Everyone they was part of this process did an outstanding job. We sent pictures of our kitchen to Loralee and she helped us decide what she thought would look best. She helped us get everything ordered and the immediately came out to do measurements and knocked out the entire thing in a few hours. Amazing people and quality work. Kitchen looks great!

PERFECT experience in every sense of the word! I started working with Granite America over a year ago to gather quotes and to begin thinking about our kitchen project. We ended up having to put the project on hold last year (on our end) and Sindhu at Granite America was amazing to work with. She followed up, but in the most thoughtful ways and she didn't bombard us or push us hard with sales messaging either. 12 months later, we were finally ready to move forward with our project and the entire process was so easy! We don't live close to their showroom and Sindhu was so flexible in sending us photos of samples and price quotes via text and email, which made it really convenient and helped us narrow down options in our price range. We were looking for a white quartz. We then visited the showroom and she was by far one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. Quartz is a big investment and although I *thought* I knew what color/design I wanted, she brought an additional perspective to the process that really helped me consider all options (and the best options given the color of our cabinets, sink color, etc.). She let me take all the photos I needed and was so patient as I went back and forth on colors and options. I never felt rushed even though it was the end of the day and I'm sure she wanted to close up and go home. Once I made our selection, they came out and measured within a week and that employee was also incredibly friendly, nice and knowledgeable. He was in/out within about an hour, was on time and communicated his timelines to us accurately. About 10 days later, we were scheduled for installation and the two gentlemen who installed our countertops were also top notch! Professional, friendly, did excellent work (and cleaned up afterwards) and, bless them, they had so many steps they had to carry our slab of quartz up...but they never complained and acted like it was a piece of cake. And...I can't even see the seam (ours is down the middle of our sink) AT ALL! It's hidden so well! We are so very pleased with our new countertops. They're beautiful and we tell everyone about our great experience with Granite America. Thank you so much for your quality product, excellent service and for taking such great care with each customer. We felt like we were your only customers and that's hard to come by these days. We cannot thank you enough! And Sindhu - you are so appreciated, we hope you know that!

Granite America is a wonderful company. They have a beautiful selection of Stone that is professionally installed. I used them for my kitchen remodel and now for my bathroom. I wouldn't trust my projects with any other company. The sales staff will help guide you in your selection, and ensure that you will be satisfied with your finished countertops. Granite America was AMAZING!! Sindhu was excellent in helping with selection, working with pricing, and assuring quick turnaround for installation. She even tolerated a few small add ins and still delivered on time. The guys who came and installed were incredible! Professional, kind, went above and beyond my expectations and took care of some installations of my added last minute ideas when I fully expected to be doing that after they left. They know what customer service and satisfaction and going way beyond the standard is all about. I would use them again and will be recommending Granite America to friends. - one very happy customer

Natalie at Granite America was wonderful to work with. I was very particular about the granite I wanted for our kitchen counters. Natalie was so patient, helpful, and kind. She made a stressful kitchen remodel easier with her willingness to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Our installers, Tom and Jerry are great at what they do. We had a lot of counters to install and they were quick and efficient. They answered all of our questions and explained everything they were doing to my husband and me. We highly recommend Granite America and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

From start to finish we had a great experience. Shawn was very helpful selecting the right piece of granite for an outdoor use. He actually found a piece on clearance that worked beautifully. Communication was good up through the installation. They came out to measure carefully, only after the grill and burners were on site. Installation was perfect. no problems. We were updated regularly and all appointments were timely.

Purchased granite countertops for my kitchen from here. Excellenct experience. Kept informed throughout the procesi ordered the deeper sink with it the installers were fast. It took two days for the installation to be complete. The first install occurred Thursday before the holiday weekend. I emailed them to see when The would return. They worked around our schedule and came back as promised to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this company. Thanks for a great doing a great job. We did remove the old laminate countertops ourselves. I am not sure if they do that part and understandably so as we tore some of the paint off the walls in one area. I am writing this review for others scrolling the local area to find an affordable honest company. Granite America fits the bill.

