We are very happy with the job done by David and Trisha. We did not know what kind of stone we wanted for the counter tops in our newly remodeled kitchen. David walked us through the process asking very pertinent questions about our lifestyle and giving us precise answers to our questions. Once the type of stone was selected, we visited the recommended dealers and selected two slabs of Siberian White granite. It was nice when the dealer put a sold tag on it and told us they would let David know the stone was ready for pick up, ie no hassles about money. Within a week, someone was at the house making a template. Again, he asked many questions, leaving nothing to chance. He also answered all of our questions and was very willing to accommodate our idiosyncrasies! In approximately 15 days from selecting the granite, our new counter tops were installed and our new kitchen was functional. The installer did not like the way a sill piece sat and returned it to the shop for an adjustment. He returned the next day to finish setting the one piece. It is a beautiful job. Exactly the way we envisioned it. The price is fair, the turn around time is timely, and the workmen are very competent. The job is what we anticipated and expected with absolutely no hassles. I will use Granite Perfections again.

The staff and installers at Granite Perfection ROCK - (pun intended). From design to layout to installation I could not be happier. Ours is an older home so as you can imagine, over the years there has been some minor settling resulting in the base cabinets not being quite level. The crew came in, did the demolition, laid the new underlayment and with some shims and some magic our new countertops are perfectly level. I would (and already have) highly recommend these folks for any type of granite work you need. Next stop, new paint to match the new countertops.

The designer for my kitchen contracted them. They delayed my contractor multiple times who was on a time crunch. He even had another job that started after ours and used another fabricator and finished before we even got ours installed. They had to come back twice because something was wrong. I asked for the left over material and they just kept dodging me saying someone else was in charge of it. In our contract from the tile company it said to seal with a specific sealer and they did not even though the contract said it was included. Stains started happening from water, oil, anything(this is a kitchen counter. Am i not supposed to use it?) I gave 2 start because one guy was super helpful but ended up making it worse in the end when trying to fix it. they tried to fix it but never did. They offered to tear it out for something cheaper that didn't match and it would ruin my brand new cabinets. The owner called me and bullied me saying it's my fault bc i picked the wrong type of quartz and the designer shouldn't have let me choose it. We hire and trust professionals. I am not an expert. I trust people to do their job. I ended up getting some money off the $6,000. However my $6,000 counter tops are forever ruined. I'm sure if you use cheaper material and don't have a timeline they're fine.

I unfortunately used this company because my interior designer and contractor use them. I purchased an entire slab (not a remnant) for a fireplace surround May 23, framing ready May 30. My contractor was to coordinate install and Granite Perfection came to measure then finally came back to install June 15. They arrived with a chipped and fissured piece. They told me they could polish it out. I said if that were true, why didn’t you do that prior to delivery? Or better yet, have chosen a faultless area of the slab to cut? They then said it was too heavy to return. Finally one guy acknowledged I was correct and it was damaged. They told my contractor they would come back that day with a replacement. Didn’t happen. Promised it would be done the next day. No one came. Wait the weekend, Monday June 19, no one came. June 21 they say they are nervous about the edge detail so I had to go in to confirm what I had confirmed with my designer and contractor. Day by day goes by and I call them directly for an update and they say they’re slammed and are trying to “squeeze me in” and they are booked two weeks out. Shouldn’t you have put me on the schedule the day you realized you would have to come back and then if you can’t squeeze me in I’m already scheduled? I ask them to put me on the schedule for two weeks out then, July 10. Just got a call today (July 10) they want to reschedule. They have my granite hostage and what my contractor told me was a half a week project has turned into a month of waiting on granite.

I wanted granite in my kitchen. I had granite installed in my house in NY and just loved the look. The builders that built my house in Florida did not have a granite that I liked so I researched and, luckily, selected Granite Perfection. From the beginning Ramon, the owner, was terrific and able to work with our constantly changing schedule. Jesse and Stephen, the installers, were wonderful. Their work was excellent as were their customer skills. My counters and island are gorgeous. I could not be happier. If you want your kitchen done properly all you need to do is call them.

