We Love our countertops! Granite World did a great job with the fabrication. Their communication and responsiveness to all of the questions we had was much appreciated. Best of all was the turn around time between the measurement and install. We were desperate to get our kitchen back and could not have been more grateful for the quick installation date. Additionally our installers did a beautiful job. Overall we are quite happy with their work.

I would like to thank Ashley H, for her help, information, understanding and patience’s. I have talked with other companies, including large chain hardware stores about countertops. Ashley and Granite World can save you a great deal of money while providing a quality product. One company quoted me 40% more for the same material and work. Ask questions and listen. I will never go anywhere else again.

I’ve used Granite World multiple times in multiple houses. They have been nothing but professional and I’ve loved their work. They showed up on time and delivered an amazing product. Before I started working with them I shopped around and their prices were very competitive but more than that, I feel like their slabs were nicer and had more character than some of their competitors. I’ve worked with Gray and Brian and they are great! They are knowledgeable, professional and have always helped in exceeding my expectations with each project.

My Parents recently had a kitchen remodel and we used Granite World for all of our countertop needs. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, pricing, quality of stone and precise installation. The communication throughout the process was impeccable and my mom was reassured and put at ease during the construction as Ashley and the rest of the staff were always so quick to answer any questions. The installers were superb and so respectful and EXCELLENT. My mom knew she was in good hands from the start and her kitchen is completely transformed. The quality of work done was very impressive. We also loved the variety of stone to choose from that fit within her budget. My mom has nothing but amazing things to say about Granite World of Colorado and wanted me to leave a review on her behalf. I won't go anywhere else!!!! Granite World ROCKS!!!

Did a delivery here witha 8:30am appointment bue they just said you are a contractor we get to you when ever we can total disregard for my hard work and lack off sleepto be here on time miss my next load and got stranded here with no load all thanks to them it's just disrespectful just a heads up for all the owners operators oh they got me unloaded at 3:41 pm

Ashley, their retail program manager, has been so awesome! We are still in the middle of our kitchen project, so I’ll update once installed but wanted to give Ashley the biggest shout out for how accommodating , patient and helpful she has been with us. Granite World of Colorado did a fantastic job with our granite. From the moment I connected with Kristina, their rep, I felt confident I had made the right choice in companies. Even thru the pandemic the service and selections were beyond fantastic. When one of the smaller selections for a bathroom became unavailable, I was notified right a way and was given man;y other options at the same price! Installation was on time and, again, was perfect. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, polite, and super clean! The manager who had done the measurements came and made sure things were being done correctly! Kristina continued to follow through and made sure we were pleased. Kristina was even able to provide us with the 4 sinks we needed! I would definitely call Kristina again.

This is the worst contractor and countertop experience I have ever had. I have renovated multiple homes in multiple states. If I could give them zero stars I would. I wanted to replace my countertops for two double vanities in a primary bathroom and a large Jack 'n Jill bathroom in my mountain home in Breck. I contracted it through Lowe's in Silverthorne. Granite World confirmed multiple times the install date and window of arrival. When Sergio (installer) arrived to install the countertops instead of using the new faucet templates included in the boxes of the new countertops. He erroneously drilled 4 inch spread holes for an 8" spread faucet and ruined the countertops. I had guests in my home that knew they would be inconvenienced just during the install period and would have working sinks back the next morning in the baths. However, Granite World took the countertops back after I requested them not to so I could have working sinks for my guests. I had to buy 4 " faucets to temporarily install in the countertops. When the faucets arrived I found out that Granite World had taken the countertops. I had to call Daniel at Granite World and beg for them to bring the countertop back so I could have countertops and install the temporary faucets and the first response was "no" sorry "nothing I can do". Then I was called and said that Sergio was coming back with the countertops but that did not happen until 6:30 p.m. Then I was instructed by Daniel to pick out a different countertop than the one I chose so they could refabricate it and get it back out to me. I was told that it was going to come the following Thursday and I made arrangements for someone to be at my house. Then it was moved to Tuesday with a window of 8 a.m. to noon. I confirmed again with Amanda that it is was 8 a.m. to Noon. It was approaching 11 a.m. and no one had shown up or contacted me that they were on the way. Amanda responded saying that the installer (Sergio) went to the wrong location first and now it was going to be 4-4:30 before he would be there. Then 4 p.m. rolls around and still no one is at the house when I was told that Sergio would call me when he was 45 minutes away. I have to email Amanda again to ask an ETA, she told me someone should be calling me. At this point it is well after 4 p.m. Then I call Daniel and he says that Sergio should be calling me and that he was arriving in ten minutes. I said again no one has proactively contacted me and therefore no one is at the house right now. I have to scramble to get my property manager there in 15 minutes. There has been no attempt to make restitution on the two sets of temporary faucets I had to buy. Or to reimburse me for two invoices from the plumber to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing twice because of Granite World's error in drilling the wrong holes for the faucets. There was no pro-active communication, I would have received zero communication if I had not reached out. Finally, they arrived at 4:30 p.m. when they were supposed to be there between 8 a.m. and noon. The installers tracked mud on my new carpet. Totally frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service. Will never use them or recommend them.

