My wife and I were very pleased with Gordonstone & Tile Inc. We had new vanities and countertops installed in our bathrooms. Cindy was in charge of ordering the materials, scheduling workers to do the installation, and handling any of our questions. Cindy is very organized, professional, and patient. Usually, home improvement projects can be quite stressful, but Cindy eliminated most of the stress in this project. Andy did a great job installing our new faucets and plumbing in addition to hanging our bathroom mirrors. Andy also installed wall-mounted cabinets; he was really patient with us in trying to determine the perfect placement of our wall-mounted cabinets and mirrors. Overall, we would definitely use Gordonstone for future projects.

We recently purchased and installed White kitchen counter-top including back splash from Gordon Stone & Tile Inc. They are very professional, on-time and price competitive. They told us to go and choose a slab design and accommodate us to pick and choose where we wanted the veins/rivers in place. This is an important part for us as we wanted the veins to go certain ways that would work with our kitchen. Cindy was very nice to show the slabs together with a fabricator and let us choose. We were extremely happy with that. One week later, a team of 5 installers showed up and installed all counter-tops including an island, a waterfall on side and back splashes. They made sink cut-outs and holes on site. I strongly recommend Gordon Stone & Tile.

Great selection here. I compared prices from T&L with 5 or 6 different places in the area and T&L were the cheapest. They can also install the counters for you and they're not unreasonable on that front either.

Cindy is so helpful, patient, and kind! Gordonstone & Tile came recommended from a friend who also got work done at their home and we can't wait to see the slabs we selected from Gordonstone in our bathroom! The best part was the quick communication and availability for all our questions! Great experience.

Cindy and her team at Gordon Stone have competitive pricing and will work with you on getting things done within your budget. I needed my remodel done quick, within budget and with a stylish modern touch. The crew was expeditious, meticulous and has a great attitude. They completely gutted my place and modernized it. Pictures tell it all. They did everything but paint and I couldn't be happier. Cindy knows the latest trends and can help you throughout your remodeling process and is super quick to respond. Communication is key so like every project, make sure to plan ahead, communicate and even over communicate. The crew is smart and has good sense so they just get it. All cabinets, flooring, hardware, countertops, appliance installation, electrical, plumbing one stop shop with excellent customer service and after service!

I couldn't wait to write this review once I saw the amazing job Gordonstone had done on our entire house! My wife and I are building a brand new house from the ground up and Gordonstone was a one stop shop for all our countertop needs; kitchen Island, kitchen counters, 4 bathroom vanities, shower dam/ benches. They have a huge selection of countertop materials that are competitively priced and once you pick out your stone the hardest part is done. They will come out do all the measurements and installation in a very timely and professional manner. I'll definitely use Gordonstone for any future countertop needs.

These guys are great! Cindy helped us every step of the way in picking out our three bathrooms for our new house. She was very honest about the pros and cons between granite and Quartz. Overall the price point, customer service, quality of work and even came back for some items we brought up promptly, I would highly recommend this place.

I was recommended to come here by a friend for my kitchen and bathroom countertops. I was helped by Tiffany and she was great. She patiently worked with us on finding the right color for us. She was very honest about the pros and cons between granite and Quartz. Very professional and experienced and they are certified fabricators of Caesarstone which was a great plus. Overall, we got what we were looking for at a great price so very satisfied.

We have used Gordon Marble several times for all our kitchens and bathrooms remodels. Cindy is really nice and helpful and the workers are good too. If you want good price for granite, this is the place. I am satisfied with the quality of the work and that is why I keep going back to them. Thanks Cindy and everyone there and good luck!

