The best in many ways. Got quartzite in kitchen. They have done my bathrooms before. Quote was timely. Price was the best I found and it was also the best stone I had seen out of any of the places I went. Salvador ensures quality work. Install crew was very polite, on time, and did quality work. Juan and Salvador were great! Juan took time to walk around with me to choose what I really wanted. I had tried 3 other businesses and didn't feel like any of them had time for me. The entire process took a week from start to finish! The guys who came out to install were quick and professional. Best of all, the price was cheaper than the other 3 quotes I received. My husband and I highly recommend Granite Connection. We appreciate the communication that was provided to us during our kitchen remodel. While choosing our granite, all staff members went out of their way to make sure we saw all of our options. During the final appointment for measurements, Salvador offered some suggestions on areas that I had concerns with and the final product came out AMAZING! The installers were professional and polite. I so appreciate Salvador and his crew working with me to finish off my guest bath. While my project was small, he was more than willing to cut and polish, ready to go, a piece of quartzite for a side splash at a small vanity. I shopped several companies looking for that perfect stone, the big box stores were just generic nothing special. The large tile places were pricey and you were just a person with a ticket. I found out the install time was 6-8 weeks. Granite Connection had the perfect stone, personal attention, and installed within 3 weeks. The entire team was professional and gave me pointers for a smooth install. My kitchen and small bathroom are gorgeous. I will definitely use them for my bathroom remodel.

They were the nicest people to work with. They never questioned any thing we asked them to do and they made very good suggestions. If I were to recommend any company it would be Granite Connection. They walked with us to show us the product and even moved it around so that we could get better pictures to make sure it would match with our home. There was never one person, even their subs (plumber, repair dinged areas), that were not perfect to work with. We did have a wall that got dinged since it was such a tight fit and you cannot even tell anything ever happened. We were going to try to do the plumbing ourselves and it turned into a little more than we wanted to do, they got the nicest person to come right out to fix it so we had plumbing for the weekend.

Excellent! So happy with Granite Connections from start to finish and their price was great ! They were so patient with me not being able to make up my mind first I wanted granite, then quartz put a deposit on quartz and at the last minute changed my mind back to granite. Even when we looked at Arizona Tile for slabs of granite and quartz (Granite Connections works with Arizona Tile) the girl at Arizona Tile asked us what installer we working with and when we said Granite Connections she said "Oh, Salvador is excellent!" Granite Connections scheduled my measurements and installation and showed up right on time as scheduled. The installation was excellent! You can't even see the seams. Very happy a friend recommended Granite Connections to us. I to would recommend Granite Connections to anyone looking for granite, quartz or marble.

I highly recommend the Granite Connection. The sign of a good company is how they handle problems. The Granite Connection excelled! I recently had granite countertops installed in my Kitchen. Unfortunately, the previous countertops had been installed in a way that made extremely difficult to remove. This resulted in a one-day project turning into three. Throughout the process this company was professional. They did what needed to be done and kept me informed the entire way.

You can't go wrong with Granite Connection. Blanca and Salvador will do right by you, and you'll definitely save a lot of money over the big box stores. We just did our kitchen, and it was a little more than just one slab would do. So, we did our guest bathroom and master bathroom ... at the same cost as it would have been for the kitchen! They did undermount sinks in the kitchen and two in the master bath, and that was included in the price. I do a lot of research when I undertake a project like this, and I can safely say that you will be very happy with Granite Connection.

I hired these people to basically be general contractors and rebuild a bathroom and master bedroom after a water leak and mold damage. Even though the scope of the job was out of their wheelhouse, they took the gig, did it on time and within budget. The same cant be said for Edewweiss Restoration in Santa Fe, who was absolutely the opposite - irresponsible, expensive anj unreliable. At Granite Connection, Adriana Galvan ran with the job. First-rate work too. Its not often you find people in Santa Fe who are on time and on budget with quality work. These guys are all those things.

