Granite Transformations came in and finished a job we had started 15 years earlier. We had custom cabinets boxes built but never had finished the drawer faces, cabinet faces or hardware completed. They came in and measured everything match the wood grain, species and color and it was fantastic job.

A True TRANSFORMATION! Beautiful new kitchen cabinet doors and drawers installed in 1 day! The kitchen looks brand new with way less disruption and cost than a full scale kitchen remodel. I highly recommend Granite Transformations of North Seattle! Good, responsive people did the job from first consultation to installation.

I can't say enough great things about Granite Transformations and their employees. Everything from the initial visit at their store front, the consultation at our home, the measuring for the template to the installation was so professional. Everything went perfectly smooth and on time! The final result has truly been life changing for us. We 100% recommend this company for any of your house design needs.

I had my countertop and backsplash replaced by Granite Transformations. During the sales process, I clearly explained that I had an additional issue that needed to be taken care of while replacing the countertop. The issue was that my stove was in the way of my dishwasher clearance, as a result of which the dishwasher door could not be opened fully. The salesperson assured me that the company would take care of the issue by cutting extra inches off the back of the countertop to allow the stove to slide back in just enough for the dishwasher door to open fully without obstruction. I signed the contract with this understanding. Not only did they not take care of the issue, what I am really upset about is they gave me a recommendation that turned out to their own acknowledgement to be wrong and cost me unnecessary time and money. The installers told me that I had to get a contractor to cut a hole in the wall behind my cabinet before they could come back out to cut the countertop. I did as suggested and when the installers came back out, they said there was nothing they could do and that to begin with, they didn't think cutting a hole in the back of the wall would have helped with the situation because the flange would anyway prevent the stove from sliding further back. So now I had to call the contractor back to repair the damaged wall and repaint and ended up paying $595 out of my pocket for a job that was not even necessary and did not address the issue. I raised this issue to the salesperson and sent the company back their survey form also raising the issue and to date, no one has cared to respond. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends given this experience.

Every interaction was friendly and professional. The salesman was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Appointments were kept to the minute and everything about install was as promised. I love the look, and would recommend them to any of my friends. 11/19/2024 I just wanted to update the review. I called granite transformation for advice in repairing a chip ( totally caused by me) and they offered to come and fix it for me. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I have used Granite Transformations for two different installations (master & guest bath counters and fireplace) and each step of the process was a positive experience from meeting with Tom G., having a template created and then installation. Family, friends and guests love the look of my bathrooms and my fireplace is now the focal point of my home which gets compliments every time someone visits. The liberty diamond mosaic tile that is paired with Carrera marble granite looks amazing.

We had our main kitchen countertops and cabinets done by Granite Transformations back in 2007 and they still look beautiful! We decided to have them come back and install a countertop and sink in our basement apartment kitchen. The installation completely updated the space and we couldn't be more pleased! The office staff was communicative, and all appointments were on time. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Granite Transformations

I had my countertop, backsplash, and fireplace tile work done by Granite Transformations on Jan 2022. First off, I have to say that people I interacted with from Granite Transformation were amicable people. Unfortunately, the outcome of the project was not professional quality, more of DIY level. When you hire a professional tile installers and pay them +$10,000 you would expect your project to be certain quality. The most disheartening fact is that I think laborers just weren’t a highly trained nor had the proper tools. The tiles looked like they were laid without spacers, the grout were messy and all over the place, and countertops were not lined up with the sink opening. They came twice and tried to fix it and they just couldn’t do it (photos attached of final outcome). They also broke off one of the existing wood trim while replacing the countertops and have yet to replace it (we waited 2 months so far). Please consider using better craftsmen since this is a big investment and something you would look at for a long time in your home. Edit 4/26/2022: The owner of the company, Bob, came and fixed the wood trim and clean up the grout. I appreciated that Bob came out himself. Thank you.

