My experience with Tom and his company (Granite Top, Inc.) has been the worst experience of my life. Tom is the most charming person while you're in the buying process, but when you do not like the quality of his work he becomes and argumentative, disrespectful person who will resist any type of requests for revisions. I have 3 pictures shown: The first is the "curved" edge that we were promised, which looks like a horrible, broken-off piece of stone. The second shows chips that were scattered throughout our final work product. The final picture shows what Tom considers a "1 inch gap" between the end of the counter and the doorframe as we had requested (notice that the countertop is too wide, fabricated incorrectly, and runs directly into our doorframe). So the quality was horrible, but it does not match the absolutely horrendous customer service experience we had with Tom. He literally held our entire home remodel "hostage" because he took nearly 3 weeks to try to correct his mistakes. He literally told us that "we were not his only customers" and would get around to refabricating it "when he had time". He was disrespectful, argumentative, and kept saying that he "did not understand" when my fiancée and I tried to show him his mistakes. He then was dishonest and promised to give us a refund if we did not like the final product, and then refused to give us a refund because he said that us "not being happy with the final product wasn't a good enough reason to get a refund." After I threatened to go to the BBB and escalate the issue, he then decided to give us a refund. I am a business owner myself, and I am astounded that Tom could, as a business owner, put a client through such an incredibly distressful process. PLEASE, PLEASE do not let his low prices pull you in....pay a little more and go somewhere else. Tom is your best friend until you have an issue, then he turns into your worst enemy. Sadly, this experience with Granite Top. Inc. will go in my history books as the top example of a horrible product with horrible customer service.

I'm finishing up a remodel of my kitchen and two bathrooms and really wanted quartz countertops, but didn't think I could afford them. After looking at solid surfaces and finding that the nice ones were more expensive than I thought, I got some quotes for quartz. Granite Top was just above the lowest and had way better reviews so I went with them. It was a great experience and my countertops are beautiful! They were flexible with my schedule especially when I needed to split the job into two phases and they were very neat and conscientious with their work.

Granite top did a great job with my install. Kitchen, hall bath and powder bath all have new quartz countertops. Everyone on my job from sales, to template to install crew was great and professional. Would definitely choose them for any future projects.

My husband and I are in the process of remodeling our 1/2 bathroom and wanted a counter top to compliment the existing tile, cabinet and sink in the room. I found Granite Top, Inc. by doing a google search and I was definitely not disappointed when we showed up. The owners are friendly and very helpful. We were able to look at their selection of remnants and found what we were looking for. They had the counter top and backsplash cut out in a timely fashion. Since we are doing the install ourselves, we were able to pick up our pieces in a couple of days. They made sure to cut the faucet and sink holes exactly where we wanted them to be and went over the usual process to install a counter top and made sure we had all of our questions answered before we left. We are planning to re-do our kitchen sometime in the future, and when that happens I would definitely go back to Granite Tops. I appreciate good customer service. Thank you.

We did our house remodel in January 2021 . Granite Top Inc done my kitchen and two bathrooms. That project has not been smooth without Tom and Zula s team . They are knowledgeable and had lots of experience. They have all the connections for choose materials and the right people to get you through the whole project. This team don’t just stop at money.... their services go beyond . I told them I will give them a break before I bug them again for my next project. I definitely recommend Tom and Zula s team . I employed this company's services to install both a countertop and backsplash. Although the countering task was completed without too much issue, the company's measurements for the backsplash were incredibly way off from our existing cut in the dry wall. This is an especially unfortunate miscalculation since they created a smaller hole, rather than fitting to the one already prepared. The worst part of this situation was when I attempted to rectify their error. The company outright denied any responsibility for the incorrect measurement, attempting to point the blame at me instead. This is not only unprofessional, but it's frustratingly unhelpful considering the circumstances. One incident particularly stands out in my mind, it was when I had to deal with one of their sales representatives, James. Our conversation was most unpleasant, marked by a terrible attitude and a clear unwillingness to help a customer in need. All in all, I am honestly taken back by the lack of efficiency and professionalism displayed by this company. They might offer countertop and backsplash services, but they definitely do not offer good customer service or admit their mistakes when they are clearly in the wrong.

The templater (I think his name is Alyson) came to measure my kitchen, he dedicated a lot of his time to explaining to me about problems with the execution of my cabinets that could visually interfere with the alignment of my counter after installing the stone, he advised me to make some repairs in my cabinets to avoid problems, in addition he made a hand drawing to illustrate what he was trying to show me, this guy is very dedicated to what he does.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. From start to finish, this company and their team, made replacing my kitchen counter tops an enjoyable experience. First I went to 5 companies for quotes. Granite Top was, by far, the best quote I received. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. They even delivered my counter tops during a snow storm. Every one did an excellent job, and I am so in Love with my beautiful white quartz counter tops. I look forward to remodeling my bathroom now. Wish I had more business to give them!!