Installers were rude from the moment they arrived. Countertop not cut with any accuracy, not to my specifications, backsplash 2" to tall, corners were not to spec, sink cut was too small. When ripping it out I noticed 80" backsplash was attached in 4 places with quarter size spots of adhesive which made it easy to rip out. Not to mention it was out of square by 3/8". So all in all I paid almost $4k just to trash it it was so bad. Do not recommend.

Do not be swayed by the lower prices with this company! Saving a few dollars is not worth dealing with the rudeness, discrimination and incompetence of this company, including, but not limited to the owner! Never have I experienced such a gross example of poor customer service, coupled with blatant and obvious discrimination because I am a non- Spanish speaking female, but also an attempt at scamming me into paying for sinks that I not only did not order but was very clear that I intended to keep my own sinks!!! They charged me for new sinks anyway! Fast forward to the day of installation... the team was supposed to be at my house at 8. They arrived after 9. I stayed out of their way-- did not interrupt them at all. Around 2 (as one of the two bathrooms still did not have a counter on it and there were sinks in my front yard), I asked if they were going to be done that day. It was only then that they told me that the backsplash was too wide and they would need to take them back and come back the next day. I asked when and they could not tell me. He said that the counters would be in and we could reconnect the plumbing that night. That was the only issue that he brought up and would not have done that had I not approached him. A member from the store called me and told me that I misunderstood, and that they tried to tell me that the slab for the master bath was too big and they needed another team to get it up the stairs another day! There was no miscommunication-- I was never told that and in fact, was assured that the counters would be in that night! I asked to have the owner call me. He did not. I again went outside (they had all just been sitting around for easily a half an hour) and asked how much longer they thought they would be. The man that responded actually raised his voice at me and told me to talk to his boss! I told him that I was currently waiting for the owner to call me back but also had things to do and needed to know how long they would be (at this point it was almost 4 pm). His response? To yell at me and tell me that he was leaving and began to pack up everything, leaving my house a wreck and the bathroom sinks still in the middle of the front yard. I called the store again, this time speaking to a woman while was very polite and apologetic. She informed me that the owner was at my house outside. I would like to say that with the arrival of the owner, who I incorrectly presumed would be professional and helpful, however, he made it exponentially worse! I can honestly see where his crew gets their discriminatory attitude and rudeness! He was awful, cutting me off every time I attempted to speak and condescending to me in a manner that I have never experienced before! If this is the norm, not the exception, I am amazed that this company stays in business! His interaction, condescension and blatant rudeness left me in tears and I needed to leave the house and go in the garage. My husband found me, hysterical, when he returned 15 minutes later. Why do I say it was discrimination? They were pleasant, professional and agreeable with him. They took the time to explain the issues to him. They requested the ability to return the next day. Later that night we attempted to reconnect the sinks, only to find they had moved one of the flex lines from the downstairs sink to the upstairs AND they put the downstairs sink in the upstairs bathroom! This might not sound like a big deal, but the upstairs bathroom has a dual sink, and the faucets are different from the downstairs! Extremely different, and yet they put them in anyway!!! My husband was up until midnight fixing everything! They returned the next day. Finished the backsplash, and we're about to leave when I need ruined that the downstairs sink was moving and hadn't been glued in! They had one foot out the door and would have left if I had not said something!! I cannot urge you enough-- rethink using this company! I will never use them again for anything and will not recommend them for anything! This is truly the worst company that I have dealt with in a very long time and it clearly comes from the top down!! This company is a horrible example of service, commitment, customer service and management. Spend the extra couple of bucks and save yourself a world of headaches! This company is terrible!

Interesting to see the other reviews. I contacted Granite Connections in mid June asking about a granite repair. I was asked to send photos of the damaged area which I did. After hearing nothing for 6 weeks, I followed up with an email in July, still nothing. Called today (another two weeks later) and was told "My boss says he doesn't want to do it, it's a lot of work and we're busy." Claimed a text message was sent but I rechecked and never received it. Is this who you want for your work? Your call.
