I’ve allowed myself a fair amount of time, as well as the owner to reply; before doing this review. I’ve been working on a project, and I reached out to this establishment to drill holes in some stone slices. I discussed a price for drilling holes in each piece with one of the owners. I was also aware the stones could be damaged during the process, due to the nature of the stones; but I figured it would be less likely due to the type of business this is. Anyway, what I wasn’t expecting; was to pay for damaged product or a price increase, that was never discussed. I paid, because this project had been going on a lot longer than expected, and I asked the employee why was I being charged for damaged pieces? She mentioned, because of the labor. So, basically that’s like taking your car to get an oil change...and while changing your oil, they somehow damage your motor, but you still have to pay for the labor?! Let’s say I sent over 100 stones to have holes drilled, and they broke 50 of them...I’m paying you to not break them; otherwise I would have rather broke them myself. I was expecting to build a partnership with them, as I’m in the interior business; but how could you trust doing business with someone after they expect for you to pay for damaged product? Very hospitable people, but somewhere there was a disconnect. I’ve learned an expensive lesson, and thankfully have found a better replacement to take care of these jobs moving forward.

Wow!!! This is the type of service we don’t see or experience anymore. They recently redid my kitchen and it looks gorgeous! Cristina was so patient with me while I picked my quartz. Mario was quick to remedy a miscommunication we had and made sure I was happy. Will always use them and tell everyone else too!

Granite Fabricators did an excellent job of installing and finishing our breakfast counters, reception area and window sills. All edges and lamination polished smooth. Seams are not noticeable. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and fast. Replaced all the countertops in my house. Best quality of work. Very meticulous. The owner was at my house ensuring all the seams and veins of the stones matched up perfect. The owner did not allow the employees to leave until all the work was done and up to his standards. It is very reassuring to have the owner of the company give the quote and come to the job site to ensure his workers matched his quality and expectations. Prices are reasonable for the materials they use. The owner shows you samples of his materials and the materials that are builder grade or imported from China. This company only uses the best. I was at their location looking through their stone they have onsite and they have some of the best stone I have seen. They have materials for all budgets even up to the very expensive Taj Mahal stone. Do yourself a favor and contact them ASAP even if it’s to compare the materials and stone you are about to install with your local handyman. Very worth the price since they came in and took care of everything in a couple of hours from removing the old stone to installing and sealing the new stone.

Extremely good work, but more importantly excellent customer service and communication. Our project required detailed work with high end marble, and it was done perfectly. Hats off to Mario and Cristina!
