First time homeowner here. Countertops were really daunting to me when the fabricators and suppliers are different companies; Graniterra is both, which really helped with cost transparency which helped us tremendously. Kasey was our point of contact, and she was a rockstar in every way. Very patient when I got analysis paralysis, and gave recommendations that really helped make choices. Kept us in the loop throughout the process. Needed to template a couple times (we’re in the middle of a renovation), but the end result was great.

First of all, I would give Jay and his team 10 stars if I could! If you are currently looking for a reliable, professional team to provide you 100% satisfaction quality work for your kitchen upgrade, Graniterra is the place you need walk into, and again, go talk to Jay. I was introduced to Jay and his team last year by a friend, and I was impressed how friendly, professional and knowledgeable he was. He knows exactly what he is doing! He was able to adjust his time based on my schedule, even on weekends. Phone call, text messages and email were all replied right away, I didn't experience any waiting time actually. He provided a very detailed granite selection strategy to me based on my kitchen shape, cabinet color, floor color, back splash design when I had zero clue about which stone for my kitchen, I could tell he was totally standing on customers' side, he is like your family, thinking of all of the solutions from your side! Also, amazing team! They have very large stone top selections for you, you will find the one you love for sure. All of the upgrading work was done on time, professionally. Tasks were finished flawlessly, and communication was going very well. Great work! I would recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I had a 48 x 22 x 1 inch slab of soapstone from a laboratory bench in the chemistry building where we went to college (when the building was taken out of service). We had carted it around with us for 47 years of marriage through our first apartment, first house, and into the house we now own, thinking that someday we would find the piece of furniture it was meant for. When Nancy came into the card catalog/cabinet shown, a curb find, we knew this was what we had been waiting for. As Nancy restored the cabinet, Kasey Mayle-Combs worked with us to generate the specifications, work order, and price to true up the stone, polish it, and generally make it look good. Kasey was a joy to work with, and we’re very pleased with her and Graniterra for turning this piece of our personal history into an attractive and functional piece of furniture for Nancy’s workshop. I purchased from their remnants pile, which is pretty huge. Kasey was great to work with - patient, diligent, making sure my needs were met and always followed up with me. My job was small, but she gave me the same time and attention a big job would require (I went in several times to go over options and verify dimensions). I went to 3 granite shops for in the area for quotes and Graniterra was the best deal by far! Best customer service and widest selection!

I would not use this company! They clearly do not stand behind their work as you can see from email from their VP stating “I will let the rest go”. The man they sent out to remove glass tile with bloody fingerprint under it and chipped tiles the previous guy they sent to fix created, to him I stated I was satisfied with that! Graniterra did not contact me to make sure I was satisfied. As you can see by the photos my complaints were not minor things that should just be “let go”. The 2 tile people THEY sent to look at issues and the man I had come out all said tile should be torn out and replaced but they still insisted that was not necessary because their back of house manager believed it could be repaired. In addition to my tile being horrible the Counter seam was dropping on one side, sink clip fell off, island corner trim pieces are bowing out because they were not trimmed enough, tile guy left blood all over and all the glass in my landscaping, he left corner unfinished, and I could go on! The counter dropping and sink clip was fixed but it was seriously just a giant headach that lasted for months!! Beware of using this company!!!