I had been searching around town, spoken with a few companies, and got a few quotes, but from the moment I called Granite Perfection I had the best experience all around! We decided to have granite countertops and sinks installed in both bathrooms. David explained in detail the work he would do, provided a detailed estimate and answered all our questions. He was also clear in setting the right expectations for time frame and finished project. We agreed to the work and then received a call from Trisha regarding scheduling a time for the work. David's team came out and did a fantastic job. We're very pleased with the end result and would recommend Granite Perfection to anyone looking for a quality job at very reasonable prices. We had some scheduling setbacks due to an ordering error on MY part from the sink manufacturer. Once that was sorted out, they were prompt and communicated well. I rarely give out five stars but Trisha and her team deserve it. I just had two counters done at my home and both look great. I am so happy that it was done quickly and on time as this home was going to be listed for sale soon. I needed the counters done before I could do carpets and other items on the list, since I figured their would be a mess. The crew came and tore out the old counters saving my huge mirror that sits on top of the counter. I was not even sure they could do that but they did, saving me time and money to replace the glass. They hauled away the old material and they did not make a mess. They put the plywood in quicker than I expected then the next week the granite was installed. Their office was in contact with me several times. The granite looks good and we are pleased that it matches. Trisha knew exactly what we wanted and was able to save us money. We will be using them again next month and we will refer them out. Formerly, being in Real Estate in this area, we meet lots of people fixing up their homes. Plus we will put Granite Perfection on our Realtors (friends) lists of contractors they refer out when homeowners need help (after buying or fixing to sell). See you again soon.

Just had 2 slabs cut and installed. Fireplace and sinks. They came out great. Granite Perfection has their own state of the art cutting operation, which I visited, and is able to pass on the savings to the customer because there is no middle man. They also have computer guided measuring to reduce man made measuring errors. Everything was extremely efficient. I purchased my slabs and they were picked up within a day by Granite Perfection and installed on the exact date given, one week later. The slabs came out perfect, with some minor adjustments to one, and the installation team are problem solvers with a positive attitude, and made everything perfect. A note of advice on any project that involves measurements, its always good to have your own set of measurements to double check against the Estimators, because everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and slabs are big ticket and hefty items. Thankfully everything came out great with this project and the minor issues with one item were easily remedied by the ingenious installation team, and perhaps even made better. I could not be happier with this project.

Granite perfection was the best part of my kitchen remodel!! I had a vision in my head and Trisha really helped me make it happen. I shared pictures with her when I came to see her in the office and she pointed me in the right direction. I am sure that I would not be as happy with my beautiful kitchen if it wasn't for her help. Everyone in their company was super helpful. I had a lot of delays from the cabinet maker and they did the install in amazing time after the measurement so that I wouldn't be too far off of my schedule. So happy with the end product! We had issues with our rental property and had to redo the counter tops. We got several quotes and Granite Perfection was the best price with the best product options by far. We also needed it installed quickly, they had it in and done in about two weeks. The employees that came out to the house were stellar workers and very professional. This made me very happy because they were dealing with my tenants. (Who had to live through a three week + extensive kitchen remodel because of a water leak) The end product is beautiful and looks seamless. This will add great value if we ever sale this house. In the future we plan on hiring Granit Perfection again, to come and do both bathrooms, that is when we can afford it. I would highly recommend Granite Perfection!!!

