Granite guys did an amazing job with our counters! They were professional and easy to work with. They took caution with our new kitchen and did a nice job cleaning up at the end of the day. The job was done very precisely and I can barely see the seam in the counters. Definitely recommend!

We decided to go with Granite Guys to install custom countertops in our home based of the reviews, unfortunately the reviews are not an accurate depiction of the work they offer. Our slab was cut incorrectly, resulting to our stove top not fitting.. their solution was to cut our freshly painted custom cabinets with a saw causing damage to fit the stove top. They left the stove top in so we wouldn’t notice the damage right away along with chips in countertop slab, marks all over my walls, and cabinets. We contacted them immediately due to damages found and the final product they left on our home - after communicating with Dustin, he recommended the owner come out to figure out a solution. Tommy came to our home and was completely unprofessional and argued with us because we wouldn’t accept his ridiculous solution- the only solution they would offer after admitting they messed up was to cut the hole for our stove top bigger and shim a piece of quartz in the space then hire a cabinet company to repair our cabinets but argued that the countertops didn’t need to be replaced and that there was nothing wrong with them… we declined this option as the countertops were cut wrong initially and the quality of the installation was subpar to say the least. We asked for a refund of the exact amount we paid them in cash for the slab and labor (not including the costs it would take to repair our cabinet damage they caused) due to the product they left us, the damages caused, and at this point losing complete confidence in their company seeing how they do not stand behind their work even when they are clearly at fault. We decided to get multiple second opinions with recommendation of removal and replacement due to the slab being cut incorrectly and to repair the cabinet damage correctly - after disclosing this information with the owners they still refused to refund our money or fix it the correct way… We are now having to pay a separate company to reinstall the countertops that Granite Guys installed in December. Along with repairing the cabinets that they damaged during installation. PROCEED WITH CAUTION when choosing this company to step foot in your home - regardless of the final product they WILL NOT stand behind their work. I am leaving this review to make other potential customers aware that the reviews do not reflect the quality work they offer!

Fabulous team! Very personable:) They know what looks good and how to install it! We first got our kitchen countertops replaced, then built an outdoor patio, and then did some painting/updates in the kitchen ~the countertops (in both areas) have always been the conversation piece! We have not had a single regret! (Except we wish we had called them sooner;)

We are so happy with Granite Guys! We have granite countertops, but wanted to jazz up the kitchen Island with a lighter Quartz top, and get the Island painted a different color. We had a few estimates from contractors that seemed quite high. My husband found Granite Guys online, and we went there. They have a nice showroom, and many varieties to choose from. Rui helped us right away, and showed us remnants that were available….there were many. We gave him our measurements, and showed him photos of what was already in place. We made our selection, and Rui came out to measure and take photos. Within a few days they were ready to deliver. Two installers arrived right on time, and did a great job. Can’t wait to get the Island painted, but already the new Quartz countertop has made quite a difference. Thank you Granite Guys!

Granite Guys are absolutely a joy to work with from Todd the salesman to Austin who made sure the measurements were perfect and the crew that installed our quartz. Todd made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and someone would always keep the communication open. This company is very reliable and actually fun to work with. This is my family home that we were raised in. We had a family reunion with all of my siblings and they were amazed at how beautiful the countertops are and couldn't believe how everything felt so warm and comfortable. I already have recommended them to family that lives close so anyone who is looking forward to a great experience.

Thanks to Tommy, we have our marble entry tables and our quartzite kitchen island countertops that perfectly match our interior paints and marble entry pieces. They gave us a great consultation before we chose anything and the buyer's guide helped us a lot prior to meeting. We had a few edges in mind but they really weren't gonna work with our calacatta berrini fireplace. The entry, living room and kitchen all match, Thank you guys! Great job!

If you want an outstanding work done within a certain time frame, call the Granite Guys. We remodelled our kitchen the first three weeks of November 2019 and followed the recommandations of two neighbors who had hired the Granite Guys for their own kitchens. We couldn't be more pleased by the quality of the job done. From prompt returns of phone calls and text messages, removing the old granit, installing huge pieces of quartz, respecting delays and even speeding up delivery (because a guest from overseas was coming to cook with me), and then coming again for a few minutes to fix a couple little things, the whole process was stress less. This is rare and worth mentioning. Measures were taken precisely three times (before and after removing the old Granit and before cutting the backsplash) by two different persons. The finished product is gorgeous. Tommy, the co-owner of the company followed and checked every step making sure the work met our expectations. We were given a cleaning product and offered suggestions to clean with various products in case of accidents. Hire the Granite Guys! You will be pleased you did. Everyone is the team is skilled, kind, and respectful. They will go the extra mile to make sure your expectations are met.

How refreshing to find a company that neither over promises and under delivers nor under promises and over delivers, although they are much closer to being the latter. They did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up on time. Their estimate was the price - there were no surprises at the end. Their installation was timely and pure perfection. Not only was their demolition and installation crew excellent at their craft, they were pleasant, professional, and polite. I highly recommend Granite Guys!
