Granite Transformations came in and finished a job we had started 15 years earlier. We had custom cabinets boxes built but never had finished the drawer faces, cabinet faces or hardware completed. They came in and measured everything match the wood grain, species and color and it was fantastic job.

A True TRANSFORMATION! Beautiful new kitchen cabinet doors and drawers installed in 1 day! The kitchen looks brand new with way less disruption and cost than a full scale kitchen remodel. I highly recommend Granite Transformations of North Seattle! Good, responsive people did the job from first consultation to installation.

I can't say enough great things about Granite Transformations and their employees. Everything from the initial visit at their store front, the consultation at our home, the measuring for the template to the installation was so professional. Everything went perfectly smooth and on time! The final result has truly been life changing for us. We 100% recommend this company for any of your house design needs.

I had my countertop and backsplash replaced by Granite Transformations. During the sales process, I clearly explained that I had an additional issue that needed to be taken care of while replacing the countertop. The issue was that my stove was in the way of my dishwasher clearance, as a result of which the dishwasher door could not be opened fully. The salesperson assured me that the company would take care of the issue by cutting extra inches off the back of the countertop to allow the stove to slide back in just enough for the dishwasher door to open fully without obstruction. I signed the contract with this understanding. Not only did they not take care of the issue, what I am really upset about is they gave me a recommendation that turned out to their own acknowledgement to be wrong and cost me unnecessary time and money. The installers told me that I had to get a contractor to cut a hole in the wall behind my cabinet before they could come back out to cut the countertop. I did as suggested and when the installers came back out, they said there was nothing they could do and that to begin with, they didn't think cutting a hole in the back of the wall would have helped with the situation because the flange would anyway prevent the stove from sliding further back. So now I had to call the contractor back to repair the damaged wall and repaint and ended up paying $595 out of my pocket for a job that was not even necessary and did not address the issue. I raised this issue to the salesperson and sent the company back their survey form also raising the issue and to date, no one has cared to respond. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends given this experience.

Every interaction was friendly and professional. The salesman was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Appointments were kept to the minute and everything about install was as promised. I love the look, and would recommend them to any of my friends. 11/19/2024 I just wanted to update the review. I called granite transformation for advice in repairing a chip ( totally caused by me) and they offered to come and fix it for me. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I have used Granite Transformations for two different installations (master & guest bath counters and fireplace) and each step of the process was a positive experience from meeting with Tom G., having a template created and then installation. Family, friends and guests love the look of my bathrooms and my fireplace is now the focal point of my home which gets compliments every time someone visits. The liberty diamond mosaic tile that is paired with Carrera marble granite looks amazing.

We had our main kitchen countertops and cabinets done by Granite Transformations back in 2007 and they still look beautiful! We decided to have them come back and install a countertop and sink in our basement apartment kitchen. The installation completely updated the space and we couldn't be more pleased! The office staff was communicative, and all appointments were on time. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Granite Transformations

I had my countertop, backsplash, and fireplace tile work done by Granite Transformations on Jan 2022. First off, I have to say that people I interacted with from Granite Transformation were amicable people. Unfortunately, the outcome of the project was not professional quality, more of DIY level. When you hire a professional tile installers and pay them +$10,000 you would expect your project to be certain quality. The most disheartening fact is that I think laborers just weren’t a highly trained nor had the proper tools. The tiles looked like they were laid without spacers, the grout were messy and all over the place, and countertops were not lined up with the sink opening. They came twice and tried to fix it and they just couldn’t do it (photos attached of final outcome). They also broke off one of the existing wood trim while replacing the countertops and have yet to replace it (we waited 2 months so far). Please consider using better craftsmen since this is a big investment and something you would look at for a long time in your home. Edit 4/26/2022: The owner of the company, Bob, came and fixed the wood trim and clean up the grout. I appreciated that Bob came out himself. Thank you.