Best place to get your granite counters. Everyone from the office staff to the installers where excellent. They have a wide selection in there granite yard to pick from. The prices are pretty comparable to other places maybe a little better but the service and process is what I was mainly looking for. Thanks granite America

Terrible customer service, unprofessional and dishonest sales staff. We're building a home and decided on natural stone for a few 'remnant sized" projects that are otherwise almost done. We had not decided on a stone or stone company for our big countertop/vanity projects yet, but we saw that they sell "remnants" on their website and thought if we have good success with these smaller projects, we'd just have them work with us on the rest of the house's interior stone. We had several concerns, distance being our biggest (we live quite a long way from GA's showroom/yard) at that time, or so we thought. We visited the showroom/yard in mid-March discuss with Shawn our plans, we look at the slabs on hand, choose things we really liked and then sat with him for the quote. He seemingly checked his system for remnants to fit our needs; we made some adjustments and ended up leaving with a firm plan for one project and an idea for the second. Shawn also promised to send us pictures of products that would fit the size and scale of the more challenging project by the next day. We liked what we saw and experienced at that time, and we said we'd probably send him the rest of the projects we needed quoted when we returned home but reiterated that these were two distinct needs and one wouldn't be dependent on the other. The very next day I emailed him the big countertop projects. I checked in with him over the course of the next 8 days, reminding him of my timeline and every response included an excuse and was "I'll have it to you before the end of the day" or "I'll send that tomorrow". It took multiple requests before he sent the first picture, it took multiple weeks before he sent a quote and that was for the entire house. I had to request repeatedly via email and several phone calls that he send me the originally requested quote. He revised the house quote and finally sent the originally requested quote. I explained when the cabinets were expected to be in, but that I wanted to get rolling on the remnant projects as those spaces were ready to be finished. No response to multiple emails, however, I finally get a phone call a month after our initial meeting and he tells me that they would not be able to deliver the projects for the quoted price. I said that was fine, we'll be happy to drive in and pick them up, but that I wanted to get the ball rolling. He said I will call you tomorrow. The next day, no word. I called and sent an email. The weekend went by, and I called again on Monday and was, again, told that he was on the phone and would return my call (a VERY familiar refrain). Finally, the next day, my husband called, and he was told that "Shawn was on the phone" and would return his call, my husband asked to speak to his manager. The sales manager identified herself, and then my husband (who works out of the country often) proceeded to explain Shawn's refusal to respond or follow through. When she said she'd like to resolve this he explained that I was on location here and that she'd need to work with me as he's out of the country. She contacted me and through our conversation it became clear that she didn't really know what had gone on, although she made mention of her familiarity with the issues at the beginning. I was frustrated when she told me that this quote was 'contingent on the whole project' and I told her Shawn never indicated that to me at all. That in fact, we made it clear the whole house wasn't decided yet and the two weren't dependent on each other from the start and that if that contingency was a fact, then Shawn had numerous opportunities to tell me that and never did. His ONLY stated concern was the delivery issue. She asked me if I was willing to work with her going forward and at this point, with my project being so close to being completed, I said yes as long as she honored the quote price that he had finally sent. She didn't indicate that that would be an issue and asked me to give her '10 minutes' to locate a remnant for the more challenging part of the project and she'd call me back. She did call back, but only to tell me that they refused to honor the quote. According to her boss, they couldn't sell me the dolomite or quartz for the documented price but could do it for THREE times the original quote. Keep in mind we went there specifically because they advertised a 'remnant' sale. It became pretty clear why Shawn would never return my contact - he lied to us the whole time. No apology, no higher management contact, no offer of a discount to make this whole experience palatable. Just "it's not happening" and basically either accept it or not. I definitely would not recommend these dishonest, unprofessional and unethical people to anyone.

I cannot recommend this company. Their installers damaged my property and the company won't respond or do anything about it. The installers scratched my new hardwood floors and they made huge ruts in my front yard when they pulled in with their truck and trailer. With all the rain we recently had a person should realize the ground is soft and cannot hold a big heavy truck and trailer. Please think twice before using this company unless you don't care if they damage your property. I will never use them again on any of my rehabs.