My wife and moved to Truckee last March, we decided to remodel our kitchen since we would be here full-time now. The smoothest and most rewarding part of the project was working with Trisha and David at Granite Perfection. I spent the first month visiting a lot of big box granite stores and some smaller businesses trying to find the right look for our kitchen, everything starts to look the same. Fortunately, I was referred to GP for fabrication and after meeting with David my wife and I decided that his professionalism and dedication to his craft was the best of everything. David and Trisha gave us some guidelines and inspiration to shop, compare, and then talk to them about the true pros and cons with different materials and designs. (Most places recommend only what they sell or have in stock.) After meeting several dealers that have worked with Granite Perfection we were ready to make decisions. Scheduling was easy with GP, every employee treated just great, and everyone was great in communicating needs and time frames. When we remodel our bathrooms we will visit Granite Perfection first! David & Trisha were amazing to work with. Their estimate was more than fair (after several outrageous ones). They worked with my vacation schedule. A snow day forced them to cancel but they shuffled their schedule and came 2 days later. Due to budget constraints I asked them to try to save my existing tile backsplash. Their installers did not even crack one backsplash tile during the removal of my old counter top. The quartz counters that they installed in a very tight galley kitchen are gorgeous. I couldn't even find the seams at first glance. They left no mess behind. Not even in the street where they fabricated. After we got the details worked out the timeline for the template and install was quick and the process very easy. The Granite Perfection Team Rocks! They have an intense combination of passion and expertise. They took on the challenge of my kitchen remodel and met and exceeded my expectations. I gave Dave a budget and he was able to take my ideas and expand and complement them beyond what I thought was possible. The step by step process after that was smooth with the team making suggestions and great follow through. They have some huge dudes that hand carried huge pieces up a staircase that I thought would be impossible. Once installed the pieces fit like a glove and was more than I could have hoped for. Defiantly a great company that is worthy of more than 5 stars.

We have worked with many contractors and installers for major and small projects and Granite Perfection was truly perfection. David and Tricia took the time to drive all the way to Incline Village during a holiday weekend to give us a proposal for granite installation. Their price was significantly lower than other bidders which worried us at first but they were highly recommended by the fellow who sold us the granite and we took a chance. During the project, we asked if they would use the excess material and replace the tile in a small bathroom and the additional price was also very reasonable. What impressed us the most is that there was a misunderstanding about the exact placement of the backsplash behind the stove and it was not what we wanted. We had already paid them in full and expected to never see them again which is the way many contractors work. The next day, an extremely skilled worker came back and fixed the problem and it looks wonderful. We were not charged an additional fee for the return visit. They said, "We just want a happy customer." A few months later, we installed a new range and it did not quite fit. Once again, Granite Perfection came to our aid and sent a couple of guys to our house to trim the granite so the stove would fit. Two guys, two hours, a round trip from Sparks to Incline Village and we were only charged $200. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work.

I wish to recommend Granite Perfection for fabrication and installation of your Granite countertops. From the 1st phone call to Trisha and David the owners everything thing was very professional. They returned my phone call in a timely manner and set up an appointment working with my schedule. David came to our home and gave us a fantastic quote. The installers Chris and Richie were great, very nice guys and so willing to please. These two are real artist with granite. It took them tow twelve hour days to complete the job. They went above expectations with details to make sure everything matches and all seams we invisible. They were very clean and made sure when they left everything was clean including the floor. We have a custom made kitchen and install granite was very tricky but Chris and Richie made sure it was done correctly. As a professional Chef I wanted a kitchen I can work with and be proud of and they certainly made that happen. Granite Perfection has my highest recommendation.

They did the granite for my Mom's kitchen and baths and did a great job. Her kitchen had a difficult window sill extension behind the sink and they made it look stunning! So I decided to use them for my own house. My kitchen had a strange shaped island that was ugly with formica countertops but they said it would be pretty with granite. They were right, it looks fantastic! I've had a bad granite install before from a different company... It is an art to install granite well. Granite Perfections matched the backsplash to the pattern in the granite nicely and there is one seam in my kitchen countertop that you can't even see. They recommended using the 3cm granite and I love how they did the edge. It isn't bullnosed, just polished, for a very elegant look. I would have given five stars but sometimes it takes a day or two to reach someone when you call or text. Also, one day the installer didn't show up so I had to wait around for a couple hours for nothing. If you have a small job, like a bathroom top, they have tons of remnants. After they did my kitchen and baths, I decided to have my hallway cabinet countertop done. It was very affordable because I used a remnant from them and looks gorgeous!

