As the Top Real Estate Agent in the area, I consider myself a great negotiator and I did. But Arthur from Granfera surprised me with his straightforward offer and superfast, excellent Service that I received while I remodelled my bathrooms. I'd give Arthur and Granfera Inc 10 stars if I had the option. From today, I ditched Home Depot and Lowes when it comes to Kitchen and bath Countertops!! Thank you Arthur and Isabell as well.

This was my second countertop order with Granifera. My first went great, this second one was completely different and disappointing. Customer service was nonexistent and only got a response from them when they would inquiry about payment. They left the cut out scraps and a dusty mess in my front yard leaving my other contractors frustrated to have to pick up their mess they left behind. They also installed a different quartz countertop than we selected/paid for. They said that's because they looked similar and are the same price point, so they install whichever one is available at the time. We purposely picked our countertop after looking at both because we saw the difference, yet they never communicated to us that ours wasn't available. We selected our countertop, they did the template, then cut it/installed it/then invoiced us. We came back to the house to see that it wasn't our countertop we selected and it wasn't until we brought it up that they told us. Very disrespectful to not communicate ahead of time and try sneaking this by along with the mess they made. I'd recommend using someone else that will respond to your questions/concerns and look out after you and treat you with respect.

I had a water damage on my kitchen and had to get new cabinets and countertops. Granifera was responsive, very knowledgeable, and fast on installing the countertops. I did my research before choosing them and I can say they had the best price and fast turnaround. Since then I have recommended them to few of my friends and everyone is pretty satisfied.

Do NOT recommend!! Owner has zero customer service, no regard for the customers time or money. Was told I would have an installation Jan 25, the 24 I called to confirm and was told everything was still on track and good to go so I took the day off work to wait on installer. At noon I called and texted the office to see what was going on just to get no answer, after repeated text messages I finally got the answer " I'm trying to get a hold of the installer".. hours for by and I continue to ask questions, finally at 4pm I find out that the installer was never going to make it because he's in Utah, ask for the owners phone number and was told I can't have it that he would call me tomorrow. Next day I get a call just to find out my counters were never even cut and that it's gonna take at least another week so I asked for my money back. Don't waste your time go somewhere else for your counters