So far, the countertop that was created and installed is great. No problems. I should have bought my own sink. The free one they installed is... just bad. "Just don't use bleach on it." WHO doesn't use bleach on a sink?! Well, now it's a sink that looks like it's never been bleached. ANYWAY, we also had them install a tile backsplash, and it was not so great. The guys installed tile right up to the bottom of the uncovered electrical plugs. While blinded by the stars in my eyes over the new counter, sink, and backsplash, I paid the second half of the payment while not realizing that it was as bad as it turned out to be. We will have to remove the top row of tile, refinish the wall, and reinstall the edging (which I am now afraid is going to rust). Furthermore, there is a sizeable section where the nice, clean, manufactured edge of the tile was hidden behind the stove, while the cut, very chipped edge was placed right at the top and visually exposed. Here is how THAT happened: we had requested that the tile go all the way up to the bottoms of the adjacent cabinets at this location (maybe 16-17"). The guys put in a single row of full sized tile (12") and called it good. I pointed out the "error" and made them fix it. At this point, the cut edge would be exposed, no matter what, and it ended up on top. It looks very substandard and second-rate. This part is not fixable. Finally, the "$300" sink that was included with the countertop was cast imperfectly and had a hole in it. :/ In the end, we realized that YouTube is your friend, and tiling is not that difficult. We have done both of the bathroom floors and floor-to-ceiling showers ourselves, and they look GREAT; a job that we had originally planned on rehiring these guys for, but they never bothered to return my call/email requests. In the first week of July 2023, a man claiming to be the owner called me and expressed deep regret and was very apologetic. He offered to come out and fix it by installing tile all the way up to the bottom of the cabinets. I was thrilled! He scheduled for July 17. Then I got an email rescheduling for the 18th. Then nobody came, and nobody called. On August 9th I received another apology letter, and was told that someone would contact me soon. On August 17th, a new email said that one of their most experienced team members would be out around Sept 11. On Sept 12 AND 26 I asked for an update with no reply. On October 2 I asked for an appointment and a commitment. Later that day, I got this reply, " We will have someone out by the end of this week or beginning of next week. That is the best we can do right now." No follow up and nobody showed. Again. I contacted them again on Nov. 8. The last time I contacted them was March 29, 2024. A portion of my email reads: "I would be absolutely willing to call it good, and willing to remove my reviews from Yelp and Google if I could come up to your shop and get the supplies and materials (100% of the materials that you yourself would use to install it) to do it myself. I am very confident in my own ability." I do believe I've been ghosted, yet they still have the audacity to keep me on their junk-mail email list. LOL right. In all the meanwhile, I have done a total renovation on *3* full bathrooms, AND a kitchen. I have two more bathrooms on the horizon, and who knows what else in the future beyond that. These are jobs for which we would have hired Granite Transformations, but they totally blew it. The amount they lost certainly exceeds $30,000 (judging from what they charged us for this BS job).

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! In July of 21' my Wife and I spent $21,085 to renovate our kitchen. To date, Granite Transformations has replaced the countertops on three separate occasions due to faulty craftsmanship, and the backsplash has been replaced three times as well for the same reason, in addition to defects with the tile. During the most recent countertop replacement, staff were dispatched by Granite Transformations to perform re-plumbing work on the third sink and to re-connect the gas stove for the third time. However shortly after this work was completed, we discovered a gas leak, which was traced back to a problem with the supply line connecting to the stove and located beneath the cabinet. Moreover, during the previous cabinet refacing, installers cut holes in the back of five of our cabinets and installed electrical receptacles. They said this was done to install the LED lights. We had existing wiring for the under the cabinet fluorescent lights which should have been used with a converter instead of ruining our cabinets. They also used double sided sticky tape to secure the LEDs to the bottom of the cabinet instead of using an LED track and diffuser as was appropriate. The lights continue to fall and look bad. We also have significant cabinet trim/finish issues that were not addressed and remain incomplete. Despite multiple senior manager’s (Glen Palmer, Phillip Wolford, Paige Farlow, and Matt Farlow) apologies and assurances, our kitchen is still not complete, and looks terrible. The lack of professionalism shown by this company, as well as its overall lack of management in response to its customers, is unacceptable. I have since reached out to Tara Thompson, (the local office manager) who requested emails from the previous Director of Operations and our last Project Manager, Glen Palmer (no longer with the company), which I provided. She told me that she would have a manager get back with me the following week. After not receiving a response for over 12 days, I reached back out to and asked for Glen Palmer’s boss. Jonathan Baldizon (Director of Operations out of Miami FL) responded the following day and requested additional information, which I also provided. He was then unresponsive for over 11 days before finally reaching out the day I contacted someone with the warranty department, where he offered an insulting amount of $1,200 towards reimbursement. I also reached out to Jim Gorsuch (GM at Granite Transformations), Leonard Harris (VP Franchise Operations) and left voicemails for them without response. The last person I spoke with was Lucretia Witt (Warranty/Customer Service Manager), who requested images of all the issues mentioned above, and were sent on 2/24/23. She responded 4 days later, 2/28/23 that she received the images and would follow up within the next two days. After not hearing back from Lucretia, I sent a follow-up email on 3/7/23 and have still not received a response. I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General who reached out on 3 separate occasions until finally Jonathan Baldizon responded, stating that he was only aware of the tiles cracking and that he offered $1,200 towards reimbursement. I provided the documentation again that was sent with 50 images showing cracked and chipped tiles, electrical outlets cut out and installed in the back of all of our upper cabinets, drilled holes through the shelves and bottoms of our cabinets with LED strips secured and falling off the bottom of our cabinets with double sided sticky tape, huge inconsistent grout lines, cabinetry trim issues where they failed to caulk and paint, and blacks spots showing up all throughout our solid white countertops. Save yourself the headache and your hard earned savings and look elsewhere. If you want pictures to prove it, message me and I'll be happy to send them so that you can avoid the same mistake we made! As of February 2024, we have received zero dollars in reimbursement and have continued to be ignored by Granite Transformations a Rocksolid Granite USA LLC company!

