We just recently had Granite Depot install new granite countertops in our kitchen. Mitch came out, took measurements, and gave us an estimate on the spot. Raven took care of the contract details later that same day. Two working days later they measured for the template, and just over a week later came out and did the tear-out and install in about 2 1/2 hours. For such a major rebuild in an essential room in the house, the disruption was as minimal as possible. We're very pleased with the product and the process and the price, having compared them to a big box hardware store and a 'full-service' contractor. We highly recommend them if you're thinking about replacing that formica!

Go see Bobbi at Granite Depot on Manchester Street in Lexington, she is great! I started a remodel on my own with formica countertops from Lowes that looked like granite. A couple bad cuts and frustration started setting in. With my kitchen torn apart and feeling overwhelmed, I called Granite Depot. Bobbi was able to meet with me that afternoon. She was easy to talk to and provided several options that worked within my budget. In less than an hour I was setup with an install date 7 days out. Jose and his two helpers showed up today. All three were very polite, and the install went well. I asked them to make a few minor corrections to a small piece of granite that was on the order. They said “No problem”, and was able to fix it right away on site at the house. Granite Depot delivered on their promise of 5 - 7 days installed. The team was professional all the way around. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I stepped in the showroom it’s been a first class experience. Raven has been exceptionally knowledgeable about the various granites and other options available. Robbin has also been a tremendous help. It was a seamless process and we are so incredibly happy with our new countertops and sink purchased through Granite Depot. Top notch customer service. A great experience with Bobbi! She went above and beyond your “ typical” customer service” from walking through the door, to selecting the perfect stone and sink! She is GREAT at what she does and we could not be happier. The installers were very professional, friendly and efficient. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He answered ALL my questions!

Installers cleaned up and gave us tips on caring for our new granite countertops. Reasonable prices. Fast turnaround after we let them know our cabinets were in. We love the new look!

Robbin and the installers we worked with on 2 different projects are AMAZING. I would recommend Granite Depot of Lexington to anyone looking for quartz/granite. From date of purchase, they came out within 3 business days to measure the template. And installed less than a week later. Everything turned out perfect. The only seam in our kitchen is nearly invisible. Fast turn around, good pricing, good quality!

Granite depot does some beautiful work with countertops! I got the Calacatta palazzo quartz and it is absolutely beautiful! I live in a 1930’s house in chevy chase so it needed an upgrade! If it was not for my sales consultant Bobbi being such a great communicator it wouldn’t have gone so smoothly. She is a true asset to the company. She made sure to communicate with the install guys to be sure they did their job correctly and actually showed up when they said they would. She also provided me more details on the ETA. As far as the install goes, it was an easy process. Although the installers and cutters did make a mistake on my bathroom sink size and had to redo it and come back the next day. Additionally, they made a mistake on my initial template of my old backsplash tile, the template guy told me that I had to remove a small piece of backsplash half tile. He told me he did not have time to help me remove it. I am a girl with little to no experience with tools , so it was a struggle. But instead now there is a small hole. In fact, it would have been perfectly fine if I had not removed because there is a small hole where my half tile is missing now where he told me to remove. Thankfully not noticeable! I don’t expect anything to be perfect and I understand mistakes happen but his emphasis on me removing that small half tile in order for the install guys to come was ridiculous. I did attach a photo. I rate Bobbi my sales consultant 10/10, she was reliable and communicated to everyone, and kept me in the loop to be sure everything was done correctly. As far as the template and installers, I’ll give them a 7/10, due to their lack of communication and reluctance to providing me with any info on fixing their mistake on coming back the next day with my new bathroom countertop. It seemed their excuse was ‘’ I am booked up tomorrow so it’ll be someone else or I am not sure ’’ was their response to fixing their mistake and removing the haul away old countertops. I am thankful for Bobbi, if it was not for her the project probally would still not be done. She is the best! I do think the management needs to train the installers on customer service. If you make a mistake for a paid customer, you fix it in a timely manner without making excuses and provide reassurance to the customer. Also, they should know removal and haul away is part of the process i paid for. Bobbi managed the project so well. I would use her again for future project despite where she works! She has integrity and is honest about her dealings. She made sure everything was done in a timely manner! As far as the company itself, I am not sure. I am currently still waiting for them to haul away my old countertops and sink. Thank you all! 😊
