I searched multiple warehouses, shops, etc. and Granite Masters had the best product, price, and customer service by far. I felt appreciated and was treated with the highest quality of customer service as soon as I walked in the door by Laura. She worked with me on the scheduling without hesitation when my kids got sick and even checked to see how they were doing! Not many places would go that up above and beyond and I wasnt a paying customer yet. The owner came to take measurements and was very professional and helpful as well. He was very kind and courteous. On the day of installation, the men that installed my counters was kind and respectful as well. They did an excellent job and was swift and quick! I was HIGHLY impressed with their work! I would definitely recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to replace countertops. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and I am so thankful I chose to go with this company! I searched several places before coming across Granite Masters and I couldnt have made a better decision!

We randomly stopped in at Granite Masters one morning after the granite vendor we were scheduled to visit was not available. We were looking for a granite slab for an outdoor grill area. The staff was friendly and showed us their inventory. We took several pictures of different slabs. We made a return visit with stone samples and ultimately selected a slab. The measurement and installation process was very efficient and the pricing was reasonable.

I highly recommend Granite Masters of Nashville. I built double-sink bathroom vanity for a smaller than standard opening. My daughter recommended GMN and I am glad she did. Laura helped my wife and I select the top that looked best for my room. The price was great. They came to my home, measured, and in 4 days it arrived and was installed. Perfect fit. It was a pleasure to work with Laura, she was very helpful and accommodating. I felt like she went above to make sure I was happy with where the pieces were going. From picking out stone to install was super fast. Installed same week. Installers were fast, professional and polite. They even made sure that the pattern was cut to line up so that it looks almost seamless. It’s small details like that you don’t get just anywhere. (I’ve used Home Depot previously for another house we sold, they can’t compare). Love the sink I purchased with them. It’s so deep. I’ll include pictures, however I haven’t done the tile backsplash yet when these were taken. I love our granite and would HIGHLY recommend Granite Masters of Nashville.

I enjoyed my experience with Granite Masters! I had gotten a couple different quotes in Nashville and my kitchen is very small and the other companies prices were ridiculously expensive. I was able to email Granite Masters a picture of my kitchen and they gave a very accurate estimate that was very reasonably priced. Within a few days they came and measured my counters in person. After the measurement in person they were ready to install that same week which was very nice since I was on a time crunch. The only thing is you have to have your sink/garbage disposal/ faucet disconnected before the installation. They will not disconnect or reconnect for you. I will be recommending them to friends and family!

I checked out a few places in town and ultimately decided upon Granite Masters. I went to another shop and the sales rep wouldn't show me anything. At GM they didn't care I was shopping for a small piece of granite. They didn't even care I wanted a remnant or that I insisted on transporting it myself. Kevin took the time to walk me through the yard and show me the stock. He talked me through each piece and the price. He didn't even pressure me to purchase on my first trip there. He told me to come back when it was dry and I could truly see the color. I didn't know water could affect color so I left with a few samples and came back a few days later when their stock had dried out. A few days after that they called and I picked up my piece. They were very clear on how to transport, move, and lay the piece down. My husband and I were able to get it into our house and on to the desk without any issues, except for a small cut in my finger. Granite is trickier than it looks! Great experience overall and if I ever get around to making the breakfast bar or redoing our kitchen, I will head there first!

Just had a great experience with Granite Masters; friendly, fast, great quality and excellent pricing. Literally it was one week and one day from my first call to Granite Masters until my new seven foot double bowl vanity top was installed. We visited their office on Tuesday afternoon and looked at a good selection of granite slabs, they came and measured on Thursday afternoon and installed the new top the next Wednesday. I will definitely be using them for all my future granite needs.

I reached out to 3 different countertop companies and Granite Masters of Nashville was the quickest response and was by far the most professional and easy to work with. They ended up being the cheapest out of the 3 companies for the exact same granite options and came out to build the template very quickly. They turned around and installed sooner than they expected as well, even given the fact it was Thanksgiving the week before. I plan on using them again in the future when needed. I had a lot of questions and every single one was responded to within minutes. The install was clean and efficient. The care that went into the countertops and the installation was very professional. Fantastic! We went to about a dozen granite yards in addition to the big box stores. We chose Granite Masters because they had the most helpful, patient and friendly staff in addition to having the nicest slabs of granite at our price point. A+ communication. Install was quick and flawless. I will say there was a slight issue w/ one of the installed granite pieces, but I only mention this because they were quick and polite to fix the issue and will take of you. Something you often won't find elsewhere. They truely want you to be happy. Very happy we are! Put your trust in them, save money and time. End of story.

The most fantastic customer service I have ever experienced. There is no rush when you to view the granite - no rushing you to make a decision. Installed 71 sq. ft. in my kitchen last week and it is beautiful. After checking out Lowe's and HD I went to the internet and it did not take long to find this company where it seems most everyone recommended it for quality installation, product and the best pricing. I took a visit to their fabrication shop and found a family business, Jeff and Miriam answered all my questions, Jeff came and did the template on Thursday and then Jeff and Oscar came the next Wednesday braving the snow and ice to do the installation. Took about 5 1/2 hours to install, paying attention to all the details, very thorough making sure everything was perfect. I have no hesitation to recommend GM to anyone that needs a counter top.