Scheduling is a joke with this company. Everything they promise is a lie. They cannot keep to their schedule. Their subcontractors cannot keep to a schedule. My bathroom remodel started on December 10. It is now February 28 and the job is not complete. We don't even get a checkup phone call from this place. They have a nice product but their management of their customer contracts is an absolute joke. Teenagers are more reliable than these folks.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone I came into contact with at Granite Transformations. They are a very professional organization with great customer service. We wanted to remodel our Kitchen and saw an ad in one of the local home publications.. typically the cost of a kitchen remodel is very costly. We called Granite Transformation and it was educational and the product is high quality. We went with Granite who provided us not only new counter tops and a new sink, but also extended our island to Create a more comfortable place to socialize in our kitchen. We love the product and the owners, so we had them provide a new hearth for our fireplace.. We loved that so much, we are now moving on to our master bath. Great product with great staff that stands behind their product and services...

My wife and I have had Granite Transformations install their product in two homes. Our introduction to GT was at the Puyallup Fair about 15 years ago. We entertained installing true granite in our kitchen but found the contractor wanted us to remove the appliance garage and either eliminate an island eating overhang or install a steel trapeze rig to support the weight of the granite. We found GT could do the job without us having to eliminate the island eating overhang or remove the appliance garage. More importantly, GT could complete the job in two visits about a week apart without having to remove the existing 6"x6" ceramic tile countertops AND at less cost than installing true granite. On that first job, they installed kitchen countertops, including the island, a bar and two bathrooms. We used GT again in 2012 to install their product in a home we moved to when downsizing. In our current home they installed countertops in the kitchen/island, laundry room and in three bathrooms. Again as before, we appreciate their work, quick installation and the products durability. We made over our Master Bath installing an updated pattern over the previous GT installed counter top a few years ago. Yes, we are long time clients and continue to refer our friends to GT after they see our countertops.

Very pleased with Granite Transformations. Kitchen remodel businesses are common and competition benefits the consumer. I selected Granite Transformations after requesting bids from three other businesses. I was impressed with Granite Transformations for their ability to stick to my budget without up-sale pressure or hidden costs. I was also pleased with Granite Transformation's use of American made products. Their cabinet supplier is Decorative Specialties (www.Decore.com) who has a very broad range of selections and material types. I purchased 50 doors and drawers and only encountered one small defect which was easily repaired. Granite Transformations specializes in ¼ inch granite or recycled glass overlays. Don't think that this is a short-cut type of solution. Slab granite and other types of slab counter-top replacements require extensive kitchen demolition which usually causes unexpected damage to cabinetry and adjacent walls. In past kitchen remodels, I have accomplished the demo myself however, this is no small task as cabinet tops are both nailed and glued. Removing the cabinet tops without ripping and splitting the cabinet walls is possible but very difficult and extremely time consuming. Most cabinet companies spend little time on existing counter-top removals hence the damage previously mentioned. Granite Transformations ¼ inch overlays negate any counter top removal. Recommend that you explore the recycled glass option as it is a nice alternative to overdone granite and requires no sealing. The recycled glass also comes in an interesting variety of finishes not seen with granite. The recycled glass is also American made. Washingtonians seeking trendy, green alternatives to granite will also be pleased.

