We are extremely pleased with the job of this guys starting with the service in office , the guys that did the installation and everyone there. They listened my requirements, and the remodeling was awesome more than expected, and the price iss really affordable so that was the best part !

I had a fantastic experience with Luis and the GPE team. They offered a fair quote, promptly scheduled the work, and exceeded all expectations in terms of quality and delivering on time. Horacio was our installer and he was the definition of professional. The GPE team installed new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and a built in TV console and bookcase. Everything looks incredible and we couldn't be happier. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had, by far. I will absolutely be working with GPE for future projects. I saw there were some negative reviews from several years back and I can say that was not my experience at all. I would assume GPE has made great improvements over time and you can expect an awesome job.

I had a great experience working with Luis and his team to remodel my ancient kitchen. My house is over 100 years old and the kitchen was an eye sore. Luis had great suggestions and offered them in a low key way. Everyone was so easy to work with and their workmen took great pains to get everything just right and the way I wanted it. Horatio's attention to detail was phenomenal. They were reliable - came when they said they would, and cleaned up each day. I have a gorgeous kitchen worthy of any magazine. Note: I found this company on Home Advisor where they had good reviews. They had just opened a branch on Route 1 in Arlington which is close to my home. I received proposals from 5 different companies before hiring GPE. Their pricing was fair and the cabinets are an excellent quality. I don't understand the poor reviews here on Yelp but they look old. I give GPE high marks because they deserve it.

I will give them 5 stars even though they deserve 4.5 stars. My rationale for providing them deference includes they're willingness to meet my exact demands. This is a family run firm with the best intentions. They guide you through the design process and offer thoughtful suggestions. Undertaking a whole house renovation is a daunting task and is never met without challenges. Again, GPE gets 5 stars because we partnered together to overcome any obstacles. The firm provides value based solutions that meet any scale of economy. As a result I have designer kitchen at an affordable price. They have access to premium materials and their skilled workers are essentially artisans that have built careers specializing in their craft. My opinion considering the other reviews are that the writers had an idea of what they wanted but no vision. If you have a vision, GPE will help you realize your dreams. If you don't believe me, just look at my kitchen! Stay tuned for the rest of the projects that we are partnering with GPE to complete!

I started out giving them only one star, there probably between 2 1/2 - 3. They measured the countertops wrong and had to cut into the walls to fix. It also takes a few emails before they answer you. In the end everything looks great, its just what you have to go thru before hand.

Luis Please refund my money back that you still owe me since 2017. Im so disappointed that you said you don't want to pay me because you don't have money. Your business is still doing well. Then pay me back the money you still owe me. I gave you a lot of job to do in my house. And the big job, I gave to you as the deposit $10k, you keep the money and running away. You gave me the checks which are no money to cash. I tried to call you many times and you don't want to answer. Give my money back! I had to borrow money from credit card. Until now I still pay it. We recently contracted with GPE Home Design to renovate the kitchen and baths in a rental property we own. The total amount came to $26,246 which we paid in full. After making the final payment we realized that the double oven that was re-installed did not work. We questioned Mr. Patton and he had no explanation. Ultimately, we discovered that their electrician wired it incorrectly, causing the circuit board to blow.The final result was that we were out $2071 for the cost of an electrician and a new double oven. Mr. Patton promised to reimburse us but has failed to do so and continues to dodge our phone calls. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.

Order came in a month late. Order came wrong. Cabinets came in a week ago but still not installed properly. Cabinets don't open and/or close properly. They gave us only 10% discount when I had to pay one more month of rent because of their lack of professionalism. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

They cut some of the granite incorrectly and installed it anyway which caused another piece of their granite installation to be dangerously under supported. They were hard to get a hold of afterwards, then didn't return my call when they said that they would and stopped picking up my calls all together. Clearly they just wanted me to go away instead of helping fix the problem. I had to pay someone else to fix it. Would not recommend.
