Sorry for miss understanding the original survey's instructions because I did want to comment on how professional Angus McLean and Sam were. They did not rush but were very thorough. They explained the care of the countertop along with warranty coverage to include how to handle repairs if incurred after warranty. They cleaned all surfaces, removed all trash and asked if I had any questions. Again professional work. Well done.

The guys were awesome, they did a great job and knowledgeable with the product. Would definitely use again.

Granite Design was amazing to work with. I was impressed by the technician who came out and measured everything, and more impressed by the team that installed. Absolutely abysmal customer service. We were not informed that the a time of signing our contract in August that we would have our template done in November then go 46 days without running water in our kitchen(due to our countertops being removed and sink disconnected) before they could install the new countertops. They don’t return phone calls either. No sympathy. No apology. Just told they simply couldn’t fit us in despite having been on their books for 5 months. Go anywhere else.

Could not have been more happy with the whole process. The measurement process was excellent. The technician was very courteous and professional. Communication was outstanding. The installation was also very professional, The team was very professional and took great care in their surroundings. Great product through Home Depot at great price. Granite Design crew Loren and Matt were friendly, respectful of our home and did wonderful work—all at a fraction of the prices charged by local building supply stores. Installation done within promised time frame. Very pleased with the results.

We purchased our new Quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops from Home Depot in Moncton. A very professional young man who I don't remember his name came and took the measurements and explained everything that would happen to us. We hope he had a good trip to Iceland. A scheduled day and time of install was arranged. Angus and Sam arrived on time. They worked very well together, each doing their own tasks. Very professional, explaining to me the steps as they went. They cleaned up all their materials, cleaned the 2 new counters. I can't explain how relaxed and satisfied I was after they had completed the installation. These new counters are beautiful. The workmanship is very good. If I hadn't been there to see the process of the seeming joints, I would have a hard time to find them. We are very happy with the whole process. Thank You So Much Sincerely Tara and Eric