So far, the countertop that was created and installed is great. No problems. I should have bought my own sink. The free one they installed is... just bad. "Just don't use bleach on it." WHO doesn't use bleach on a sink?! Well, now it's a sink that looks like it's never been bleached. ANYWAY, we also had them install a tile backsplash, and it was not so great. The guys installed tile right up to the bottom of the uncovered electrical plugs. While blinded by the stars in my eyes over the new counter, sink, and backsplash, I paid the second half of the payment while not realizing that it was as bad as it turned out to be. We will have to remove the top row of tile, refinish the wall, and reinstall the edging (which I am now afraid is going to rust). Furthermore, there is a sizeable section where the nice, clean, manufactured edge of the tile was hidden behind the stove, while the cut, very chipped edge was placed right at the top and visually exposed. Here is how THAT happened: we had requested that the tile go all the way up to the bottoms of the adjacent cabinets at this location (maybe 16-17"). The guys put in a single row of full sized tile (12") and called it good. I pointed out the "error" and made them fix it. At this point, the cut edge would be exposed, no matter what, and it ended up on top. It looks very substandard and second-rate. This part is not fixable. Finally, the "$300" sink that was included with the countertop was cast imperfectly and had a hole in it. :/ In the end, we realized that YouTube is your friend, and tiling is not that difficult. We have done both of the bathroom floors and floor-to-ceiling showers ourselves, and they look GREAT; a job that we had originally planned on rehiring these guys for, but they never bothered to return my call/email requests. In the first week of July 2023, a man claiming to be the owner called me and expressed deep regret and was very apologetic. He offered to come out and fix it by installing tile all the way up to the bottom of the cabinets. I was thrilled! He scheduled for July 17. Then I got an email rescheduling for the 18th. Then nobody came, and nobody called. On August 9th I received another apology letter, and was told that someone would contact me soon. On August 17th, a new email said that one of their most experienced team members would be out around Sept 11. On Sept 12 AND 26 I asked for an update with no reply. On October 2 I asked for an appointment and a commitment. Later that day, I got this reply, " We will have someone out by the end of this week or beginning of next week. That is the best we can do right now." No follow up and nobody showed. Again. I contacted them again on Nov. 8. The last time I contacted them was March 29, 2024. A portion of my email reads: "I would be absolutely willing to call it good, and willing to remove my reviews from Yelp and Google if I could come up to your shop and get the supplies and materials (100% of the materials that you yourself would use to install it) to do it myself. I am very confident in my own ability." I do believe I've been ghosted, yet they still have the audacity to keep me on their junk-mail email list. LOL right. In all the meanwhile, I have done a total renovation on *3* full bathrooms, AND a kitchen. I have two more bathrooms on the horizon, and who knows what else in the future beyond that. These are jobs for which we would have hired Granite Transformations, but they totally blew it. The amount they lost certainly exceeds $30,000 (judging from what they charged us for this BS job).

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! In July of 21' my Wife and I spent $21,085 to renovate our kitchen. To date, Granite Transformations has replaced the countertops on three separate occasions due to faulty craftsmanship, and the backsplash has been replaced three times as well for the same reason, in addition to defects with the tile. During the most recent countertop replacement, staff were dispatched by Granite Transformations to perform re-plumbing work on the third sink and to re-connect the gas stove for the third time. However shortly after this work was completed, we discovered a gas leak, which was traced back to a problem with the supply line connecting to the stove and located beneath the cabinet. Moreover, during the previous cabinet refacing, installers cut holes in the back of five of our cabinets and installed electrical receptacles. They said this was done to install the LED lights. We had existing wiring for the under the cabinet fluorescent lights which should have been used with a converter instead of ruining our cabinets. They also used double sided sticky tape to secure the LEDs to the bottom of the cabinet instead of using an LED track and diffuser as was appropriate. The lights continue to fall and look bad. We also have significant cabinet trim/finish issues that were not addressed and remain incomplete. Despite multiple senior manager’s (Glen Palmer, Phillip Wolford, Paige Farlow, and Matt Farlow) apologies and assurances, our kitchen is still not complete, and looks terrible. The lack of professionalism shown by this company, as well as its overall lack of management in response to its customers, is unacceptable. I have since reached out to Tara Thompson, (the local office manager) who requested emails from the previous Director of Operations and our last Project Manager, Glen Palmer (no longer with the company), which I provided. She told me that she would have a manager get back with me the following week. After not receiving a response for over 12 days, I reached back out to and asked for Glen Palmer’s boss. Jonathan Baldizon (Director of Operations out of Miami FL) responded the following day and requested additional information, which I also provided. He was then unresponsive for over 11 days before finally reaching out the day I contacted someone with the warranty department, where he offered an insulting amount of $1,200 towards reimbursement. I also reached out to Jim Gorsuch (GM at Granite Transformations), Leonard Harris (VP Franchise Operations) and left voicemails for them without response. The last person I spoke with was Lucretia Witt (Warranty/Customer Service Manager), who requested images of all the issues mentioned above, and were sent on 2/24/23. She responded 4 days later, 2/28/23 that she received the images and would follow up within the next two days. After not hearing back from Lucretia, I sent a follow-up email on 3/7/23 and have still not received a response. I filed a complaint with the NC Attorney General who reached out on 3 separate occasions until finally Jonathan Baldizon responded, stating that he was only aware of the tiles cracking and that he offered $1,200 towards reimbursement. I provided the documentation again that was sent with 50 images showing cracked and chipped tiles, electrical outlets cut out and installed in the back of all of our upper cabinets, drilled holes through the shelves and bottoms of our cabinets with LED strips secured and falling off the bottom of our cabinets with double sided sticky tape, huge inconsistent grout lines, cabinetry trim issues where they failed to caulk and paint, and blacks spots showing up all throughout our solid white countertops. Save yourself the headache and your hard earned savings and look elsewhere. If you want pictures to prove it, message me and I'll be happy to send them so that you can avoid the same mistake we made! As of February 2024, we have received zero dollars in reimbursement and have continued to be ignored by Granite Transformations a Rocksolid Granite USA LLC company!

Scheduling is a joke with this company. Everything they promise is a lie. They cannot keep to their schedule. Their subcontractors cannot keep to a schedule. My bathroom remodel started on December 10. It is now February 28 and the job is not complete. We don't even get a checkup phone call from this place. They have a nice product but their management of their customer contracts is an absolute joke. Teenagers are more reliable than these folks.
