Run to Granite America now to get new countertops! They were professional, helpful and responsive. From selection to templating to install took about 11 days total!!! And they sent me a drawing of what exactly the countertops would look like (direction of veining) from the slab I hand picked before installation. Our kitchen needed a facelift and the quartz countertops we selected are now my favorite part!!! Thank you Granite America!

Outstanding product quality & professional services throughout every step of the process: Step 1: Sales - Looking for the perfect remnant piece for our over 10ft long dry bar. My wife and I brought our 5 year old and 2 year old to the store on a toasty summer Saturday afternoon to start the process. Andy was fantastic and priced as many pieces as we liked. This was the 3rd store we looked into and the service here outweighed every other store in every way: personalization, patience, clarity in process, and availability in stones - other businesses blindly showed us stones that had already been purchased and did not talk us through the process. Step 2: Measurements - A very detail oriented gentleman came to our home for measurements four days after we signed the dotted line. The process took roughly 20-30 min and he answered every question I had with ease. I could tell I was working with someone who really knew his line of work. Step 3: Installation - In only seven days after the measurements and the day after a major holiday, it was time for the install. I couldn’t believe it! Most other stores had a 6 week+ turnaround time from sale to install. The installation was just as seamless and thorough as the sales and measurement phase. Every question I had was asked and the final product is spectacular! If you’re looking for a great quality product with unmatched, overall service and pricing, look no further! I cannot recommend Granite America enough!

Akash our installer did a phenomenal job here in our home. The old ones were carefully removed to preserve our cabinets, and the new ones were installed carefully. Their performance was professional and when issues arrived with our messed up plumbing, he was able to work around the issue and complete the job. I surprised my hubby with his choice of quartz, and he is extremely pleased. Granite America was 1st class throughout the whole process. What a pleasure they all were to work with! Our experience w/Granite America has been exceptional! From Andy, to the installers, to the lady (can’t remember her name) that has called to check on things. We used them twice & are going to use them again for the little kitchen/bar area. We used a different company at our previous house & the seams were awful & the install just wasn’t great. GA has an awesome selection too. We went with blue river dolomite. I am picky, & I highly recommend Granite America! They are the only company I would use! The employees at Granite of America were very professional and helpful, I had searched several months for quality granite with a reasonable price. The prices at Granite of America were unbelievable, compared to other stores. Installation was quick , followed by a satisfactory phone call the next day. Granite America’s sales associate Andy Puffer was vey helpful in selecting a granite that was in my price range that made sense for my three hearths. The cuts were all complicated and it took some extra trips and cuts but they kept at it until it looked beautiful.

I am currently redoing my bathroom and needed a countertop for an old vanity I am using. My experiences with places like Lowe's and Home Depot have been less than stellar in regards to custom work, and there is a stone place like a 1/4 mile away from me who was awful when I went there for another project. So what to do? Well I just happened to find this place. I went there with literally no expectations, but from the minute I walked in I was greeted by a very professional and pleasant staff. I told them I just needed a remnant for this bathroom I am doing and instead of reacting like I just told them their dog died they actually said OK! Lets see what we got! We walked around for maybe 2 minutes until I spotted a small piece tucked in the corner. It was the perfect size and color and we wrote it up right then. It was a little pricier than what I anticipated but in the end it looks so good I cannot argue about that. I was able to schedule the install on the same day they were fitting the base and the two guys who came to my house were so nice and accommodating. It took them no time to drill the holes for the faucet and sink. And as a bonus their timing was so perfect, the other workers broke for lunch just as the countertop guys arrived so everything just was smooth as silk. It's too bad I don't need any more surfaces in my house replaced because Granite America would get my business every time.

While shopping for quartz countertops, I went to at least 8 local vendors in the area surrounding Louisville Kentucky- and I learned a lot. One is that there are only about ten quartz countertop slab manufacturers worldwide. Second is that these slabs are sold under 100s of brand names. I took the same drawing to all the places and was able to get prices from everyone. Third - most places were ten percent of each other. The only outlier was the brand with "made wholly in the USA of USA materials" which was 30 percent higher than my average. Since everything was close on pricing, my decision was made based on timing. Granite America said their installations run 7-14 days from laser measurements. Granite America excelled on timing. I ordered my countertops on Friday afternoon. Their representative came to my house to laser measure the next Wednesday. My countertops were beautifully installed the following Wednesday. That was only 7 business days from from first contact to installation. Their installers arrived on time and didn't leave until they confirmed I was satisfied. I am immensely satisfied from sales, through my fabrication tour, to ordering, measuring, installation and customer service. I will post photos after I get my backsplash Installed.

I just wanted to let anyone know that has a HUGE problem such as my husband Eddie and I we discovered that we had a water leak on Thanksgiving day and couldn't get a plumber out to our house for 4 day's later needless to say I then find out by the plumber it wasn't just 1 water leak but 8 water leaks and now I am having to replace my kitchen cabinets,flooring but I must say that we were referred to this WONDERFUL younglady and GREAT company it's called Granite America and the nice young lady's name is Ashley she really helped us so much and I just wanted to let anyone else who has this problem please do yourself a favor call them and ask for Ashley you will be so HAPPY you did.