Very patient company I wished I had gotten rid of the awful tiled countertop in the kitchen YEARS ago. It looked bad and was impossible to roll out crust on. David was recommended by the cabinet company and the stone company to install the granite countertops. Thank heavens they all three are near each other because there were several trip back and forth to work out all the details. David the owner came to the house and promptly measured and told me want in needed. Took the drawing to the stone shop and had it ordered in under 15 minutes. Three weeks later a two man crew shows up a little early to start. Fabulous better early than late. These guys had the old tile off in about 1 1/2 hours. And finished the entire install in one day by working until 630 at night. It was pricey but beautiful. Just should have done it years ago.

Work in my kitchen started 12/19/2022 and still today 2/09/2023 is a disaster after trying to install my granite countertops twice. We purchase beautiful stone Fantasy Brown and the inexperience crew destroyed the stone by cutting it wrong nothing matched and the PM was no where to be found. Today Ramon Santiago the PM promised to come with the new stone to install and it is now 4:29 and no one has come.

If you use them be careful and make sure that they don't cut your counters too short before they seal it. It was too late for us because we didn't see it until they sealed the quartzite to the counter. They should say, "does everything look ok before we glue your counter?" They cut it an 1/8 inch too thin down 3/4's of one side. Other granite companies that sealed some chips, that GP didn't see when installed, said that isn't acceptable that they installed it like that. GP owner offered to fix with a remnant that they had of ours, but we didn't want to risk damaging our new cabinets, so we have to live with it. When they came to look at wrong cut and a chip i noticed, one of their employees decided to argue with me in my house, after my husband left of course, because I asked him how he was fixing the chip. He assumed i know all about the granite business and gave me a smart A** remark. I told him I thought the whole situation sucked and they should have sent someone else over here who knew how to speak to people Which, it did. I had that right to say it when I'm paying over $6k for cut and install. After that my husband didn't want them in the house. Lastly, when they cut our cooktop they damaged the auto-close rollers of our new drawer underneath with all of the dust (that we ended up cleaning) and we had to replace them. I think they should have removed drawers before cutting above it. First 3 pics is the bad cut. The last pic is done right. I thought a company with Perfection in the name would've done a better and more professional job the first time.

I have never had to work so hard to give someone business. I called 3 days in a row spoke to a Kris, sent an email with pictures. Every time I called there was an excuse and a promise to check with Trish, or her "Guys" but never ever got back to me. It's clear by the reviews that this is common place for Granite Perfection. Sanchez Granite was much more helpful.

I have sent several emails and tried calling Granite Perfection about getting an estimate for quartz countertops in Truckee. First phone call I left a message which was not returned. I subsequently called and spoke to Kris on the phone. She asked me to email the layout, which I did. After not hearing back I sent additional emails and tried to phone with no response.

Nothing perfect about this company. They didnt order backslash & said it was someone else's fault. We called & asked for invoice to pay prior to picking up. They said it was ready to pick up, but when we went to pickup, there was NO order on file just a quote, which they didnt follow-up on. We had already scheduled installation, which we now have to reschedule another week out. Very unprofessional. If you make a mistake, apologize and move on.

