Just had our countertops installed today they are beautiful and the price was unmatched anywhere else. The sales team was awesome and friendly even playing with my toddler so that I focus on talking specifics. Jennifer was our rep and was very responsive. The install team came early and left it clean and ready to use. Definitely going back to them for our next project!

Amazing job! Once I was ready for them to come out and start. It was very quick turn around. I honestly expected to be without my kitchen for almost a month. I was only down for 2 weeks. They took time to explain and help me through. Highly recommend them if you are looking to update your counters!

I can't say enough great things about Granite Depot, and specifically how lovely it was to work with Jennifer. I had emailed to share what I was looking for and she texted me pictures of available options right away. I went to the yard and picked from the slabs she had pulled for me and we were off to the races! She also knew I was on a tight deadline to get my kitchen done and moved heaven and earth to get us from start to finish in under a month (even with the holidays right in the middle of it all). She was super responsive any time I had a question and totally on her game when it came to the questions I asked. I will definitely be back as we do other home renovation and look forward to working with her again. ALSO...we loved Victor the man who came to template -- he was so thorough and explained what we needed to do to get ready for install. Will recommend over and over again!!

After using granite depot once before, We decided to use them again in our new house. While they were quick to send the contract and invoice over to me. They have to reschedule installation 3 times, and after our countertops were installed incorrectly we asked if they could come out and correct the issue, they stopped responding to both my calls and my wife’s. Poor communication especially from Julian, we definitely do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Liz was amazing - super efficient, knowledgeable, personable and responsive. The guys installed the granite this morning and they were very friendly and answered all of my annoying questions. The installation was very professionally done and we could not be happier. These people really know their craft. Anastasia was a pleasure to work with. Always available to answer my many questions. The measuring person was on time and very accurate with state of the art equipment. The installers Ronny and Raymond were Fantastic. Arrived on time and did an exceptional job. Our countertops were very poorly installed- not level, poor seams and they stained immediately so they absolutely were not sealed properly. The owner refused to deal with me when I complained, even though I bought our home and paid for the renovations to it myself. He came by to look at it and was supposed to come back to fix it, but totally ghosted us. He gave me the phone number to the “other owner” saying to talk to him and that guy didn’t even work there anymore. 🤣 I wish I could post pictures here so you could see how bad it is. Worst purchase ever, we just had our countertops installed a few months ago and I am already looking to replace because of the poor quality. Spend your money elsewhere.

We were in the market for some new countertops after hurricane Debby destroyed the first floor of our home with flooding. Inconveniently, there were a lot of other people looking for the same, making things around this area scarce. The big box places wanted a month or more just to have someone come do the first quote. I saw these guys online and decided to give them a call. I was glad I did. The whole process of getting the quote, template, and picking out the granite was pretty simple. I don’t think it could’ve been any easier. The pricing was really good. Before the templates were made, they were basically waiting on me to finish up with my cabinet install. Once that was done, the templater was at my house within a few days. I think I was told it would be about 2 to 3 weeks to cut the granite, but there was a cancellation so we got ours installed about a week and a half after the template was done. Everything fits great and it looks awesome. I sealed it myself and haven’t had any issues with staining. There have been a few good tests of the sealing surface as well including some turmeric liquid from tea that accidentally sat on the counter overnight that wiped right off the next day. Our experience here was great!

Had the best experience with this company. We started the process and were initially told 2 week turn around after measurement. Unfortunately back to back hurricanes delayed everything, however, communication was great from the company from adjustments needing to be made to the measure to keeping us in the loop regarding the process. We got our counters installed last week (less than a week past the original quoted time despite the weather delays) and they’re beautiful. Everything fit perfectly, the install team was efficient and on time. We will definitely work with Granite Depot in the future.

The only thing which went well was the measurement. I really regret doing business with this company. First, communication is very poor. On 4/11 a couple of guys showed up at my door step around 5pm and told me they are here to install the granite. The existing countertop is not removed and we had to reschedule. On 4/11 around 1pm when I called the office no one told me of installation. I am scheduled for 4/19 and I called them on 4/16 to confirm and was told they will call me ahead of time. On 4/18 nobody called me until I repeatedly called them around 4pm to confirm. Finally Anastasia saw my repeated call and said I am confirmed for 4/19 between 9am and 10am. It is 11:01am now and still waiting. I just called the office (10:09am) and Vicky (I think) told me they left office 40 minutes ago. The drive from their store to my residence is maximum 20 minutes. This is the worst company to do business with. I will come back and add a comment once the granite got installed, whenever that might be