We are/were in the process of remodeling our house. The person we worked with here was named Cindy. She was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the materials. I guess theres not much you can say about the product since they don't manufacture it. I guess all you can really judge this place on is price and service. The price seemed to be average or lower than average. What got us to go with this place was how quickly they were able to turn around and install for us. Costco quoted over a month, they were able to get it out to us w/in a few days, but because of the holidays it was a week before it got installed. The sink was supposed to be overmount because the faucet holes were too small, but they worked with us and installed it undermount. I would recommend this place

My home improvement contractor hired this countertop installer to handle our kitchen upgrade including over 100 square feet of countertops and a modified island. They delivered what they promised in time, but two necessary seams looked somewhat noticeable because of uneven joint in the seams. The did most of detailed cutting in-situ, not in the factory, and got the job done to my surprises. Perhaps, we need a better direct communication on deliverables and expectations prior to installation and planning.

Please note that we have a business card from Gordon listing the name as "Gordonstone&Tiles, Inc." but it's the same people and address as Gordon Marble and Granite. We are motivated to write about Gordon Marble since they were disappointing in terms of selling a piece of marble that is too short; changing the terms of a deal halfway through the process, and attempting to charge custom prices for what seems to be well within the range of a prefab or standard slab (85 5/8" by 23" our measurements and prefab measurements 108x26). We dealt with Gordon since our master cabinetmaker made a beautiful cabinet for a traditional bathroom and was recommended to them. We learned that there are 3 signs to look for in a sale gone bad before the deal completely falls apart: 1. dealing with a salesperson about tech details at the onset rather than dealing with the tech/installer. 2. a firm that misquotes the price of the piece of marble ($1200) and then realizes they need a slightly larger piece by 1" and asks for much more money ($1600); finally when the marble fabricator has underestimated the job/complexity, you come up with any excuse to dump the customer ASAP. Andy, the salesperson, approved the ordering of a sink size that, as soon as the installer came to our home, realized would not fit the cabinet counter which holds the sink. As he correctly said "yeah, its just too big". Its a shallow depth and the sink was at least 2 inches too large. That was the first sign of trouble. The main problem is that when the installer again took his template and compared it to the dimensions of the marble that had been ordered, the template was a width of 85 5/8' not 84" which was the supposed size of the original slab they quoted the $1200. So the Gordon Marble/Granite people then said that to get the additional 1 5/8" would require a "custom" piece of marble not a prefabricated piece. They demanded another $400 for the so-called custom size. We thought it was strange to pay $400 for in essence 2 inches more of marble so there would not be gap on both sides of the counter-top. But we and the cabinetmaker agreed to the up-charge to keep the project going towards completion. The above is very strange since when we just left a well-established marble contractor in Pasadena and he is able to order marble slabs in dimensions of 108" by 26" (he called it prefab) at the price which Gordon quoted for the first (too small) piece. So when we reluctantly agreed to the new price, the salesperson asked us to come down to the El Monte location to select our piece of white Carrera marble. The 600 pound slabs were stacked standing one next to the other so that a normal person could not move any pieces to look at the other pieces in the stack; thus there was no selection involved. The salesperson, Andy, refused to move the other pieces around with a machine. When we pointed out the inability to select a slab as well as the problem with the too large of a sink, and the $400 increase in the slab due to some misunderstanding of dimensions, Andy told our cabinetmaker (who is extremely easy to work with) "we don't want your business any more..we are done". He asked if they were joking and Andy said, they were not. For these reasons we cannot in good conscience recommend this business and are simply baffled by their attitude, although its a blessing in disguise since we found a competent and honest marble fabricator and will have a beautiful bathroom cabinet.

BUYER BEWARE!! Gordon Granite presents themselves very well: quality website, outstanding claims, and they promise the world. However, when it comes down to it, their workmanship and customer service is deplorable! We had them do some work at our home. When it was all said and done, they refused to stand behind their work and left is with a defective and unsafe kitchen. When we used another company to fix their problem and do it right, we found out what Gordon Granite is all about. They did not install the countertop correctly from start to finish. The other company we had come out said that this was one of the worst construction jobs (if you can even call it that) they had ever seen. When questioned about it, the folks at Gordon Granite tried to pin the blame on me, even when presented with evidence to the contrary. Do not use these people, they are crooks and cheats!
