My husband and I stopped by the store and talked with someone about quartz counter tops in our kitchen. She was great and the sales person came to see us pretty quick after our visit to the store. The installation guys were very nice and worked hard to finish i one day. But before they left, I brought their attention to the seam on the counter. The edges of each price making the seem were jagged, not smooth and it was very noticeable. They told me the glue dries quick and that’s what caused it. I reached out to granite transformations and after 2-3 weeks they sent out someone to look and see what could be done. He smoothed most of it out and applied a new glue. He said the edges should have been smoothed during the installation but weren’t and there was a slight difference in height causing him to have a wedged area to fill. I got him to come back in once to try and fix it better. After he left i turned off the light and noticed a smear of the glue around the seam and i noticed the caulking had holes in it on the back splash. I’ve called and they said they would send someone out but it’s been weeks now and none has came. Here are some pictures starting with the jagged edge and then the smeared glue and the caulk in the backsplash . I hope to do a good update soon. We’ll see. Update on counter top It took a few weeks but they did send someone out to my house to fix the seam and fill the cracks in the backsplash. It’s better. I’m changing my review from a 3 stars to 4 stars.

This is the Best company the product is great beautiful you can’t cut burn scratch I had my kitchen counters done in 2007 there just like new I had my bath done this week gorgeous these counters are very durable and the folks are great you can’t go wrong with this choice. Good Luck

We did a kitchen remodel in 2018, but only painted the original cabinets white. Over the past few years, they had really shown wear and tear, so we decided to do a Cabinet reface. We could not be happier with the results, they look amazing! They also completely replaced the drawers which made a huge difference! Granite Transformations did a kitchen countertop remodel for me recently. I had used them in 2009 and wanted to now get something new. Great experience overall with this company. We did a shower remodel, and they came in by far the most competitively priced, while also providing a very professional and high quality service. High level of professionalism all around, from our salesman Dennis, who spent a long time making sure he had all of our details correct, to Keith their plumber who is exceptional, to Paco-an all around skilled craftsman. We had a couple of minor issues after the install, which the company also very responsively corrected. All of their work is on paper from the beginning and warrantied. Thankful for this company and have already referred our neighbors. You will not be disappointed!

Attention to detail Quality of workmanship Although some of our materials were delayed in shipping because of delays from manufacturer, as well as weather, our installation is taking a few more days than anticipated. This was no fault of Granit Transformations. Suggestion by installer to add drawers to the bottom shelves of our cabinets at floor level. These have been ordered and will be installed when they come in.

The product material was Onyx and the installation was exactly as they explained. The installers arrived on time and left the job cleaned. The shower and decorative glass trim is beautiful. I would recommend the group. I am very picky about how I want home improvements to look and Granite did a great job.
