We absolutely love our beautiful granite countertops and quartz under mount sink. A company that cares, Granite Empire of Chattanooga are top notch and very quick. granite empire have very good choice of stones . We changed our kitchen countertops from granite to quartz. Maria Ivan who works for company and came with samples and was very honest and gave us details of what is best , she asked us to visit their shop to get better idea of our selection of quartz. It took a while but in the end everything worked out . Beautiful 😍 workmen ship

I was going to get laminate countertops because it was cheaper, and through a well known building supply company. It was going to take 4 weeks after waiting 6 weeks to get it measured. I found Granite Empire of Chattanooga on Facebook. I messaged them, and Peter came out the same day and measured and installed 6 business days later! I was able to get Granite because their prices was $1,000 less than the quote for granite was from the building supply company. I am happy with Granite Empire of Chattanooga and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great job and great prices!

What I picked out and paid for- what I triple triple double checked that they would be like I wanted them they insured me that they would be, I made so sure of everything because of the trouble I had had with them since January. They put the seam in the middle of the countertop VERY NOTICABLE and the installation again like before was horrible. I wanted this fixed they countertops look awful and NOT what I had ordered. But because they did not want to cut another slab this is what I got didn't matter what I had ask for and was told I would get. I did not call the store I called my salesperson then I called the owner that is what I was told to do. then I get a letter from a lawyer saying I was defamation and not to call the store again or anyone there. In my opinion and experience they are the worst place. They didn't care at all that I didn't get what I paid for and expected to get ( also they charged me for more square feet that I have & they put no sealer on the countertops and no silicone around the sink

I've had 2 countertops installed by granite empire. They are very fast and easy to deal with. They have a great selection to choose from and The stone is beautiful. They do a good job cutting out the necessary holes for sinks, faucets, cooktop, etc, and matching the seam patterns. I would recommend this company to a friend.

I've done business with Granite empire twice. I'm happy with the quality & aesthetics of the stone I chose, as well as I felt their prices were fair. The Gentleman that did the backsplash in my kitchen was very good at his craft. If this is enough for you, read no more & head to the store. Continue reading as to where the 2 star review comes from. After just the kitchen project I would have given a 4 star rating & brushed off the issues as one off incidents - this is why I went back for a second project. In the kitchen project - I was sure to clarify with my salesman, Bryan, that the only thing I needed to prepare for install was shutting the water off since I was paying for tear out as he referred to the service as them taking care of everything. I specifically mentioned some other companies requiring disconnection of plumbing, however he told me that was included. Install day arrives. Im told that I need to come up with $100 cash immediately for the install team to disconnect my plumbing. I call Bryan who stated he "told [me] that" - I can assure you I'd remember someone telling me I needed $100 CASH. The counters are installed, & then Im told they forgot my sink but since I was the last project of the day they'd come back tomorrow, leaving me without a kitchen sink. They should have offered to push the install to the next day so that I could disconnected the plumbing... just felt like a cash grab/taking advantage of the situation. Ultimately Bryan did the right thing and reimbursed the $100. My counters look great. Bathroom project - Bryan measured. Explained the process for the drop in tub surround and what supplies and supports I would need to have available for the installers on the day of install in 5-7days due to the new stone being a thicker stone than the marble currently in place. This time I knew the drill on disconnecting the plumbing. I was also once again asked to pay for the project in full upfront. My check was cashed long before any stone reached my house. Install took about 3 wks, When I asked Bryan for updates he responded "call Zoe" (Who is an absolute Gem of a human. Zoe and Lisandra I would give 5 star reviews all day long. they are both fast to respond, kind, solution focused, etc). I also communicated with Lisandra as I wanted copies of the documents I had signed. When these were sent over to me, one of the documents had been altered and my signature had been forged by presumably an employee. Install day- I get a call that two installers will be arriving & neither speak english (my only language). I let the gentleman know where the supplies are for the tub supports in the bathroom. I walk them to the bathroom and they look under the sinks and get to work. My phone rings and it's the same gentleman telling me his installers said I did not disconnect the plumbing...once again feel like I'm being taken advantage of & offered to face time him to which he declined & "took my word". Numerous pieces were not fabricated correctly despite two templating sessions. Again no communication on when this would be completed until I called Zoe who hadn't been made aware there was a problem. Bryan told me it was his day off. One of the corrections was to radius a corner to match the sink. It was done free hand. It's disappointing no template was used. The installers did not use the supplies I was requested to provide or their own supplies to stabilize the tub. My tub was left with many scuffs and scratches as well as one major crack. I was told the owner would reach out to me a week ago. I've followed up twice. I hope to update this review with a positive resolution without involving any other parties. I understand accidents happen, a phone call takes but a minute to show honesty & integrity. There are some very kind, talented, hard working folks at Granite Empire that shouldn't have to waste there time on things like this. They offer great products/selection. Id like to see realignment in their payment with industry standard to 30% upfront which I would insistent on after this experience.

