The product material was Onyx and the installation was exactly as they explained. The installers arrived on time and left the job cleaned. The shower and decorative glass trim is beautiful. I would recommend the group. I am very picky about how I want home improvements to look and Granite did a great job.

We ran into some unexpected complications with the install of our counters and backsplash yet, despite it all, we felt like we were in good hands. The first complication was due to weather. We just happened to have our install scheduled for the week that once in a decade snowfall came. Needless to say, this required some flexibility to see what dates would work to re-schedule us. Monica made sure, though, that we are always kept in the loop and that the project would go ahead with minimal disruption. The second complication was due to a computer glitch that caused the wrong backsplash pattern to get assigned to our project. Unfortunately this was only discovered after it had been completely installed. My wife and I felt so bad that all that material and labor was wasted but Brett, the owner, was more concerned that we got what we wanted so he did what was needed to make things right. We are now very pleased with how everything turned out. This didn't play out as we expected but we have a fun story to tell and a great kitchen to tell it to our friends in =D To sum it all up, not that we wished for these wrinkles but they did show us how the company would respond when things were less than ideal and I can say wholeheartedly that they do put the customer first and will make sure you are left very satisfied with the end product. A special shout out as well to Kevin who brought the showroom to us, enthusiastically answered all our questions, and did a great job selling us on his company without being too pushy. Bonus points for the great suggestions on what options would work best with the kitchen.

We had Granite Transformations do our countertops and back splashes about 4 years ago and have been very happy with the product and the process. Recently the grout around the sink and between the back splash and counter top started showing a little age. I called Vicky to see about re-grouting. She sent Bryan out to do the job in a timely manner. Bryan was super professional and could not have been more considerate of our home and time. In a city that is growing as fast as Nashville, home improvement contractors can make a living by doing "good enough". Granite Transformations have a great product, have the process down to a science and stand behind their work. They are singular in that they over deliver on their promises and receive my highest recommendation.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We purchased new granite countertops, sink and faucet. From the initial in-home consultation (Kevin, you are the best), measuring, and installation - the whole process was seamless. The installation crew were very detail oriented, the finish product was beautiful, and the price was great. I love my kitchen!

A few months ago Granite Transformations installed new counter tops, tile back splash and cabinets in my kitchen and I was VERY happy. A few days ago I called and said that the back splash was separating from the counter tops and probably needed to be re-grouted. I asked if there would be a charge and they said "no charge". A few days they called and said someone would be out the next day to work on the grout. Next day man showed up, applied something (I do not know what) and asked if there was anything else and I said no. My "problem" has been fixed, my kitchen looks AMAZING and there was no charge. It is too bad that more companies don't treat their customers as good as Granite Transformations. They are the BEST!!!!!!! These folks ROCK!!! They completely redesigned our kitchen and it looks amazing. I will use them again to do our bathrooms. Love what they did and I highly recommend them. They tore down a wall we hated and created an island type feel and opened up the kitchen. It's like having a whole new house!!!
