ultimately fixed thanks to the onsite project manager, but the customer service I received during the process was unsettling.

If you are considering working with Green Acres Granite, please read this review first. I strongly advise against using their services or, at the very least, urge you to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly check their work at every step along the way. We contacted Green Acres in 2022 for a two-part job: the first was a kitchen counter installation, and the second was for laundry room and pantry counters. The kitchen project was completed in the summer of 2022. Green Acres assured us that they would hold our slab with a deposit (which we paid) and would be ready for the next project when we were. As the second project took much longer than expected, we called Green Acres in the summer of 2023 to confirm that our slab was still being held. During the call, we were told they no longer had our slab. We decided to drive down to Colorado Springs to check their yard ourselves to ensure it hadn't been misplaced. Upon arrival, they seemed surprised that we had made the effort to visit. We quickly located the slab, as it was the only one of its kind there (black granite, leathered, with no marbling). It was strange that they claimed they couldn't find it when it was so easy for us to spot. We attributed this to either incompetence or laziness and decided to move on. During our visit, they re-labeled the slab as "not for sale" and confirmed they would hold it for us. Fast forward to the summer of 2024, when we were finally ready for installation. Green Acres sent an employee to measure, and he was fantastic. However, on the day of installation, it became immediately clear that the granite they were installing was not ours. While the slab was black granite and leathered like ours, it had marbling and flecks of brown throughout, a different and rougher leathered texture, and was 1 3/16 inches thick, compared to our original which was 1 1/8 inches. These details may seem minor, but they are crucial when dealing with granite slabs. We contacted Ian immediately to address the issue, and it was apparent that he knew the granite wasn't ours but was unwilling to rectify the situation. He told us to "take responsibility" and claimed that the original slab "didn't have enough material for our job anyway." His immediate confirmation was shocking. If Green Acres didn't want to hold our slab while we worked through the second project, they should have communicated that clearly. Instead, we experienced a lack of basic communication skills and an alarming level of unprofessionalism. Now, we are left with the choice of either suing them at our own expense or living with countertops that don't match and ultimately aren't ours. It seems Green Acres is aware that their smaller clients may not have the resources to sue for every wrongdoing. So please, if you decide to work with this company, proceed with extreme caution.

We had granite counter tops and cabinets installed a few years ago. We found defects in the handles being crooked and the drawers cracked on the bottom. We called them to fix it 11 months later; and, they told us it was the normal signs of aging! Also, one of the cabinets is tipping (falling) to one side. We had to have many things redone which were falling apart, bent, warped or crooked. They would not take responsibility for everything that was wrong. They also leaked oil from the nail gun on our wooden floors. not recommended

2 year update: the disappointment continues. Our seams are now separating, one side is higher than the other, making the countertop uneven and a trap for dirt, food and crud. I honestly can't believe this business is still operating. TERRIBLE experience from start to finish, and it continues to haunt us.

Poor communication and bad customer service. David Guest needs to find a better manager than Ryan and Grace who claims she is the person in charge to find out she is the HR representative! I was charged $500.00 because the manager wanted me to sign off on additional funds without an invoice and said he had to reschedule. They write this in the contract; to purposely set you up. When I responded 30 min later I was told sorry it is too late. Never told us we would be required for a template appointment this happened more than once. They had our backs against the wall because we paid them in full as required, I had no other choice but to pay. If you are looking for granite go somewhere else, they will set you up. Grace doesn't care, her response "it is not my problem of your work schedule". Read the reviews, they have not improved.

We had our counters installed many months ago & I thought I'd submitted a review but I don't see it here...interesting. We had a horrific experience from the moment we put our money down. Salesman was condescending and snippish with our questions/complaints. First set of installers accidentally bent a water line by dropping something (a sink?) under the cabinet. Never mentioned it so our cabinet slowly flooded and went under our brand new tile floor causing damage. Tiles had to be pulled/replaced. Marble top had a mud vein which cracked upon installation. When I complained the salesman sent me a picture of the slab saying "You signed off on it!" The backsplash material was even marble! It was granite with a different color & pattern. Sales manager agreed to re-do it and site manager for that was fantastic, hence the one star. This place is a joke. I do interior design and this company will never be one of my vendors.
