I'm really pleased with my granite kitchen countertop. Everyone at Granite Kitchen & Bath is exceptional in their area of expertise. Mike came out and measured, sent me the bid. I had interviewed three other companies and made my decision. Agapo came out to do the template. Brenda, office manager answered my questions. Raphael and Edgar did an excellent job installing. The next morning Kevin the plumber reconnecting the plumbing in an efficient manner. Thank you all for a fantastic job!

We went to Granite Kitchen & Bath to look for counter top ideas for our kitchen and bathrooms. We left having contracted with them to install new granite countertops and sinks. Mike Schiffler was great to work with for our purchase. Brenda, who does scheduling was also very good to work with. They were very responsive when we had questions. They did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress and schedule for installation. Installation was done yesterday, and I can’t say enough goo things. The two guys who did the installation worked hard all day, were friendly, and considerate. They were very cautious during the whole process. I highly recommend Granite Kitchen & Bath.

From Mike working with us the entire way through, to scheduling with the receptionist, and the install team, we had an amazing experience. They were really great. While any of these projects can be daunting, updating a kitchen may top the list! From the very1st meeting, I knew I had chosen the right people! Mike & I walked the slab yard with my cabinet & flooring colors in mind to find the perfect choice of granite. The project went like clockwork; professional crew came in to make the template followed by skilled prep of the granite & install went in quickly. All aspects were covered by Mike. There is one seam in the counter & it is not visible unless I point out how exceptional it is!!!!!! I love how it has lightened up my kitchen & the ease of cleanup. We used Granite Kitchen and Bath to fabricate and install new quartzite countertops in the kitchen and two bathrooms. Mike was very detailed and thorough when giving us our quote and explaining the process. The slabs were fabricated beautifully, and to our desires. The guys who came to do the installation were great. They were some of the most polite and professional workers I’ve had in my house. The install was beautiful and they cleaned up everything so well you didn’t even know they had been there. And, they even cleaned behind my oven! Bonus points for that. Would highly recommend them and would for sure use Granite Kitchen and Bath again.

We had granite installed in our home by Granite Kitchen and Bath. We signed a contact on May 17th and the granite finally was installed on 8/16/2021. We are very unhappy with the way the granite was templated. Take a look at the obvious cloudy appearance in the granite. The person that templates the granite did not take this into consideration when he made the template. Take note: it is located in the most active area of the kitchen. The owner came out to discuss and stated he could redo the granite with a seam. We choose not to proceed with his solution as this would look even worse. I have worked with many many granite companies and this was a very disappointing outcome and experience. The photo says it all. This was an expensive granite! They are the very best fabricator in Tucson. We replaced our existing granite slab counters with Cambria Quartz. It took a few visits to their showroom to pick the quartz and Cathy was very patient with me as I matched our cabinets and existing backsplash with the quartz. Once we had made our decision we talked to Mike and Agapo about our desire to keep our tile and glass backsplash. They said their crew would do everything they could to leave our backsplash as they found it but they couldn't guarantee it. The crew was incredible! They worked most of a day removing our granite and there was not a scratch or broken tile. The kitchen looks fabulous! You will be happy with their work!

If you have a high end home or even a small well designed home and want the best job possible in Tucson at a fair cost of paying only for what your job will require. This is your place. I say this because I had a design business for 7 year in Scottsdale with a high end demanding clientele. When I moved to Tucson I went to work on my own home and of course I was going to need skilled stone fabricator. I found many fabricators and I mean many from south to north and east to west, but only one met the expectations of my trained eye to detail. Seamless beautiful work! Agapo was so professional, patient and well mannered and the staff nothing less. You get non of the fluff and all about the pride of workmanship! They have my respect.

