I can't say enough great things about Granite Empire and working with Lana. I think they have the largest selection of stone, granite, and quarts in Nashville, plus tons of remnants. They do the measurements, fabrication and installation, this means you leave knowing the cost of your selections. Plus the turnaround time is under 2-weeks! Lana even gave me her cell # in case I had any questions along the way, she was great. I'm very happy with our kitchen's quartz counter tops and backsplash (no grout lines..yay!) We even saved $ on our bathroom countertops since we found huge remnants. Our master remnant was 105" in length and the other was 70" in length! Check them out and ask for Lana.:)

Edit: My counters were BEAUTIFUL! But I've been in the home for 1 month and they have so many water stains, even after I paid $440 for the 25 year sealant. They look awful now. I contacted company and they said that's just what happens and it will fade in 2 months! When you do a water test to see if counters are sealed...it fails...if you use them, find another company to seal or do yourself right away. I could even tell when they applied sealer, it wasn't done well, just quickly wiped on with rag and I could see some areas didn't look like it had sealant. Then they immediately put a blue film on it to protect it for the rest of my remodel. See last photo for some of the water spots. Why would you want a kitchen counter that you can't put a damp dish on it? I picked out the most perfect quartzite slabs and working with Lana made everything a breeze. I wanted to make sure the veining was in the right place and Lana sent mock ups to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I absolutely love them, I can’t wait for the rest of my kitchen to be done!

We bought quartz countertops to be installed in our master bathroom. The team downtown acted as if they didn’t want to help us when we went to look at options at the warehouse. When installing the countertops they scuffed up our wall in multiple places and there was a significant gap in between the countertop and cabinet they filled with caulk. When bringing this to our sales persons attention, we were told it’s because our wall on the other side wasn’t perfectly straight. Considering they do their own measurements, not sure how this was our fault. Their solution was to provide us a backsplash piece to cover up the gap. However, we would have to go pick it up and install ourselves. The backsplash piece was not correct either. It was several inches too long. In the end, we had to pay someone else to come fix this company’s mistake. If you are looking for quality work and customer service, this is not the place.

We had a very hard time finding somewhere even willing to make a bath vanity top for a small space due to minimum requirements, but we would have saved so much time starting here first. Besides not having a minimum sq ft, they had a big warehouse of selection, beat everyone's turn around time by weeks, by far had the best customer service, and were actually early for appointments which is rare. Keith was really patient and available for questions, and clearly knows his stuff. We are THRILLED with how it turned out! Definitely our first call for the next project!

We are new to the area and purchased a home here in Hendersonville and have been shopping for some new granite. Thanks to modern technology we came upon Granite Empire and have had the pleasure of working with Dillon. Could not be happier with both. The customer service was outstanding and it didn't stop with just the sales person. The guys who came out to measure and make the template could not have been nicer and explained the process as they went along. The Fabricator who help us lay out the template was amazing and could not have been more helpful and again explained the process as he went along. I would highly recommend Granite Empire.

This company was amazing to work with from beginning to end. I picked out my granite on Tuesday and the installation was completed on Saturday. Victor came to my home to take out the existing counters and measure for the new ones. We had the worst countertops ever, individual slate tiles, and Victor did an awesome job. He never complained, cleaned up everything, and did perfect measurements. This was not a normal tear out that takes less than an hour, it took over 3 hours. I have seen nightmares where the countertops were not cut right and narrowed going towards the wall and the oven could not be slid in. Caesar, along with his crew and did a beautiful job on the installation. There is nobody faster or better than these guys. The price was great too.

Just bought a new house that the guys installed the cabinets and granite. First week the cabinets started to separate from wall , called they came out and repaired the best they could. Still not repaired properly. So I got to noticing the shotty work that was actually done. The molding around the top is different in areas , nails are sticking out and the cabinets are splitting on the ends , nail holes showing everywhere,they covered damaged cabinets with paint that we didn't see when we were first looking at the house ( my bad), 1/4 mold around the bottom of the island is cut awful that it sticks out about 1/8 inch on one side, and wood is showing through the paint in some of the areas of trim. The only thing good about this company is that they are friendly! 4 for friendliness and 2 out 5 for quality (mediocre at best). Would not recommend.

I had the most BEAUTIFUL quartzite counters put in. But unfortunately, I wasted money on their "sealant" and within 1 month, my counters are stained terribly with WATER. Even when they applied the sealant, I questioned it. They wiped it on, I could see it wasn't even, then immediately put a blue film over counters to protect as I was still remodeling. So high ratings for the counters and installation, but a ZERO on sealant. Even after I contacted them ,they said that it was because it was so humid and it will eventually go away (I have A/C set at 68 for 2 weeks because I had shelves painted and they cured beautifully in my supposedly humid home.)