I purchased my granite from Granite America and could not be happier. I worked with Ashley and have to say, she was great! She was patient and very helpful while we looked through the many pieces of granite until I found the right one. GA came out and laser measured my counter dimensions and within a week and a half it was delivered and installed. The install went great, the seam is practically invisible. Also, after the counter was installed about two weeks later, I found a kitchen island. I called Ashley, told her the dimensions, she found the left over original piece from where the counter had been cut and had the island piece cut from that piece of granite! We met Kartic and Indie at the home show when they first started the business in Louisville. We had them put granite in our kitchen. Was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Great people from the owners to the final installers. We moved and had them do our next kitchen and a bathroom. Once again just a great business to work with. Kartic helped us pick our granite for this kitchen and bath. It is 17 years later and we spoke with Indie just yesterday. She called to tell us she is now here. Just had Granite America install new granite vanity top in my master bath. They did a great job from the sale, to the laser template, to fabrication, to installation. My salesman was Kevin, very easy to work with. Didn't get the name of the laser tech but did a great job. My sinks were large and oval and I was worried they they would be off center because of extra spacing on one end of the vanity. But they were perfectly cut and placed in the slab. The installation was also very well done. We had to remove a trim board from the door opening to get the piece in. They took great care in removing it and making sure it was not damaged so my contractor could easily replace it. Very nice experience with Granite America and their selection is amazing. Kevin helped me pick out a beautiful piece of stone and when they were ready to cut, called me down to the yard to make sure I was happy with the look and placement of cuts. I would definitely use them again. The job is in Louisville KY as I am, not sure where that Pnama city stuff came from,

We never dreamed we would be able to afford granite countertops when remodeling our kitchen. India assured us we could and the entire process was a breeze. Their servicemen were extremely professional. They even took extra steps to make protect our new hardwood floors. The kitchen turned out beautiful because of the granite countertops. In the end, it cost us less going to Granite America than quotes for quartz or butcher block!

I was given 2 install dates and nothing was done on either date scheduled. I was offered by the owner to pay $250 extra for an installer to work overtime hours for the install to be completed. I wanted the job done so I p[aid the $250 above my quoted pricing to have the job completed. I do not recommend this company for business.

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars or less. And I can't make this story up. Had a deposit on granite. Went down there on Saturday 9/2 to arrange for templating and see if they had any samples (they hadn't previously). Got there and see the entire row of slabs where ours were had fallen over; all of our slabs were destroyed. Went into the office and they tried to blame the accident on the eclipse, so it happened on 8/21. Their response was "what is your back-up plan?" Impolitely informed them it wasn't my backup plan, but what was their back-up plan. In almost 2 weeks, they had not even checked to see if one of the other locations had some of the granite in stock. Can you believe a company with 4 locations does not have their inventory computerized? All it would have taken was 3 quick phone calls on 8/22 to find out the stock situation, but they had not even done that. On 9/2, instead of calling, they sent each location an e-mail. Even as of today (9/5) they have no clue. It has been a fight today to get my refund. I have talked with the owner of the company twice. The manager of the Louisville store is the brother of the owner, and the nicest thing you can say about him is....nope better not say that. I guess they just hoped I would pick something else out, and be satisfied. NOPE. So my advice, after talking to other grant dealers/distributors is STAY AWAY.

Customer service and communication with this place is all but non-existent. They lie over and over, don't stick to their time commitments and act like it's all supposed to be no big deal. They don't care that their customer has to miss work for them to not even plan on coming when they said they would. Keep pushing back installation date. Horrible horrible experience. My house is under contract, and thanks to Granite America and their lies, we have to hold off on whole process. My husband took off work to meet them, we had to cancel our backsplash guy coming, my buyers took off work tomorrow for their home inspection, the home inspection company now has to be cancelled, buyers Realtor has to rearrange his schedule. All of this because Granite America can't be honest. We placed our order on 3/13 and can't get it installed.

Terrible service, I was told one price and it then changed numerous times. I was charged an overweight fee for extra help carrying my large pieces and still only 2 installers came to my house to install ( why was I charged 500$ again?) When I had problems with my counters I got the run around for days until I talked to Deepa who is supposed to be the professional with the answers I needed and I was talked to like I was ignorant and they tried to force me to except mistakes I wasnt willing to except. They are extremely nice until you give them a deposit and then its hard to reach them until they want the remainder of the balance due and then theyll call non stop even when you have problems with the quality of their stone. Spend alittle more and go elsewhere for better stone.

Very difficult situation with this company and do hope others don't encounter this. They are all nice women working there and i still can't process they did what they did. Below really happened: I renovate units for income. Timeline is important as is cost. I ordered my granite from Granite America 7 weeks before installation. They were cheaper than most, but more importantly they bid the job as a full package of stone and labor together yielding the sq ft price. I walked out with my order, understanding the price of the job. Left a 50% deposit. The template was taken 2 weeks before installation and a week before installation they called me to say they can't do the job. They gave 3 reasons, all of which made no sense to me. I've been renovating for years- nothing jibed. I went down to their company to problem solve with them, still no interest in doing the job. They just left me high and dry at the 25th hour. I have since spoken to stone distributors and installers and have learned that they likely had under charged me, and just before the install, learned they were making no $. Instead of honoring their bid, or even confronting me with this realization, they cut me loose to start again from square one. This has been the worse experience I have had in the remodel world.
