We had a great experience with Robert and his crew. We spoke with him about replacing our sink with a new one that was same size. He discussed it in detail with me and then came out to our house to look to offer his opinion on if it could be done without damage to our granite (which is always a possibility). He was thorough and knew his stuff. He had his guys out the next day to take it out and put in a new one. They were great and it took less than an hour. We were very impressed with how everything worked out and were so glad we used him and his price was very reasonable too.

Robert was very knowledgable and helpful with his advice and was great to work with. I have to say, though his crews were absolutely amazing. Not only did they do a perfect job on my kitchen. They brought their own lunch, griddle and offered me street tacos for lunch. I have to say, their street tacos were the best I have ever had. Great bunch of guys. We sat had lunch and talked about our families. Best Construction crew I have ever had at my house.

Went looking around for a remnant to have cut to size for a small project we were working on. I wanted a solid surface since the sides would be exposed. Checked a few other places and decided to stop by Granite Stone Cutters (bonus its not far from Bucees!). I got there, looked around, and they helped me find a piece within my budget! I left it there to be cut it to the dimensions I gave them. When I picked it up, I was in awe of how pretty it was and the cuts were accurate! The staff was great to work with and I would highly recommend them even for the smallest projects!

After waiting for years, my wife and I finally decided to renovate the kitchen (granite, can lights, remove wallpaper, etc). I checked out five (5) different companies and received bids from all five. The reviews from my neighborhood Facebook page were good for Robert Beazley at Granite Stonecutters so I was particularly interested in his bid. He is more than just granite. He was the general contractor for the painting, wallpaper removal, fluorescent box light removal and can light installation, pendant light installation, farmhouse sink, and of course Level 3 (exotic) granite and backsplash. We even had three areas with actual bricks showing through the sheetrock like you see in restaurants and old buildings. Looks amazing. His subs (painters, plumber, electrician) were top notch! Great communication and great work. Disregard the old building he's in - that's under renovation for a showroom, etc. He buys granite in quantity and was able to beat all the other prices on granite.

If I could give ten stars to Granite Stone Cutters, I would. We used them 15 years ago for a major kitchen and bathroom remodel and last week to replace bathroom countertops. In both the large and small jobs they were outstanding. We found every person we worked with to be very professional. The work was done quickly with quality installation and the best price available. The installers were able to work around a large mirror without damaging it which saved a significant amount of money. They exceeded expectations in every way!

Absolutely horrible!! Consider doing business elsewhere. After speaking to Austin for 2min instead of trying to earn my business. He proceeded by being degrading and having a horrible attitude. I simply called to to see if they sold the countertops by themselves and if I had to get my own installer. He said while being extremely rude that if I had my own installer that I shouldn’t be calling them and I should be calling my own installer. Like I said I received ZERO help from them. I guess they are to good to be trying To earn anyone’s business.

To say that I am happy, pleased with the outcome of this absolutely beautiful marble top for my buffet/sideboard, doesn't quite sound as amazing as I thought it would turn out. From the moment I walked into their location in McKinney, I was greeted by an extremely professional, yet knowledgeable member of their staff. Not only did they deliver the finished product, they also exceeded what I had envisioned as the end result. I will say should you have needs of new countertops, bench tops, this is the place to go for any home improvement project. As for the value, the complete cost, manufacturing and delivery costs can't be beaten by their competitors. Stonecutters - they are local and that makes it so much easier to deal with since you will be going there more than once! The staff is great- yes, the building isn't fancy--it's really where they work with the granite! - that's is why they are a bit cheaper- no glitzy showroom- just great granite arranged in big slabs (no tiny sample). You actually SEE the whole slab and they will write your name on it. Robert does an excellent job of getting the granite measured and set just right- I highly recommend Robert and his crew. We found Robert through our neighborhood app and were so pleased to find him. Our job was small - taking out an old sink and putting in a new one that was same size in our existing granite. Robert explained the process and even came out to look at our sink/granite to confirm he thought it could be done without damaging granite. The next day he had his guys out and they changed it out in under an hour. Very professional and very fare pricing! We were glad we used him and were impressed with our entire experience.

I decided not to go with them for my needed work. I mentioned we wanted to keep the top and gave its sink position and dimension so contractors could calculate a bid on the cabinet. The response I got from them was rude, saying my request made no sense. I thought supplying the width and sink position might be helpful. We went with another contractor who was very helpful and friendly and was not confused as to why I gave the dimensions and sink position

We received a very nice looking add in a home improvement magazine with a picture of a nice kitchen remodel . We decided to drive out and check them out and after we arrived at the address noted on the ad we found an abandoned looking building with abandoned looking cars including one with a flat tire . We called the number on the ad and the phone was answered by someone who answered by HELLO instead of the business name .He had a very rude attitude when I asked him if he had a showroom or display kitchens so at that point my wife said she was afraid to get out of the car and go inside so we left .I don't see how this business will ever be successful the way it is set up now and I would warn anyone who is considering using this company to be very careful.

for starters, took going though 3 different people to try to get an appointment. The last person called while drive on a saturday and said he would call me back later to setup something. Not sure why he called to tell me that. Never called back, but just showed up 2 days later un-announced. So not off to the best of starts. Then we started talking about the replacing of the countertops and removal of the tile backslash. He told me at that point that if they remove the backsplash and don't put in the tile themselves, the tile contractors will have to replace the dry-wall. That was news to me and I ask him why. well he started to get irritated with his answers on why I didn't understand why that is and I didn't appreciate how he was explaining it to me. Since I was already NOT happy with how they DIDN'T do an appointment, I told him I changed my mind and he could leave. I didn't like his tone. he left being not to happy and said a F U while walking out the door.. very nice, huh??