Mike Schiffler, the owner, was an easy person with whom to work. He was pleasant and friendly and worked with us on the pricing. Before installing the granite we chose, he came to our home to do the templating and brought along a general contractor, Chris, who removed the pony wall, because I wanted a single level island. The work was done neatly and well. A few days later, Mike sent out a great crew to do the installation- Rafael and Rudolpho. They worked well together and did a very thorough, professional job. They didn't fool around at all, just worked for 2 days until it was finished. I had granite installed on the island, the counters and as a backsplash. The plumber, Kevin, who Mike sent to reconnect my water and dishwasher, was also top notch and very friendly, professional and efficient. Additionally, the office staff, Brenda and Kathy, were quite helpful and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with everyone on the team with whom I interacted, and with everything about their work. They made a big job easy for me and I am very grateful. I should also note that the person who is doing the cabinet portion of my job had nothing but great feedback on Mike and Granite Kitchen and Bath and considers them among the top two granite companies in Tucson. My only suggestion would be that Mike follow up in the future to make sure the customer is satisfied. I was disappointed that he didn't call to get my feedback. So, in my case, I stopped at the office and left word for him about my very positive opinion of the team's installation expertise. I highly recommend this company!

From our first meeting, to the scheduling and communication, to the template development and finally the installation, we could not be more pleased. The crew that installed the granite countertops were efficient, friendly and very professional. Their attention to detail was spot on, and the plumber, was a joy to work with. The fact that this installation, including demolition, was done in a day, minimizing any downtime of our kitchen was a huge plus. I will tell you that we know of two other granite installations, one with our neighbor and the other with my cousin here in Tucson, where the granite installation turned into a prolonged project extending into months of inconvenience. Both of those were done by competitors of GKB! This says a lot of GKB reputation and professionalism. I would highly recommend GKB.

My wife and i had a really good experience with this company. We had granite kitchen counter tops installed a few days ago and the entire process was handled very professionally. The owner visited our house and helped by providing some recommendations regarding designs/color choices. They have a big yard full of granite slabs to pick from, as well as a show room to help with ideas for your decision making process, and after that the owner pointed us toward the ones that would work best in our kitchen. i wouldn't take the time to provide this review, if i wasn't happy with the result. i felt it was well deserved. They installed countertops and a full backsplash in our Kitchen after doing a tear out of prior tile backsplash and countertops. Couldn't be happier!!! We experienced praise-worthy service from this company from beginning to end! Everyone we dealt with, from sales staff to the template-maker to the installers, were not only a pleasure to work with, but extremely knowledgable, experienced and professional. Also, we were thrilled to discover that they were able to fabricate our granite kitchen countertops without seams at the corners! We attribute this to their fabricators taking extreme pride in doing the best job possible for their clients! (Well-done seams can be fine, but no seams was an unexpected bonus!) The fellow who came to make the template and the two installers all did a great job. They made several suiggestions lthat I would not have thought of which really makes the kitchen stand out They were also right on their predicted schedule. I love the way my kitchen looks. I had my kitchen counters (with an island), two bathrooms and laundry room counters all replaced with granite. The counters were templated on Tuesday and I was told that the installation would start on Friday. Since they do their own fabrication, I did not have to wait long. Most of the work was done Friday (including ripping out my old Corian countertops) and finished on Monday. The work done was top notch. Every concern I had was answered. One small problem popped up and Michael (the owner) stopped by and figured out how to address this problem and took care of it. Everything looks fabulous. The house was left clean. I would highly recommend this company.

I was looking for a specific granite that I have had a difficult time finding. Granite Kitchen and Bath has been so fantastic working with us. We located the granite and there were only 2 slabs available. We weren't sure how to make it work and what the layout would be. They were gracious and had us come and they put the templates on the granite so we could see how it would be cut. I really appreciate that they were willing to take the extra time. Aguapo also came up with a way for us to do the back splash that was creative.

Our experience was fantastic! Upon visiting their showroom, Mike took his time to ask about our remodeling project and what color of slab I was thinking of purchasing. With my information in hand, Mike took me out into the yard and showed me the piece of Quartz that was exactly what I wanted. We then discussed price and scheduling. While it wasn't the cheapest slab I had been quoted, it was more reasonably priced than most. The ace in the hole was how quickly they could get the slab fabricated and installed. Total time from measurement to installation was four days. I'll say that again: FOUR DAYS! Mike and his crew were truly professional, and take pride in their work. They took their time, explained everything, wanted to teach us so we understood, and made sure the job was done right!

The minimum purchase areas were prohibitive for us. We needed 8 square feet for one bathroom and 12 square feet for another. The minimum purchase for remnants was 15 square feet. Full size slabs, which included the most desirable selections, required a 30 square foot acquisition. If you can meet these thresholds then you will find a nice selection of granite, marble and some travertine well displayed in their yard.
