Wow! If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. It was an absolute, great experience working with "The Granite Depot." Specifically, this location and even more specific, Dina. Service like hers should be every where in every store. The easiest part of my whole kitchen renovation was the granite countertops. Dina- HANDS DOWN- is the hardest worker I've ever dealt with. She walked me through the entire process and made everything make sense, and I had a TON of questions. From the time I requested information about quartz countertops to the granite purchase we ultimately made, she was: informative, helpful, and just plain easy to work with. We now have countertops and an island top that fits our log cabin that we absolutely love because of her help. Go to this location and ask for Dina.

I love me new quartz counter tops. Granite Depot made it quick, easy, affordable. Mitch brought samples to my house, talked me through the process, and made it happen. Both the people who removed the old counters, and guys who installed the new did so quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend Granite Depot

I could not be any happier with my experience. I live 2 1/2 hours away, and Rebecca helped me with all I needed in picking out my granite for my countertops. Everything was scheduled conveniently. Someone came out and made a template of what was needed and installation the following week. I absolutely LOVE my granite and highly recommend Rebecca and Granite Depot of Lexington.

I visited four countertop businesses in the Lexington area and knew immediately that I wanted to work with Deana at Granite Depot. They had an extensive selection of all options and she “got my vibe” right off the bat. We selected a gorgeous quartzite and it just got installed yesterday. The installers were super friendly, efficient, and were true professionals. The countertops are the focal point of my kitchen reno and I couldn’t be happier.

We just recently had Granite Depot install new granite countertops in our kitchen. Mitch came out, took measurements, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Raven took care of the contract details later that same day. Two working days later they measured for the template, and just over a week later came out and did the tear-out and install in about 2 1/2 hours. For such a major rebuild in an essential room in the house, the disruption was as minimal as possible. We're very pleased with the product and the process and the price, having compared them to a big box hardware store and a 'full-service' contractor. We highly recommend them if you're thinking about replacing that formica!

We love our new granite counter tops. Rebecca was great to work with through the ordering process. She kept in touch every step of the way. The two young men who came to do the install were so nice, professional but also very friendly. Our install was hard work for them as one slab had to be installed inside an area walled in on both ends and framed by trim. But they got it in! They cleaned up and gave us a few tips on caring for the granite. We are extremely pleased with Granite Depot and our new countertops!

Go see Bobbi at Granite Depot on Manchester Street in Lexington, she is great! I started a remodel on my own with formica countertops from Lowes that looked like granite. A couple bad cuts and frustration started setting in. With my kitchen torn apart and feeling overwhelmed, I called Granite Depot. Bobbi was able to meet with me that afternoon. She was easy to talk to and provided several options that worked within my budget. In less than an hour I was setup with an install date 7 days out. Jose and his two helpers showed up today. All three were very polite, and the install went well. I asked them to make a few minor corrections to a small piece of granite that was on the order. They said “No problem”, and was able to fix it right away on site at the house. Granite Depot delivered on their promise of 5 - 7 days installed. The team was professional all the way around. I highly recommend them.

BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! We bought a quartzite countertop and bar. The actual stone is beautiful but whoever measured and cut the stone obviously didn't know what they were doing. This company needs to invest in a straight edge ruler. My stove is obviously a square but whoever cut it had it so out of square we couldn't push it back in to the wall. We called the company and they did send the installers back out. He worked on one side trying to help but even he admitted that it was out of square and that he couldn't do anything more because the company would hold him responsible if something happened to the stone. He left here and said that he would tell his manager about the problem and have him call us. It has been a week and a half and we have not heard one thing from the manager or anyone else in that company. Thankfully my husband is a 40 year contractor and he was able to fix it otherwise my stove would still be sitting in the middle of my floor. This company really love telling you when you are buying that they have wonderful reviews. You will notice when you go to their site that you cannot write a review. They pick and choose what reviews are on their site and the ones they choose are all glowing.

Terrible installation of counter tops. Paid big money and countertop is cracked. Instead of replacing they glued and sanded it. Nothing cut square. Ruined the entire Kitchen. No response from Sales Rep. or owner. Don't care about customer service. Pictures speak for their self.

Scam artists. Don't put down a deposit for them to come do a template, it is NOT standard as they claim. It is also not standard to require you to remove your existing countertops and plumbing just for them to do measurements! They will take your money and not complete work, and blame you for their errors. Management refused to make it right.
