These guys are exceptional. We did a complete remodel of our master bath – everything except the tile floor - and boy do we love the final result. This involved a demo of the shower, garden tub and cabinets and mirror. We turned the old shower into a closet and made the garden tub area into a zero threshold walk in shower. Before deciding to use Granite Radiance we talked with and went to see some of their completed work in the area. This gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision. Carlos was able to give us a bid almost immediately which was a step above the competitors we contacted. We were very pleased with all the professional workmen that Carlos sent (demo crew, plumbers, electrician, sheet rock tech, cabinet maker and most especially the carpenter and the tile guy). You could tell that these guys took pride in their work. Without a doubt, we would use them again for future projects.

Had them install granite under 1 year ago, it came unglued. Contacted them to request they fix it and they said “it just liquid nails”. We’ve been told for the past two weeks someone would be out to fix it, still nothing. Phone calls go unreturned. Went in person, they said they’re just super busy. We have our granite sitting with chairs under it hoping it doesn’t fall and break in the meantime. They’re great when they want the sale though!

Carlos and his crew are the best! They helped make my kitchen remodel dreams possible, and we could not be happier. I own a home bakery, and my whole kitchen vision was executed perfectly. They did the granite, sink, and whole bottom floor tile in our remodel. They gave us a lot of recommendations we had not even thought of that turned out great (farmhouse sink style, granite in windowsill). Carlos was easy to talk to, and very responsive. He helped us work through problems that came up on our project, and his crew was always respectful and on time. I am super picky about lines, and our tile job is perfect. Absolute perfect lines! We will definitely be recommending Granite Radiance to our friends and family for their home projects.

Amazing! Hands down! Gentleman that came out (Chico) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful on what we wanted exactly. Very reasonable prices for the quality of what you’re getting. Granite Radiance was awesome! They were very patient with us while we were trying to decide on the slab of granite. There are so many to choose from and we went back and forth several times. Marc showed us what they had at their yard and gave us great ideas. When it came time to measure, Carlos showed up on time and had great suggestions as to the corner radius and edging of the countertops. He has a lot of experience and an eye for what will look good. We trusted his opinion and we love how it turned out. The crew came as scheduled to install the countertops and were very professional. As an added bonus we were able to use a remnant from the kitchen slab in the hall bath - what a transformation of the vanity! I would highly recommend Granite Radiance to any of our friends or neighbors in Georgetown Commons.

We contracted Granite Radiance to renovate our kitchen countertops and backsplash, as well as a bathroom countertop. The job was done quickly and professionally while staying on budget. I would recommend Granite Radiance for home improvement projects in and around Austin Texas.

I showed up for a remnant liquidation sale and couldn’t believe how kind everyone was - specifically a couple of younger guys, Tony and Charlie. They helped me load a couple of free, beautiful remnants into my car and I told them that I was so happy with the experience, that I’d love to get a bid (not giving guaranteed work, but a bid) on the other aspects of my home remodel. I decided to leave my favorite slab on-site for them so I could give THEM the business of fabricating, instead of my usual fabricator. Two weeks later, after I decided to use someone much more professional for cabinetry, and asked them to give me a bid just for two bathrooms using my free remnant and another at full price, I got a call that they couldn’t ‘honor’ the free remnant deal anymore because they did it to me as a favor for something in return (cabinet work). So, I got a free remnant I was super excited about, and trusted them enough to leave it there for fabrication this week. Now it’s not free anymore because I didn’t just run with it. 😂 I’m not having it. So glad I didn’t trust them to come into my home and install. Next time, I’ll be wary when a ‘deal’ sounds too good to be true. Highly recommend Encore Stone Studio and Austin Cabinetry for work you’re looking for.
