Stay away from this place if you are looking for a professional granite installation and customer service...they never (not once) have shown up on time...in fact I have had appointments with this company for the last 3 days and they no call and no show every day....either it will be a flat tire or their overwhelmed or they just straight up don't show for any reason (like today) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I could wright a book with how I've been treated by this place....don't do it!!! If you read this before you deal with this company you will understand after they keep you strung along for 2 months!!!

Very happy with the experience... from the time of my inquiry to completion was very quick and efficient. Salesman (Chris) was very professional and we had frequent contact through the whole process. Installation team did an amazing job, on site for only 3 hours and the work is stellar. If you are in the market for a kitchen remodel, I would definitely start here, you will not be disappointed.

Lori is amazing! She walked me through the entire process, explained the different options, gave her input when I asked, and advise on what would be best for me. She was patient with my indecision. She was also very knowledgeable of pricing, measurements and materials. The entire process was quick, efficient and competitively priced.

Working with Alex on my countertop was delightful. She helped me keep on track to finish on time, continued to be encouraging during my indecision, and made me feel confident about my choice. I've always liked having active shopping support in store, and I did not get that at many, many countertop stores I visited. Everyone I talked to at 2 locations was helpful and took time with me as needed. Bonus: they were probably the least expensive place in the area. Important, but second to the customer service. I highly recommend Granite Empire! I will update when my countertop is installed, and I expect that will be a glowing recommendation too.

Worked with Aaron and Sierra. Unfortunately many, many delays and miscommunications. It was very poor measuring and install. Ray Charles could have measured better. One side went into my drywall about an inch on install to get dishwasher side even. They left drywall everywhere inside the cabinets. If I didn't put a backsplash in, it would look horrible. They left dirt ALL over the floor. Pic shown. One exposed end was not even finished or polished. They were supposed to give me a discount for all the mishaps. That didn't happen either. No call backs. They had my money.

Chris at Granite Empire Of Dayton was fantastic. He took time listen to our needs and got us exactly what we wanted. I was also amazed how fast and efficient the whole process was. From the time we ordered the counters to install was 3 weeks. I would highly recommend Chris and Granite Empire!!

Absolutely love my granite countertops! Chris helped me along the way! I went to pick out my counters Saturday, by Tuesday they measured and by Thursday they were installed!!!! The FASTEST turn around ever ! I would absolutely recommend them! Actually my neighbor and mother are both using them now as well! Great job!

Reading through the reviews, to be honest, I was a bit skeptical but went to the store anyway. The store closes at 530 and we got there about 430. Chris took his time to answer our questions not even flinching when I realized the store closed 20 minutes prior. We put our deposit down on Thursday and was advised that the template guy would be out the following Monday and that it would be 7-10 business days to install. They called on Tuesday after template to set an appointment for the next day for install. We were actually out of town so we scheduled for the following Monday (Yesterday) to install. While the installers missed their window and was a bit late, when they arrived they were efficient and answered any questions I had. When I showed them that my cup washer may not fit, they adjusted everything (not because they had to but to help me) to allow it to fit. I am super happy with the whole experience! Kudos to Chris and the entire team.
