We used G3 for our kitchen & bathroom granite counter fabrication and install. From step 1 we were impressed. Lynndsey was very prompt after my initial email asking for information (this was our first time having granite put in and didn’t know anything about the process). She “held our hand” through the whole process & was very tolerant & helpful with our many questions & requests. The counters look great. I’d use G3 again in a heartbeat.

I worked with G3 to purchase remnants for a fireplace and outdoor table. They answered the phone every time I called, walked me through the process, and were helpful through the entire order. I came in on a Friday and Mike walked me through his granite remnants. The staff even helped pull items out I wanted to see. I had a quote in my hand before I left. They were so quick to answer my questions, had great prices, great customer service. The only thing I didn't like were the hours they were open. They do offer appointments if those hours don't work for you. Shannon stayed late so I could pick up my order after hours! You can't go wrong when you work with G3. I hope to use them in the future when I reno my kitchen!

Great company! We needed a shower enclosure done pretty quick and G3 Glass worked with us on the timeline and was able to deliver super fast. The glass turned out looking so good! On top of that they are all very easy to work with and super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give them ZERO stars for customer service I would. Employee (Anthony) and Manager (Karen) do not handle customer complaints in a professional manner, nor do they take accountability for their mistakes in production. This company and owners clearly pass that cost onto clients to the cost of $10,000K. Please do not trust this company to "do the right thing", because they won't despite multiple opportunities. When I have asked to speak to the owners they are evasive and blame my Contractor for G3 employee's clear errors.

After talking to many granite top people I decided to go with G3 Glass and Cindy my contact was awesome and you felt like you have known her forever. Then she sent out what I call The Lazer guy, he was another awesome person, I learned so much from him and he spent alot of time on such a small job to make sure it was right.
Then the installers showed up on time
Luis and Isaac and again AWESOME guys and did a fantastic job. Thank you again G3.

I had the joy of working with this company. From my first phone call to final installation, everything went well. I have not worked with such fine people who follow through on each and every detail. Nate returned all of my emails and phone calls. Each person treated me with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this company without a bit of hesitation. Honest, hardworking and nice people all the way through the process . They are all great at their respective jobs. So thankful that I decided to go with G3 Glass Granite Group.

I purchased granite counter tops from G3, through Cindy, for my bathrooms, Cindy and the rest of the team did such an outstanding job that I went ahead and had them do ALL my kitchen counter tops. The whole organization was so professional, from choosing the granite to the installation. They not only had a great selection to choose from, there rates were very reasonable, and they did everything they said!
