Went on a Saturday; they were really busy but I didn't see anyone around to help. Not even employees helping other customers. Just the cashier's behind the plexi glass and they were nice, but not very helpful, they just referred me to their website which is not user friendly. No take home samples at all, only one product catalog (for Kraftmaid cabinets). Lots of products on display, most of the fixtures and sinks had a price, but it would be nice to know what sizes the Milzen cabinets come in...

Place is nice a lot of options but it’s so crowded and they have only 2 desks to serve kitchen design so the staff sitting there doing nothing because there is only two desks and each customer takes over an hour , no places to wait no places to sit no organizing chaos even with you guys know you have that many customers invest into improving customer service instead of letting the people pile up waiting and end up leaving like us without getting anything done

The staff were nice to deal with in store, the stone we had installed is very pretty, BUT, now a few weeks out after install, we had our backsplash done and our tile guys discovered the countertops were installed Extremely unleveled which created alot more work for them to get our patterned tile right. Like the counters were unleveled by almost a centimeter. That's crazy. Wish I'd known to look for that on day of install! These guys should have known better though. AND the quartz is chipped. The chip is very, very tiny but now I need to figure out how to seal it so food stains don't get in the chip and stain it permanently. I paid 4k for my tiny corner kitchen, the install was literally the same price as the stone and this is my end result.

I have usually visited the store in Vacaville which is pretty awesome but when you come to this store here in Stockton it's incredible how big it is And how many people are helping and how nice they They seem to be extremely fastVery clean store and everybody was smiling like crazy So not only get you get good quality items at a discount price but you are helped with a smile

Great service, polite customer service, professional installation. Worth the money! Ensure you measure everything ahead of time and take pictures and videos. Then pick out your material on site in the show room. You pay for material upfront and labor after installation. I had to wait about 2 weeks for the installation. Would use them again for next project!

OK, first of all let me say this is our second time using this place for our cabinets and countertops. Everything here came out beautiful on both our projects. Denise helped us both times and did a great job with all our needs. Prices were great quality of the product was excellent. We will be back with more of our projects coming up. If you need these type of items don't hesitate come check this place out you won't be disappointed. I will put up a few pictures of before and after on a few projects.

This is a follow up of the poor review I gave to Granite Expo nine days ago. Kudos to Brian, manager, who contacted me yesterday to tell the good news that as promised he is giving me a "31% discount" for the shower stall/door that got broken and delayed for installation. I got the refund today! The shower stall was delivered yesterday after a week and ready for installation now. Thank you again Brian for dealing with this issue in a very professional way! Granite Expo is a breath of fresh air. I had a horrible consultation experience at home depot and decided to check Granite Expo out and glad I did. Saqib was so professional and efficient. All our questions were answered without any sales pitch. We picked what we wanted and got a quote before we left. From the day we visited to the finished kitchen was about 2 weeks. It would've taken home depot 6 weeks after a home visit that had a 2 week waitlist. The installers were also amazing hardworkers. Professional and detailed as well. What an amazing experience. My mom and I came in looking for hardwood flooring for our home remodel. They had a huge end of the year sale on most products. We roamed around and found lots of items to our liking. The staff were friendly and helpful when it came to quotes and discounts. We purchased a lot of material and expect to pick up after the new year - it was nice to be able to pay for our product right away but pick up later. We really liked our experience so hopefully there won't be any hick ups with picking up our material and with the material itself. I will update once we open up our 100+ boxes!

One thing you can expect with home construction is something WILL end up not going exactly to plan; how a vendor responds says everything. Great Service and wide range of selection! I had a whole house renovation, and needed to find countertops and cabinetry for the kitchen, laundry room, and two bathrooms. Not only was it great that I was located in town, but their prices were very competitive as well. Victor was able to spend numerous hours with us to figure out the perfect layout of our kitchen and bathrooms and very knowledgeable that it made me comfortable, a first time doing a home renovation!

Hello Yelpers, This review is way over due. I went to Granite Expo in Stockton in Nov 2019. I was greeted by a new hire. I think his name is Brian. Very nice guy. I wanted a Kitchen design done and since he was still learning he asked the manager Victor Lee for help. I gave Victor the measurements and he had the design done real quick. The price fell within my budget. Purchased and picked them up. I had hired a contractor to install them. During the remodel i would call up Victor or show up at the store with questions on extras like crown molding, fillers etc.... Victor was always pleasant. I ended up firing the contractor. Asked Vic for an estimate to install. I went back into the store to shop for the counter tops and I was happy to find that I could afford the marble. The next available appointment was in December and I was ok with that. Received a call the day before the appointment to confirm. The 3 man crew showed up. The lead guy was Kam and these guys had my cabinets up in one day. If I had any concerns Kam took care of it. The next day Jimmy and Paul showed up to install the marble. Questions or concerns were taken care of. Both crews did a great job on the installs and they even cleaned up after themselves. We are so please with the way the kitchen came out. I am so grateful for the service I received beginning to end with Granite Expo. I would use them again. My kitchen came out so nice.