Maria was absolutely great through the whole countertop shopping, installation, and follow up experience. She knew exactly what countertops they had in stock and available at Granite Empire, and was very knowledgeable about each one. I wanted to post a review because this company is just fantastic. From working with Peter to select the stone, to the man and woman who measured our counter tops to the install gentlemen - it was coordinated well and extremely professional. I have misplaced the names of the men who did our install and will update when I find them but they were outstanding and HONEST! We had very large counter tops and as you can see they turned out amazing. Would definitely use this company again!

We had the best experience with Granite Empire! We wanted a place to go and view the stones and they have an excellent selection! Peter was so easy to work with and we got it all delivered to Alabama, so don’t worry about distance! Communication was easy and we even added a full height backsplash and shower pieces (top of the bench, top and front of the small walls in the picture) along the way to match our countertops. Everyone was friendly and scheduling was easy. Will continue to recommend to anyone looking for quality service and beautiful stone!

Jessica Jones at Granite Empire is my hero! She went above and beyond for me in all aspects. She spent so much time going over details, helping me with selection, and calming me through my remodel experience. Other Granite businesses did not care if I found what I wanted and actually told me to go somewhere else. When I called Granite Empire, Jessica was amazing! I spoke to other people there, but she was the most helpful of all. She special ordered exactly what I was searching for and gave me an outstanding price beating even the cost at places like Home Depot. She cares. We just had our countertops installed this morning and we absolutely love them. The crew who installed them came earlier than scheduled, and the all job was done in 45 minutes. They installed quartz coutertops in our kitchen in Dalton. The price was fair and the countertops are gorgeous. They came and measured and delivered within 10 days. We dealt with Billy and he was awesome, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend.

Bryan sold us our granite package with the sink and faucet. He came out to measure and give us a price. Five days later the guys came out to make a template and 5 days after that, our granite was installed. The guys were friendly, cleaned up everything as they were doing their job and they did a great job. Alexi even found a $5 behind our stove, which I had not idea that I had lost it, and give it to me. So, if you want good honest men who do a great job installing your granite, I would definitely recommend Granite Empire in Chattanooga. Our kitchen is now transformed by this beautiful granite. Stated 7 days for countertop and back splash installation Did not get the countertops installed until 16 days and the backsplashes took over 30 days. Stated they would give be a significant discount and a Lowe's gift card. Only thing they did was give me a $235 credit against the $6600 costs. Do not believe anything they tell you.

Good Price But Not Great Service After We saw the advertising online for a $2,000 granite kitchen and decided to give them a call. We also wanted 2 bathrooms done as well. Bryan was our representative for granite empire and he was friendly and got me taken care of in picking colors and options. The measuring people were friendly and efficient and were a quick appointment. The install guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. All was good except for a green stain from something down in the corner of our new counter in our new kitchen. The stain was down in the stone. The install guys seemed surprise I noticed the stain. I sent Bryan a text and he spoke to the owner I guess and they sent someone out with some goo gone and a blow torch to get it out. This didn't work at all, and they guy left. Im just glad the blow torch didn't seem to damage the counter or cabinet that I've noticed. Bryan got back to me later and asked if a $150 discount was acceptable to make it right. I told him $150 off for a stain is rough since if I go to sell the house later no doubt I will be beaten up over the stain since it's noticeable on the edge. He said he would get back to me. I also paid $400 or so extra for a 20 year sealer. When the install guy was leaving he reminded me to seal it every year. I asked why if I got a 20 year seal and he checked the paperwork and said oh yeah, you did. He left me the sealer to apply after the one he applied dried. Whatever sealer was applied didn't even keep water out. If you wash a pan and set it wet into the counter it gets all dark until it dries for a few hours... All in all I don't think this was an entirely terrible company or product, but attention to detail and quality control should have noticed the stain before bringing to the house. The install guys "didn't see it" either which is not likely. It's not a huge stain but we ended up paying $4,000 for granite with them and some is blemished.... Meanwhile it's been a day short of 2 weeks and I never heard back so I'll just call this an unfortunate problem that I am stuck with then. I was trying to be honest with the star rating and was really stuck between 2-3 stars for this service... - 1 Star for no quality control - 1 Star for bad after the sale service - 1 Star for not properly sealed granite.

