Granite America replaced our granite countertops with quartz. They turned out perfect. The timing from selection, measurements to installation took less than 3 weeks. The installers were nice, professional guys who paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend.

The Granite America team has been our go-to Granite/Quartz installation company. They did a fabulous with the design and installation of our kitchen counters only to follow up with a pleasant experience completing the vanities in both bathrooms. Knowledgeable team. Returned phone calls when missed. Nice facility. Service guys nice, prepared, and friendly. We worked with Jacob and occasionally Andy. They both were great and knowledgeable. The process was a little bumpy it seemed between them and the scheduler but ended with a quick installation date and finish product .

I am so happy that I chose granite America for the installation of my kitchen countertops! The entire staff was top notch. Starting with the initial visit picking out of the stone, the sink and the over all design of the countertops my designer Matt was knowledgeable and very professional. The communication between the install team prior to the final installation was very helpful. Akash worked with my schedule to make sure the installation went smoothly. I cannot forget the installers very fast and professional. Great group of guys to work with and will defiantly use them again on any future granite work I have!!!!

I worked with this company on many occasions. Business was always good. I am not sure if they have new ownership but business has went completely sideways on multiple of my most recent projects. I was told an install would be done on two different dates. The install did not get completed. I was offered an option to pay an additional $250 for an installer to work after hours to get the job done. As an honest contractor my job is to take care of my customers so I paid the requested $250 for the installer to work after hours. I had a measurement scheduled for 06/07 and no one showed up. I reached out to multiple sources with the company and no one returned my call. I was told that my rep was now working at an office in a different location. Very unorganized and unprofessional services. I will never use this company for Granite services again. Be careful.

Good selection of granite on site. The cutting and finishing process took a bit longer than hoped for but it was the holidays and we are very satisfied with the end product. The installers were great. They had to make several on site adjustments due to the wall but it fit flawlessly once they finished.