Found this place on recommendations from several contractors. Keith did a fantastic job helping with our remodel plans. He really does a great job....suggested different layouts which made so much sense. Not a lot of variety but what they have is of great quality. Had a little trouble with a special order but Victor had such a cando attitude and came through with the order just when we needed it. Appreciate the great service from Keith, Victor and the staff in the back with loading.

I wanted to take the time to share my experience with a wonderful young lady named Katie. She greeted me with the warmest, friendliest Attitude and smile, so great it was contagious! She was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I want to do some re modeling but was unsure of what I wanted. Katie gave me excellent ideas and gave me such excitement about this remodel. If it wasnt for her passion and excellent people skills I probably would of just gone to Home Depot.

If you are looking for a company that is professional and does top notch work look no further than Granite Expo! Our experience with this company was stellar. Keith welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door and helped us with our granite selection and drew plans for our kitchen on his computer. We set the date for the install and presto everything arrived as promised. The crew (picture below) who put in our cabinets and granite must be the BEST in the business! The person who installed my gas range (he's been in business for over ten years) said he has never seen granite cut so perfectly. The other added benefit of working with Granite Expo was Keith's referral for our kitchen demo, Eddie; he demoed our kitchen in four hours! From this contact we were given a great gas installer/electrician/painter. Good people refer good people! Kitchen remodels are expensive and disruptive. I can't recommend this company enough for those looking for a professional and worry free remodel/installation.

I've been to a couple Grante Expos one in Oakland and the other in emeryville. I must say Katie was absolutely amazing, she provided the best customer service I have ever received, the Stockton location is the best. I want to start off with saying Katie introduced herself, she was very patient, gave me several different ideas, walked around the store with me, re-did my plans over a few times with no problems and even changed her mind for better ideas. Keith at Granite expo has been the perfect guy to get us through our remodel. The prices are 10 times better than Home Depot and the products are the exact same. Keith helps you from the beginning to the end. We will always go here for tile, granite, mosaic and flooring. The cabinets we chose the M28 were excellent and very nice. The price here you can't beat anywhere just by us shopping around for prices. I'm glad I happened to drive by and stop to see what this place was about.

The place has decent prices and selection of products but it's very inconvenient dealing with them. First, the employees are generally all on their phones and not interested in dealing with customers. Not welcoming, trying to get rid of you and just giving answers to get you out of the door. This used to be different years ago. Can't place over the phone and can't make exchanges/returns between granite expo locations. Apparently each location has different owners like a franchise. Imagine my surprise after traveling an hour to exchange something. The hours just dont make sense. Most contractors these days just dont have time to deal with orders/returns/exchanges so homeowners are forced to go there. Butttt they close at 5..... and pickups end at 4:30...So if you have a job then good luck making it here before they close. I renovated my home and bought about 50k worth of items but I couldn't get it done here due to the reasons above. So I had to find other vendors or just go back to home depot and deal with whatever they had. It's as if the entire Granite expo business is designed around the convenience of the employees vs the customer. Lowes and home depot offer discounted delivery with business membership. Piggy back on your contractors account and order from there. It'll save you a lot of headache.

Used them about 5 years ago and then again this year. Seems that they have changed. Price increased a lot ( but everything has so I get it ). I needed backsplash for a vanity I bought. Used to come with it, anyways they charge extra now, but they give it to you in a huge section I think they said 9 feet long. But they also charge you extra for cutting it to fit the vanity they just sold you. Just seems like taking advantage of the customer. There's another place in town just like them that does not do this, same items just more customer friendly.

Granite Expo cabinets are very poor quality. What was portrayed and what they delivered was horrible. The Veneer was peeling when the installation crew came to install. I found out the cabinets were not made by them but from Vietnam. The installation crew couldn't speak English and hard to understand. I am very disappointed and won't have an operational kitchen for weeks because of their incompetence. Their showroom looks great but their cabinets delivered were terrible. We bought our floor from this location. It was an Everbrite floor with a 25 year wear warranty. The floor began to have bubbles. All over it and even on the extra we had in storage. Granite Expo did not help us in resolving the issue. They gave us the number of the manufacturer and said we should contact them. This was less than 3 months after installation. I bought my floor from granite Expo, not everbrite! Why wouldn't you take care of the problem? If you want a real warranty and a company that backs you, do not buy from Granite Expo! I have tried to resolve this issue and the initial date was in March 2023 and here I am in February 2024, with unresolved flooring issues! I have called and don't receive a call back. Buyer Beware!! This company does not have your back with wear warranty or problems with a manufacturer.

Staff is incredibly rude! We walked in hoping to buy new kitchen cabinets and counters, however left without even a simple hello...not even goodbye. When we asked for help the staff stopped talking to each other long enough to look at us. Talk about uncomfortable... We love shopping at small businesses but this place obviously thinks they are too big for us small guys.

We went in and got a quote on Granite counters. They gave us a quote for product that they couldn't fulfill. I gave our measurements when I got the quote and when I went in to purchase the product with there quote in hand they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. When we finally got through that and were going to order our granite they told my that they couldn't get the island piece that they quoted me on. When I asked why they quoted me a price for something they couldn't get they couldn't give me an answer other then maybe the sales person that helped me didn't know the right place to look. Well if they don't know what they are doing then maybe they should train their employees a little better. I would not recommend Granite Expo to anyone.