I'm looking for something to cover up my master bath counter top so I contacted Granite Transformations. They scheduled an appt to come out a few days later. Today, a saleman contacted me about what exactly I was looking for an happened to go over the price on the phone. I had to admit, I got a little sticker shock. I'm looking for about 10 square feet of counter top... they quoted me $1497. I'm not exaggerating... do that math. That's almost $150 a square foot! Sweet Jesus, what kind of an idiot would pay that much? So obviously, I'm not going for this and we cancelled the appt for the guy to come to the house to show me samples. I DO appreciate he told me up front how much this was going to cost, he saved himself his time and mine. I have no idea how the work looks or it's quality... I just thought I'd save other people the time of scheduling something knowing it might be costing $150 a square foot. I'm going to go with slab granite instead, it's actually considerably cheaper. * the salesman from Granite Transformations was REALLY nice on the phone, he was very polite, so stars just for being nice.

This company covered my counter tops with their granite; concrete looking, the color of choice was suppose to be (silver or gray) , The color they placed onto my counters ended up being a light green color....they came to my home to look at it per my request bringing along the color piece that I picked out for my kitchen....it was no where near the same color...the owners response to me was TOTAL SILENCE, HE WOULD NOT acknowledge a color difference....Im dumb founded...I called that office 3 times since then, sent e mails reporting a crack in the granite, again their response is silence, total silence...STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, RUN DONT WALK, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Update. I found a nearly footlong gouge in my floor tile by the shower that your installers somehow did. Sent message to your company 3/10. Got call from Tom G 3/11. Called him and emailed him and Justine 3/11 asking you not to process final payment until you fixed my floor. As of 5:15pm 5/12, no response and you processed the payment. Also, the plumber is the one that drilled the holes for the fixtures and the glass company will be drilling the holes for the hinges. The glass company expressed incredulity when I told them that they couldn't drill the hinge holes. They said they had never heard that on any project they've ever worked on. 51/13/17. Thanks for response. I see that the charge has been reversed. I've had more useful communication with you on Yelp than phone calls and emails. When nobody responded to me I called Justine yesterday. She did not tell me she canceled the credit card transaction nor did she tell me what you people were doing other than Tom was in the field and he'd get back to me. I just got a message from my contractor that Tom has contacted him. Thanks.

Horrible experience! It took the salesperson a total of two months to get bids to us for bathroom tub and counter cover-ups. At the end of two months, they pulled their bid- some 'lame' excuse that the color we chose (from their stock) wasn't a usual one, and that they didn't feel they could do the work! WASTED two months of our time. We ended up getting Home Depot's Silestone installed for LESS money than their bid for our countertops. There is no way their product/service costs less than ANY of the other bids we received..... I'd suggest avoiding the Mukileto Granite Transformations franchise...unfortunately, the Renton location won't do work in another franchisee's territory. There are lots of competent and honest contractors out there...shouldn't be a problem finding several that don't waste your time and energy!

We had our kitchen and back splash done. The work they did was awesome. The crew they had come out to work on our project was very professional and respectful of our home. Left our home very clean and the finished product with a professional look. We decided to have our 3 bathrooms done. Big mistake. They finished product was less than desirable with the edging left in clumps and all over our walls. Never cleaned up the mess they made and even had the grout on our new floors and toilets. We had them come back to redo the finish work and the guy left a bigger mess and more of an eye sore than the original guy that came out. Not happy with the finish work or the way that the last project went as far as respecting our home and the pride that they did not have in the finish. The project looks like one of our kids did it.

These bozos stood me up TWICE! I told my wife I was calling them for Mother's Day as a present for her. We set TWO appointments with them and each time they bailed. They reduced my wife to tears because they repeatedly missed their appointments. They don't call back, they just stand you up. We called them both times and they're like. "oh, we're sorry, we'll reschedule. Sorry about that." and continue to NOT SHOW UP! Go use ANYONE else but these bozos! STAY AWAY!
