I am extremely happy with the customer service as well as my kitchen countertops. Cassi helped me choose the quartz. Andre was professional and helpful during the measuring process. The installers were professional, and they cleaned everything prior to leaving my home. I highly recommend Granifera to anyone in need of new countertops!

This was my second countertop order with Granifera. My first went great, this second one was completely different and disappointing. Customer service was nonexistent and only got a response from them when they would inquiry about payment. They left the cut out scraps and a dusty mess in my front yard leaving my other contractors frustrated to have to pick up their mess they left behind. They also installed a different quartz countertop than we selected/paid for. They said that's because they looked similar and are the same price point, so they install whichever one is available at the time. We purposely picked our countertop after looking at both because we saw the difference, yet they never communicated to us that ours wasn't available. We selected our countertop, they did the template, then cut it/installed it/then invoiced us. We came back to the house to see that it wasn't our countertop we selected and it wasn't until we brought it up that they told us. Very disrespectful to not communicate ahead of time and try sneaking this by along with the mess they made. I'd recommend using someone else that will respond to your questions/concerns and look out after you and treat you with respect.