I was worried about going though a big-box store for my new kitchen counters and didn't even know who the contractor would be, but the price was right. Luckily the staff from Granite World reached out almost immediately and from start to finish they were friendly, knowledgeable and kept the project on time. The admin staff were easy to work with and great communicators. When i went to view my slabs at their location they made it a pleasurable experience. The measurer and installers were great; punctual, professional, and courteous. In fact they were fun to work with and the project turned out excellent. I couldn't be happier with the results. Would highly recommend Granite World for your next project!

We are SO pleased with the professionalism and kindness we received from the entire staff at Granite World! From sales, accounting, measuring, demo and install...every employee was extremely helpful, kind and more than courteous! They removed granite from a backsplash and made it into a new counter area of our kitchen! They made a windowsill for us and a new island countertop! They were extremely prompt on responses and install. I even visited the shop twice and received the same hospitality and helpfulness! Our kitchen looks amazing and their products and design staff are remarkable! Ask for Ashley, but everyone we met there was really awesome to work with!

Great folks who helped me source terrazzo countertops from Wisconsin from a VERY challenging supplier. Of course supply chain and pandemic related issues caused lengthy delays, and the less than stellar performance of the supplier sales team exacerbated the issues, but Gray and Nelli made sure everything they could do was done to ensure my kitchen was gorgeous. The results are really hard to deny. I'd work with the Granite World team in a heartbeat.

Poor Craftmanship I had very expensive porcelain fabricated and installed on my fireplace by Granite World of Colorado. During installation they informed me there would be a gap around the fireplace face. What they failed to tell me is that the porcelain was too big, and that they had to hand trim the pieces resulting in multiple chips at the seams. To compound the problem, they didn't use matching glue at the seams which magnified the chips. Wide strips of caulk were used to cover the large gaps at the wall from uneven trimming. My driveway was covered with chips of porcelain due to all the trimming. The chips were so obvious that the seams repair individual stated the seams were "yucky, nasty and a rush job". SOME of the chips were minimized by intensive sanding and matching glue. But the intensive sanding left a 2-inch dulled boarder with rounded seam edges. I made a horrible mistake going with Granite World of Colorado. Extremely poor workmanship that I must look at now for the rest of my life.

For Direct Buy members, this is not your only option within Colorado. There are others with MORE stone selection and pricing. Installers got caulking all over my walls along the backsplashing where they applied, not washable without removing some of the paint so we had to repaint the wall along those sides. They installed some window sills, of which they tore off drywall on the window corners, leaving me with exposed drywall metal corner bead to have to repair. Then they dribbled silicone that they used all down the front of my cabinet doors. It appears they smeared it as they tried to wipe it off increasing the surface area to contend with, other places they didn't even notice and it dried up which had to be taken off with a razor blade so as not to further damage the finish around it (done by an expert). Try taking off silicone residue from a painted surface, our brand new high end cabinet fronts are ruined with this haze on them, of which the specialist said could not be removed without stripping away some of the finish. After the last install by GW and more projects left in my home, as a DB member myself, I decided to get quotes from other granite vendors for the next jobs because after the last one done by GW, I was willing to pay extra for quality and service. Receiving quotes from 5 sources including GW (not to return to GW but to see how pricings fared to their DB pricing), I decided to go with Cornerstone Granite out of Denver. They were very responsive and knowledgeable, quotes were done professionally and quickly. And they gave me the BEST pricing by far of all 5 places! They did an excellent job compared to GW. I referred them to our friends who have recently used them and exceeded their expectations as well with the level of quality workmanship and customer service, therefore because of our experience and that of our friends, I wanted to let others know they have options. Will be returning to Cornerstone and will never use GW again.

DO NOT USE EVER!!! Even if you are a Direct Buy member and these incompetent thieves are your only choice to get the discounts you deserve. They measured wrong, didnt tell us that their measurements were smaller than the measurements I ordered, charged us more for a bigger slab than that picked for my measurements despite their measurements being smaller, didnt tell us that we could loose another inch because of the edging we chose, cutting the sink hole too small, installing a countertop with a huge manmade nick out of it, using white caulk for an expensive brown granite countertop, and now refusing to do ANYTHING to rectify their incompetence while my kitchen has sat unusable for 2.5 weeks.