My wife and I went to their showroom following their sales rep getting the measurements at our home. This sales person was rude, awful and not educated at all in kitchen design. She spent more time looking at her phone, and snapping at her coworker than working with us on the design. It was the most unprofessional meeting we have ever had. There was no follow up from her at all. I will not list her name as this is a family owned business and she must be part of the family. Maybe she was having a bad day but there is no excuse for this behavior!

Beautiful stone. Hideous service. "Juan" admitted the template measurements they made were done incorrectly. The "boss" replaced my sink the inept installers broke but tried to make me sign a statement that the cabinet (custom built FOR the sink by a master carpenter) was too small and that everything was my fault, negating everything his own employee said. That 20 year sealant? Bottle said "20 year sealant" but no brand name or anything else. Water does not bead on stone surface. I'll seal myself with a reputable product. Notice that the positive reviews all come from people with 0 friends - makes me wonder about the authenticity of the review.

It's too bad that there aren't negative stars to pick from as that would be my choice. We needed granite counter tops for our kitchen so we choose Granite Empire in Chattanooga based on price. That adage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies to this company. When we signed the contract we told Brian who filled out the paperwork that all our counter tops were not removed but Brian assured us that was not a problem as "they can measure with them in." (Brian listed the name Billy as the salesperson on the contract, not Brian.) Once we left the store we never heard from them as to a date for the measurement. When no one called, I called in and was curtly told by Billy they would be calling me with that date. Eventually the people came to measure and were told to call Brian because the countertops had to be removed. I called and spoke to Brian who said, "I never told you the countertops could be in. I said the countertops had to be removed." I said, "no you didn't Brian, are you saying that I'm lying?" He said, again, "I never told you that" and hung up on me. The man measuring said, no problem, I can measure around them and did and left. We were not told when our install date would be though. After waiting 5 days, I called and was told again by Billy they would be calling with that date. We felt we were on our own, not knowing what was going on as no one communicated with us. Eventually the install date came and one piece had been measured wrong and did not fit. The piece was taken back so another one could be cut. Since we couldn't communicate with the installation people we did not know how long it would be for the new piece to be installed. When I called the store to find out I was told that they would be calling to let us know. Billy said, this would take a bit of time and curtly told me to just wait. I said, "you know Billy through all this you've never apologized for this mishap." He replied, "you never gave me a chance". I waited a moment and said, "You're talking to me now." No reponse from him and he hung up. Eventually the same people came out with the new piece and it was installed. We hired a plumber to come in the following day and connect the sink. But, the two wire trays that go onto the sink bottom did not fit. I called and Billy who said he'd make it right. He came to our home yesterday with the correct trays to be exchanged for the too large ones. He said, "so hows the counter?" I showed him a few scratches in the stone and he said "you never told me about this, you had three days to say something." I said "I wanted to wait until I could actually show them to you." At this point, he said, "You have been nothing but trouble to me since this all started." (I had never met Billy to that day, just spoken to him on the phone.) After a few other words along the same line, he marched, yes marched, out of the kitchen, out the front door and slammed it. I am appalled that a salesperson could lack all customer service skills. To place a customer in the position of seeking information and when doing so to be treated so poorly. And I guess to top it all off, to come into our home and say the things he did, and act the way he did, never saying even "I'm sorry for this inconvenience or I'm sorry" and to slam the door in my husband's face I find rude, unprofessional and wrong. I would never recommend this company on any level to anyone. They lack customer service but it goes far beyond that to below par craftsmanship with no thought to how all this is perceived by the customer. I am so sorry we went to them and hope this saves someone else the problems we encountered.

I would Not recommend this place they cut the granite and had to fix the seem it's horrible they came once to fix it and they couldn't and the top of dishwasher is uneven it looks horrible ..... they told me my cabinets are uneven .....unfortunately I can't post pictures it won't let me..... if they fix everything I'll take this down but for now I'm Not happy

We purchased countertops from Granite Empire after seeing them at the Home show. We chose quartzite countertops after much research for their hardness yet Marble look. They are beautiful but they have etched and not lasted well. After research and investigation we discovered our product is not quartzite despite our receipt stating it is. I was not impressed at the installation. Even less impressed now. Do not use this company. I've seen found out this is a pervasive problem with them.