I called one week ago to see about some granite counter top repair. Tricia the wife of David said she would send someone out one week later to take a look at the repair job. After one week a lady shows up and takes some pictures of the work to be done. The next day goes by and no call back. The next day I called at 8 AM but no answer...There hours say 7:30 am open. They dont answer phones till after 9:30 am. Tricia answers the phone and says she will call me back after talking with David. I call back several hours later and she says I will call you back in 10 minutes. An hour later I call her and she says I will call you back in 5 minutes. An hour goes by and I call her back and she says they are to busy to do my repair work. If you want bad customer service and a owner who cant remember anything more than a minute this is the company for you. Brain dead customer service and to much Ego to want to do a simple repair. How they stay in business is beyond me

Where do I begin? Their business practices are horrific. They rarely answer the phone nor do they return phone calls when messages were left. I left no less than 10 messages. The outgoing message indicates the office hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. When I finally got someone to answer the phone I was told the office hours do not begin until 9:30! They were a "no show" on the first date for installation. I had even confirmed the date with them the week before the scheduled date. No explanation was given. I was just told there were miscommunications with their scheduler. We had to wait another month for a new date. That being said, the installation turned out to be fine; however, the hassles and headaches involved were not worth using them EVER again. I was promised that they would "make this right" with some kind of extra service. They did not follow through on this either.

I witnessed total unprofessional attitude towards a very good friend of mine. I will never use this company nor recommend them to anyone. The workers that arrived did not have a clue on how to remove the old counters so they could be repurposed. The rep from the company was extremely rude to my friend. This company will not be used ever by my very large circle of friends and family. Nor will I ever suggest them.

Had a terrible experience with granite perfection. The installers put a hole in my wall, installed one piece that was incorrect and argued with me that it was correct, then finally admitted it wasn't. They also dropped a sink in the master bathroom and asked me to help with holding it. Who knows if there's a hairline crack in it, but I assisted for free and its probably my fault if there's a crack in the sink. The final piece of granite that was installed was pretty late in the day, so the multiple promises of cleaning up after themselves did not happen. I had the privilege of picking up their trash, vacuuming their mess from cutting the plywood and granite and I also had to patch, texture and paint my own wall. The multiple calls I made to the company to find out the details of when the install was going to happen netted 0 results. The promise of calling 30 minutes before arrival didn't happen either, they instead called when they got there and were pissed I wasn't there. I was also promised I would receive our granite layout for approval for several days in a row, only to be provided the layout at 9 am on the day they wanted to cut it and told by noon we were "holding everything up by not approving". Some others notable items: I was asked to pay in full (and then argued about it) by the installers before they were even done installing!!! The company also did not cut the size hole I requested for one of my holes, instead they oversized it. They also offered no compensation for their mess and damage they caused to my house. I would never use this company again and caution anyone else who does to not get swindled.

This job was done through Lowe's, where they pick from their list of contractors and then purchase the materials. Granite Perfection was the contractor for our kitchen counter top install. Initially GP got the order wrong, so when they installed the kitchen counters they were wrong also. The lengths on three of the pieces were wrong, and the edges were done wrong also. On top of that the owner who came to the house insisted on arguing every issue we had with the job, though Lowe's had documented all the instructions they had provided to the contractor and that the contractor failed to do. During the initial install GP damaged the drywall in the kitchen and punched two sizeable holes in the walls that they never mentioned. We insisted that they repair them. All counters had to be removed and redone, and 2-3 week job became a 6+ week job. I will never have Granite 'Imperfection' in my house for any job again. Choose carefully!

Worst company in Reno to do business with. Made my appointment a month in advance they had sent someone to my house to measure that had only worked for them for a short time didn't do his job correctly. So the company waited to the day of my install even though they had plenty of time to realize that they have no clue what they are doing to my Kitchen. The owner of the company remedy for the situation was for me to find another company to do the install. This was my second time using this company after the 1st time I would have recommended this company to anyone, after the 2nd time I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do not do business with this company. I would recommend looking for other companies. I'm sure there are owners out there that actually care about customers & the reputation of their business.

Horrible, nasty, stressful experience! If you are shopping for countertops..DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Sadly, the gal we started working with, Jamie was the only cordial human being in the place. I'm not sure how the owner David Roberts stays in business by being such a rude ass*#%€! Apparently he doesn't realize (or care) consumers have lots of options when shopping for granite! I cannot imagine he gets repeat business..I'm sorry I wasted my time by going there, hopefully by reading this you won't waste yours!
