This is my third time to use Granite Division for remodel work. Jenny helped us find the perfect quartzite for our two guest bathroom countertops. She knows her stuff!! Getting the team to my house to measure and then to install could not have been easier and all the guys were super nice and did amazing work. They are awesome at communicating who’s going to be where and when and they did their best to work around our schedules. I’m so happy to recommend them!!

I have used granite division for granite installation in my kitchen, quartzite installation in my laundry room and now they have saved the day in my master bathroom. I needed to have a new vanity installed and they removed the existing marble countertop without cracking it miraculously and reinstalled it onto the new vanity! They are always professional and a joy to work with.

We recently had our kitchen remodeled and my husband and I know David the owner very well so we stopped in to see him about a top for my new island. We wanted to see quartzite so David showed us quite a few pieces they had in stock. I did pick out a beautiful one that has absolutely transformed my kitchen to look like it belongs in a magazine! The island is 9x4 and is the focal point of the room. We were somewhat under a time crunch as we always have a huge Christmas party every year and I needed it to be completed as soon as possible. I think we started the project about mid September or so. David said he would do his best to get it done for us in plenty of time for our party which was December 14th.David did what he said he would and got my top finished in plenty of time and actually sent me text photos in different stages of it in production. This project was probably our fourth time to use Granite division as we have used them in the past for regular countertops of granite and our bathroom tops out of Quartz. I did also visit a few other Stone companies and David, by far had the best pricing. I would definitely recommend Granite Division for any of your remodeling projects! Nancy Hart 1-2-95

From knowing nothing about countertops to seeing the beautiful selections they have available to the final product was top quality. The process was smooth, the associates were helpful in helping me narrow down my choices and going through final selection and installation. They are very clear with you about pricing, seeing the layout, and communicating with you. We actually got our countertops and sinks installed earlier than scheduled which was great! Their showroom and lot is full of so many beautiful and unique pieces I had a hard time choosing, definitely take a trip there and find that piece that speaks to you!

I am happy to say that my experience with Granite Division has been completely professional in every way. Rachel from the design team was key to finding the perfect quartzite choice as well as the tile choice. She helped me to plan the installation which was made on time and in quick order and was perfect. The selection of tile, granite, quartzite and marble is very deep, so much to choose from!! They also carry a high quality stainless sink line. Follow up and customer care was helpful and kept me informed.

I totally agree with another review regarding this establishment. - Poor communication - Overpromising and underdelivering We drove over an hour each way to do business with The Granite Division. We were told that the installation crew could do it all, demo my old countertops, install my new sink (other than plumbing it) and install countertops the same day. (Other than the tile backsplash it would be done the next day.) Therefore, I ordered a sink for my kitchen and wrote a several thousand dollar check as a deposit so that templates could be done and work could be scheduled. After writing the check, we received a call on our way back home, that the one piece of granite that we had chosen wouldn't be enough for our countertops and island even though no templates had been made yet and they had measurements of our existing countertops to give them an idea of material needed, but informed me they had another slab we could buy but it would be a shiny finish instead of matching the leathered finish we had already put a deposit on. I was also was informed a few days later that our turn key job of everything being installed same day would not and could not happen either. Apparently their sales person was new and gave us incorrect information. When the project plans started falling apart because multiple instances of incorrect information given by The Granite Division, I canceled the job with The Granite Division and in turn stopped payment on my check. A few days later the owner had his employee call me and had the nerve to ask me to reimburse him $25 that his bank charged him for the stop payment. If your establishment would have had the integrity it should have and delivered on promises made at the time of your business taking my money, I would not have canceled the job therefore would not have canceled my check. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner of the lack of professionalism that this place exudes starting at the top with the owner. You wasted our time, cost me money on trips out of town back and forth to pick out granite and sinks, cost me the money to order sinks that now will not be installed, and caused me to pay bank fees because of your business's incompetence. We now will not have our kitchen done for the holidays with our family. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

Huge selection of granite and quartzsite countertops. Very friendly customer service, ask for Kris Reeves. Kris was so helpful in showing us all of the different slabs. They are very reasonable on price, too! I am remodeling my kitchen, and this is where I am buying my granite!

Pat Baldwin. Had stone installed about 15 yrs ago from The Granite Div. We had our entire bathroom done with a beautiful dark marble. Over time the sink area had absorbed soap residue in the stone pores. We wrestled with how to clean it for over a year thinking it was a lost cause or would be too expensive to get repaired or even if it could be repaired. Finally, broke down and called. I was put in contact with Jeremy. He set up an appt. To come out and see what, if anything, could be done at this stage. Jeremy and Clay came and said they thought they could help. A few days later Clay came over and worked several hours to remove the stains. When he was through, we were amazed at how good our sink and counter top looked. Both men were professional, friendly genuinely concerned with our delimma. I couldn't have asked or expected for a better outcome. The cost was ultra reasonable and Clay did an exceptional job. Would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you, Clay for returning our investment back to it's original beauty.

The quartzite countertops I purchased at Granite Division were installed yesterday. They are beautiful & look better than I could imagine. The crew who installed were very professional & careful not only with my counters, but made sure nothing else was damaged in the process. We had a small job that required enlarging the opening of our granite kitchen counter top so that our new electric cook top would fit. Someone suggested I call Granite Division & I did. The manager got in touch with his crew (already working on a job in Palestine where we live) & when they finished that job, they came to our home & did what we needed done. The crew was efficient, couteous, & knowledgeable & they left my kitchen clean. I recommend Granite Division & plan on using them again in the future.

Such a great experience there! Beautiful granite but unmatched customer service! There was a piece of granite in one part of the house we had to cut a piece and put together.