I don't usually leave reviews, but feel compelled to warn others with this one. Let me save you some stress - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I had high hopes for Granite Empire because they have a nice website and were very responsive to come out and provide me with a quote. Pricing is reasonable as well. I also thought the selection of granite was nice. After I paid my deposit, things went sideways. There was incredibly poor communication all around. They could never provide me with a time commitment to come out to my house for any service (removal, template, and install are three different visits). Whenever I called the office, they never knew anything... and told me to call the sales rep. Whenever I talked to the sales rep... she never knew anything either and told me she had to talk to the office. I had to constantly message the sales rep to remind her to provide me with an update. (It would be nice to know when people are coming to work on your house, so you can be home...) We had it written into our contract that we wanted to keep our original sink. When they came to remove the countertop... they took the sink with them because they said they needed to cut a hole for it onsite. Apparently this was untrue. Later they said they disposed of the sink and could not find it. While frustrating, I was willing to let it go and just told them to knock $200 off the second payment. They did that... but then the problem saga continued. I again, struggled to get a time commitment out of them for install. There was weeks of back and forth. It was a little over two weeks with no sink and countertops at our house. Then they finally came for install. I was elated and ready to be done with this company. The installer said he was done and we made sure to ask him if he applied the sealant (which prevents stains). He said yes. Two days later... A little coffee dribbled onto the countertop and soaked right in and wouldn't come out. I did a "sealant test" (of which I had to Google to figure out how to do), and what do you know... no sealant on my brand new countertops. I messaged the sales rep about it (since applying the sealant was in my contract and its standard procedure). She never got back to me.. The office also never got back to me. I eventually just figured out how to remove the stain myself and then bought and applied my own sealant.

After they came back (no pre call, no notice, a day early) They re-sealed. These beautiful counters are not worth the unreal dust bowl level mess they left us with. The cut out the sink opening inside. They said it was because if they did it outside that the thin granite on the front of where the sink is going can crack. If they cut outside and the support with 1/4" plywood and clamps to bring it in, it would not crack. And no housewide mess. The shop vac they used to attempt to collect the dust as they cut had a clogged paper filter. No pre filter, no bag. It was not a Hepa. They used no mist to hold down dust.

Retained this company to install a granite countertop for an outdoor grill. They did not communicate well what was necessary prior to installation and on the third try they installed it and admitted it did not fit correctly. The company response was it is good enough for an outdoor grill. Thoroughly disappointing experience.

they do not have a great selection. they do not ever call back it's always on the truck coming to them after a month of them not caring to call or tell us that they could not get another piece we did not go back. this is the worst customer service i have ever been in contact with...oh, let me rephrase. they never contacted me back after 12 calls to please call me. started not even putting me through to sales person.. if you could call them that.. inexperienced.

I paid almost 2k USD worth of countertop from this business and had me signed a contract where after 3 days of service, the repair service will require $150 trip fee. Now there is a defect on the countertop not noticeable at first can be seen when you look at it. It is a damaged countertop where at the edge seemed to be hitting something causing cracks during transportation. Their installer didn't let me know the defect and now they do not want to repair free of charge. Instead, they had me paid for their trip fee for something they are at fault. I hope this company can resolve this asap.

Due to a complete failure in communication, this company has cost me nearly 2 weeks with a demolished kitchen. At first, they seemed great, until they got my deposit. Then the 5 day turnaround time that they have plastered outside their building has become almost a month so far. Our first salesperson we were told was terminated, so we were passed onto the next person. Measurements were done in a timely manner, however we were not told that a construction project was needed until they demod our kitchen. I was told today that this could have been easily recognized prior to install, and I could have rectified the issue prior to install date. Instead, even after receiving pictures from me well before install voicing concerns about the project space, I wasn't made aware until my kitchen was already destroyed. No one ever came out and told me what would be needed to complete my project, as management didn't feel it was of concern to send someone out to oversee the install. So $800 later, today someone comes out to measure to finally get our install completed, and I'm told that the addition to our island is not sufficient. The company has not taken responsibility for their lack of communication nor poor handling of the situation, instead placing blame on us for our lack of understanding of what they require for installation of their product. Unless you are a licensed contractor with years of electric and carpentry experience, beware of this company.

Ok - so initially we felt very taken care of- but ultimately the installers & install manager had to come back out 4 x to redo install , fix granite. Out of all we could only communicated with ONE! one area was cut 1 1/2 inches deeper and stuck out I had to try to SHOW the installer who did not speak English to which he attempted to slam his body against the counter top to push it into my wall? It was so stupid I wanted to scream. Then there is an issue of hard water within 24 hrs - which NO ONE told us about- we suspect there was no 25 yr sealant used now bc we PAID alot EXTRA for it- Please READ this because I just saw this on their website- : "With our experience, we've learned a thing or two about the installation process.
