We’ve recently closed on a townhome and immediately engaged Granite Design to help us redo our counters and fireplace in the few weeks we had until our move in date. Shadi took our vision and masterfully brought it to reality well within our timeline. We are amazed with the quality of work/ attention to detail by him and his team, all while keeping a clean and organized work space during the process. We truly appreciate it. Highly recommend!

I am thrilled with the exceptional work done by Granite Design Center, including Shadi, Harold, Faye & the entire team on my whole house remodel following a flood. Their team's efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to timelines were great. The professionalism exhibited throughout the project, coupled with clear communication, made the entire process smooth. The team at Granite Design Center were amazing. This was our first big remodel and we didn’t really know what we were doing. Shadi and the team helped us from start to finish and showed a genuine caring. From the first day they came with really good advice and taught us a lot about the process. They gave us great advice and were a fantastic sounding board for any ideas we came up with along the way. Shadi’s hands on approach made us very confident throughout the process. He shows up on site every day to oversee subcontractors and ensures everything is completed up to his exacting standards. If we had questions or issues, we would bring them up with Shadi as our point person and he would make sure it was taken care of. We can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism and their craftsmanship. Our bathroom turned out better than we could have expected. We will be using them for all future renovations and I highly recommend them everyone. Their customer service really sets them apart. In a world where customer service is disappearing, it’s obvious that is one of their core tenants. Overall 100% great experience!

We contracted Granite Design Center to fully remodel our master bath. Shadi and all of his subcontractors did a masterful job from start to finish. They worked tirelessly to complete our job in a month which was half the time some of the others said and at a fair price. The plumbing was expertly handled, the tiling results are superb, the custom cabinet is exactly what I envisioned and the wall prep and painting is flawless. We had an unexpected unrelated electrical issue and they were even able to take care of that problem for us. Shadi and his crew took pride in doing their work the right way to our satisfaction and provided help and guidance along the way. Our master bathroom came out even better than expected and we will be contacting them for any future needs as well. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs. Remodeled my dated and non-functional bathroom on a tight timeline and made it look great. Also outfitted my new office n the same short timeline. Careful attention to detail to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the project. Provided several design suggestions that made the final project look even better than I imagined.

Shadi and his crews are professional and quick. They have done six months of work on two months, and I have no idea how they pulled it off, but my ugly duckling house is now lovely. I can’t enough wonderful things about them. They have truly worked a miracle. They only use the best materials for the job and you can trust Shadi to steer you right. Everyone who wants a premium job for a fair price needs Granite Design Center. They are honest.

Very impressed with the customer service and finished job. Shadi went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. He came multiple times to the house to discuss option and next steps to ensure the best results. I also have to do a shout out to Harold, he was great and just such a likable guy. Highly recommend Granite Design and will definitely be back when it's time to do the master bath.

We were very pleased with Shadi and his team on this project. He would tell us exactly what time and who will be coming to our house that day and make an effort to stop by at the end of the day to ensure quality of the work done is up to his high standard. If he was unable to stop by, he would call to see how everything went and if I was satisfied with the construction. One can tell all the tiles and quartz at his center are of very high value and he would be the first person to warn you that if you're looking for low price and value, you shouldn't go to him. The project started off a little slow with demolition, plumbing and electrical work, but once shower prep was completed, everything went very smoothly. When he finally delivered my dream bathrooms to us and I had paid the last installment, his customer service didn't stop there either. When we expressed to him that we were concern that the water pressure in the rain showerheads were very low, he quickly sent his master plumber over the next day to get the problem fixed. We had told him that one of the towel hooks was installed right behind the glass shower door, he sent his right-hand man over to rectify the issue. We would not think twice to have Shadi take over any of our home project we have in the near future. We can't thank him enough for this awesome experience! In Shadi we trust!