Jeff and the guys were absolutely fantastic, dealing with our multiple quote requests while we tried to work within budget and then adding in extra services at no charge when the marble we chose completely exceeded that budget. They worked so hard during the entire process from the quick quote work ups to the fast fabrication and installation. After a year and a half of home renovation, we've had to deal with a lot of people coming in and out of the house, but Jeff and the crew were the fastest folks we dealt with by far. There are not many people in this town you can call one day and expect to be at your house the next! Our kitchen island was no easy feat, but the crew managed to get the piece in with no issues. We also had them install a 7 foot vanity top and the perimeter pieces in our kitchen, and everything looks like a dream. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these folks. Incredible service, professional team, and good, honest people.

This entire experience was a nightmare. The day they showed up to install they installed the WRONG COUNTERS. We ordered a grey and white marble and they installed an all white quartz. A completely different material and not at all what we had picked out and paid for. I immediately called them to ask when they could back and fix this and they said they couldn't come and install the correct counters for another WEEK. We had to reschedule our plumber and we were without a working sink for over a week. When they came to install the correct counters, they brought two counters with completely different corners that sit across from each other and one has a chipped edge. Save yourself a headache and go with a different fabricator.

2 weeks after install Quartz cracked. I bought almost $6,000 worth of quartz and two weeks after install it cracked. While the installed quickly and the initial buying process was great. The counters were not measured properly. I tried for weeks to get someone to come look at the crack and he came and said they have to rip the entire 13 foot section out and damage the walls and I'd have to buy a new sink and pay a plumber again to install everything so nothing has been done. Also, the seams are terrible. Please do not use them and check out the photos.

my counter top small but little curve. They didn't tell me they use two quartz. it's doesn't look good after they installed. It's showed the seam line and look not evenly, and the quarts not smooth. i contacted them let's them know but they ignore me. bad service ever :@

I am a Nashville realtor and my client hired Granite Masters to upgrade his condo and do granite in the kitchen to put it on the market. They gave a window of 8-10am and showed up at 11:30am. I should have know this was not going to be a good experience. When I arrived later in the day to inspect the work, I noticed that they damaged the walls around where the installation happened. I took photos and sent them and they denied any responsibility. What they didn't know is that I had just taken photos of that same area the day before and there is absolutely no damage. I understand things happen and they were clearly in a rush and this wasn't the largest job, but they could have acknowledged what happened and we could have fixed it. I would NEVER recommend them for their lack of professionalism and lack of accountability.

Beware Granite Masters!! Price isn't everything! Installation of my large quartz island top by Granite Masters 7/2/19 was a nightmare. They treated the house like new construction. They didn't lay paper or plastic down on the wood floors or cover anything in the kitchen or around their cutting area. When they cut the hole for the stove top, quartz sand sailed all over the house, laying down a thick coating on the freshly finished kitchen wood floors, the silverware in the drawer, all the pots and pans, and even inside the closed coffee maker on the counter across the room. The cabinets and drawers underneath are full of sand. Not only was the finish edge their shop put around the perimeter uneven, it is not even the edge I ordered. The sand dust might as well have been sand paper as they were grinding it into the floor finish with their shoes, and they didn't bother to clean anything afterward or even haul off their residue materials. They broke a brick step out front and never mentioned it, and one of them threw several cigarette butts on my walk and drive. The kitchen will take professional cleaning to determine if the floor finish can be salvaged. Granite Masters may be a bit less expensive than other companies, but I'm paying for it anyway.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company was recommended to me and I wish I never heard of them. Despite the very good Google reviews my experience has been different. With two efforts to install my marble counters, they still aren't correct. It took two days to even call me back after I called to say I was dissatisfied with the first installation. Two pieces on my counter weren't even the same shade and the seam was a very rough cut. There were several other imperfections but this are the major ones including rain stain streaks down a whole piece. Rigo came out on the third day and seemed to genuinely want to make good on the job and said he would replace the two pieces. The installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday and nobody showed up. I called at the end of the designated window and was told the crew was just leaving the yard. I called an hour later and was told they were still fabricating my marble. I had to go to work so I rescheduled for Saturday. Today they installed the new marble and the cut was better, with the exception of the sink. They didn't cut it square and have to come out again. The cut is a quarter of an inch wider on one end. The fabricators seem not to care at all or do any quality checks. The installers took a chunk out of my wall today also. I just want them to pick up their material and I'll start over with another company. Ive invested way too much time and am incredibly disappointed. The Better Business Bureau has a C rating.

HORRIBLE customer service! Had originally spoke to Anyssa...then went into the office, that had no air conditioning, a stop order on the window and it was a disorganized mess. No one could find the quotes I had been given...none of the girls in the office seemed to know what the heck they were doing. Then, when I would call to speak to Anyssa, she was no where to be found, no one knew where she was, or I got 'she's out of the country' ?? there's a large table when you walk in, was a disaster, crap, fast food, paper everywhere, a mess! No manager, no owner present, no one called to confirm, I had to call it seemed to wake someone up. They seemed bored, didn't care to assist someone that was thinking about dropping almost $5,000 on Granite...I canceled the template appointment. When somewhere else.
