Went on a Saturday; they were really busy but I didn't see anyone around to help. Not even employees helping other customers. Just the cashier's behind the plexi glass and they were nice, but not very helpful, they just referred me to their website which is not user friendly. No take home samples at all, only one product catalog (for Kraftmaid cabinets). Lots of products on display, most of the fixtures and sinks had a price, but it would be nice to know what sizes the Milzen cabinets come in...

Place is nice a lot of options but it’s so crowded and they have only 2 desks to serve kitchen design so the staff sitting there doing nothing because there is only two desks and each customer takes over an hour , no places to wait no places to sit no organizing chaos even with you guys know you have that many customers invest into improving customer service instead of letting the people pile up waiting and end up leaving like us without getting anything done

Saqib at the granite expo store in Stockton is an absolute gem to work with. His patience, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. My wife and I couldn't be happier with his service. Highly recommended!

The staff were nice to deal with in store, the stone we had installed is very pretty, BUT, now a few weeks out after install, we had our backsplash done and our tile guys discovered the countertops were installed Extremely unleveled which created alot more work for them to get our patterned tile right. Like the counters were unleveled by almost a centimeter. That's crazy. Wish I'd known to look for that on day of install! These guys should have known better though. AND the quartz is chipped. The chip is very, very tiny but now I need to figure out how to seal it so food stains don't get in the chip and stain it permanently. I paid 4k for my tiny corner kitchen, the install was literally the same price as the stone and this is my end result.

Great service, polite customer service, professional installation. Worth the money! Ensure you measure everything ahead of time and take pictures and videos. Then pick out your material on site in the show room. You pay for material upfront and labor after installation. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the installation. Would use them again for next project!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I spent any of my hard-earned money here. But, unfortunately, the other reviews were right about the customer service, and they deserve 0 stars!
I would suggest going to "Sincere Home Decor," only about 15 minutes away from here, and they actually do granite installations! And no, I don't work for them. However, I wish I knew about this place much soon, and they know how to treat their customers.
Tuesday June 28th at the emeryville location I went to return an item and make a new purchase. It was a hectic day. Therefore it was a very long line, which was fine. I stood in it patiently waiting and watch the customer service reps pass me several times. The sales reps watched me stand in that line for about an hour with a very long T-molding that you couldn't miss just for me to get to the front counter and immediately say,
"oh, if you're returning that, it needs to be returned to the same place you picked it up from."
Nowhere under their term and conditions does it say that! It is also confusing because I paid for this item at this exact location, so I would only assume I can return it where I paid for it! Especially since it doesn't say anything about that on the receipt. So you can take my money and send me somewhere else to pick up the item, but you can't return my money? (or in this case, just store credit because I did buy something else)
The worst part about this entire situation is I asked to speak to the manager named Emma, and she seemed like she didn't want to come to talk to me. She didn't even have enough respect to even acknowledge me. When she finally acknowledged me, she put her palm up to me, telling me that I needed to wait in line again if I wanted to speak to her. Again I already waited in line for about an hour, and the line was still long! So I did, and it was clear she had made up her mind about it and didn't even try to assist and was very disrespectful. No one deserves to be treated like that.
I truly hope the owner reads these reviews because I must say that it seems like you are not because these bad customer service reviews should not continue. Emma should not be a manager and needs to be demoted. Your staff needs customer service training because respect is common sense. Still, it looks like they don't know that, especially Emma. This store deserves to go out of business if they are going to continue to operate like this.
Again go to Sincere Home Decor instead. Forget this place!

I was surprised how quick I was able to get my countertops. They came on a Monday to measure, and the following Monday the counters were installed. Everything fit perfectly and they were in and out of the house in under 2 hours
So patient with our custom built diy cabinets.

I would leave a -5 if possible.. I bought 3 slabs of quartzite. I signed a contract that they install the stone in my kitchen on March 19. In the contract it was specified that they bullnose the stone before installing. They send one person to my house several days before the installation. He came in carrying a hand held small measuring tape. What did I know this was my first granite installation. BBBBAAAADDDD mistake. He spent approximately 10 minutes in my large kitchen. I explained that there were things I wanted and didn't want. There was a hole for an old telephone jack that I explained I did not want it cut out. He said "ok,ok. I have it".. He was not a pleasant person and did not seem to want or care about what I was trying to tell him.. I explained that what we needed for behind the stove.. On March 19 they arrived at in a pick up truck with my stone in the back with 5 guys.. We noticed they had not done bullnose or rounded the edges as we had contracted for. We noticed a large cloud of dust and went out and found them pulling the stone out on our driveway and using hand tools to try bullnose the a large area of countertop. My husband asked they to stop because what they were doing was dangerous and he asked who the supervisor was. They looked at each other and said "we are all the supervisor".. He then said who is the boss and again they said "we are all the boss" .. He explained that this type of work was dangerous to breath and that it had to be done in a shop with special equipment. He asked them to take it back to the shop and do it properly. I, of course was concerned because we were learning more about this covid virus and I needed this done because I already had the sink removed and wood put in for the countertop. We had not hooked up our stove because we wanted the granite in first and had a plumber coming that weekend to put in the stove and sink and would hopefully have a kitchen to live in if we were locked in. I called them and no one knew anything. Finally I was given the phone number of Wilson who was suppose to be the supervisor of the project. When he answered the phone there was a lot of noise and laughing and music like he was at a party. I asked him if he had finished the bullnose on my stone and when he would install it. He said "I am not going to do it." I explained I had a contract with them, and I was not going to pay for something they didn't do. He said "I don't care, I am not going to do it." I was panicked. I called Granite Expo back and explained the problem. They then told me they were closing the next day and if I wanted to get my stone I better pick it up in the morning. I was really panicked then. We were looking at a lock in due to covid 19 and i had no way of getting my stone and getting it installed. I began calling ever granite and stone company I could find to try to get help. I understood it would probably more but I had no other choice. The idea of living in kitchen without a sink or stove and being locked in our house with little alternatives. Vienna Stone and Tile called me back immediately and were very kind. I explained the problem and they said they would send someone to pick up the stone immediately. Jared from Vienna Stone called me the next day and told me the stone was chipped on one of the main corners and it was chopped up in so many pieces he would have to come to my house and do a wood template of my counters and see what they could do with the stone. After doing the template he found that the stone was cut very poorly. I had bought 3 large slabs and there should have been plenty of stone to fit my counters with some left over. He called back after getting the templates on the stone. The longest counter that covers the sink was cut so that if it fit over the sink it would overlap the counter approximately 3 inches and would not meet up to the corner of the counter where the seam would be. I did everything I could to get intouch with Granite Expo to see if I could just get the stone returned and replaced with three new pieces. I spent a whole day calling every phone number I could find for Granite Expo and GE Contruction (which Granite Expo owns).. No one answered my calls. They had just closed and most other companies were answering their phone and emails to help their customers by phone if they could. I know they had a lot of contracts out for business, so am unsure if they weren't answering phones or emails. I begged them to call me back. I was so distressed I was in tears for days. Finally when it was clear they would not respond I asked Vienna Stone to go one and try to make me some kitchen counters so I could get my sink in and my stove installed so we could be able to feed ourselves and do dishes while Stay In Place was in effect. It was extremely scary knowing now it was going to take weeks and I was going to have to have workers in my house for weeks longer than was expected.
