I cant say enough good things about G&G Granite! There were problems with the product I ordered (NOT G&G's fault) but they handled it amazingly. They had to take out our kitchen island twice, which wasn't easy, because Gagik wanted to make it to be perfect, not something you hear about in the construction world. Our guest bathroom and kids bathroom came out beautifully, the countertops are perfect! Personable, clean and hardworking... all things you want when having a company come into your home! I will call on them again when we redo our master bathroom.

This company wasn't willing to bid on my project. It was a small project and I was willing to overpay for the work because I was asking for so little. Within 3 minutes of my request for an estimate they responded that they weren't interested in the work. It is funny that the reviews on Google almost uniformly cite great customer service. If they're not interested in even bidding for a new potential client, I wonder how good the service would be after you've placed a materials deposit with them.

I was helping a friend with a remodel in LA and we found G & G Granite online. They had the exact style of granite countertop we were looking for and at a great price compared to many of the other places we checked out. This is a review for the top notch advice and product help I received from Thomas on 4.4.25. A client friend was feeling overwhelmed by too many countertop choices. Offered to look thru my design contacts for past stone suppliers--though I had moved from L.A. After MARIO MOHAN with OCEAN BLUE BUILDERS stole all of the money we received from state farm for our kitchen repairs (admitted to it on the phone), my wife and I and our 2 disabled kids (thanks, Mario) were in a pretty bad place. After I eventually finished installing cabinets myself and building an island on casters, we had been using cheap 1/2" plywood for our countertops for months. I found G&G on yelp, and thanks to all of their glowing reviews, decided to try putting my faith in another contractor. G&G was awesome. Their guy came out and was right on time and very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me some great advice and ideas. We decided on "Galant Grey" Quartz from MSI, and around 3-4 weeks later (i think? Can't remember) 2 of their workers show up with all the various cut slabs.. and IN ONLY 2 HOURS they had everything installed, cleaned and finished. After Mario Mohan stole our money and ran, and the OVER 1 years-long debacle of dealing with that thief.. my wife came home from work, saw the counters and nearly started crying. All we have left is the hood and backsplash, then this nightmare is behind us. I'm in the process of making a computer desk for the small corner in the kitchen, using matching cabinets (small house, no place else for a desk), and will be having g&g come out again to put a matching countertop on top of the desk, so it matches with the rest of the kitchen, and when we entertain I can remove the 'work stuff' off it and put all the drinks and stuff onto it.

From start to finish, G&G Granite and Quartz helped me figure out what I wanted for countertops whether it be quartz, granite or any other stone because I had no idea what the differences were and did not know where to begin. I knew less than zero about fabricating or even the order in which things needed to be done. I ultimately went with quartz and once the decision was made, G&G got the ball rolling and the project was finished in about a week. The counters are BEAUTIFUL, their workmanship is superior, they are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, and I could not be happier! Had a great experience using this company. Gagik was quick to give me a quote based off the measurements and details I sent him. He came out shortly after to get measurements and quickly picked up the Quartzite I purchased. Him and his workers took good care of my house and cleaned up very well. The whole process took about 10 days. Glad I spent a little extra and had pros do it vs me doing it with prefab slabs.

It's not often you find a company that is responsive and actually does what they tell you they are going to do... A+++ I called and spoke with Gagik about needing a piece of quartz cut for a shower curb and two shelves for a shower niche. He invited me out to look through some of the remnants they had and I was shown a pure white slab that they cut and polished on the spot the three pieces I needed for WAY less than anyone else quoted me. G&G is amazing and one of the few places I could find that is willing to sell remnants of granite, quartz and marble. When I called the remnant line, Gagik texted back a few hours later and made an appointment for the next day. The remnant selection was extensive and the prices were fair. They cut my remnant to size, polished the corners and loaded it in my car in a little over an hour. This is a professional, no-nonsense, high-efficiency, industrial operation. Dealing with remnants is not for everyone -- it's heavy, dusty, difficult work -- but G&G is an amazing resource if this is what you're after.

I got the email quote and spoke with Gagik and explained him my requirements; He understood and gave me sufficient guidance and time to make my decision. 5 stars all around! From request for quote, quick follow up/response time, turnaround time, completed work and most importantly customer service! My experience from start to finish..went on the website and needed to complete a form to request for a quote. I was concerned at first because you want to speak to someone right away. Within 24 hours I got a quote from Richard. I decided to get quotes from 2 other contractors and found out that GG was the best quote. When I was ready to schedule an appointment, Richard had Gagik call me and got a date for me right away. Gagik is amazing! He came to my house with samples, he was very thorough with how the work would be done. I gave my deposit (btw..this is standard practice so they can order materials) other half paid once work is completed. Installation happened about 3 weeks later, work completed same day in about 4 hours. I had backdrop already installed and Gagik said they would try their best to not damage and they didn't!! He even made a nice tray for me with left over quartz as a gift!! I am absolutely in love with my waterfall counter tops!!!! It's like a dream come true!!! I saved a ton of money going with these guys and their work is very good. The process is kind of impersonal with texts or emails back and forth to get started, but I think this company is all about efficiency to keep prices down (I'm good with that!). We had our kitchen counters redone with quartz. The price was really good, the workers were on time and cleaned up after, and the counters look fantastic. The only thing I felt like I gave up going with them was the hand-holding communication you get when you hire a general contractor. Working with these guys is going direct to the stoneyard and installers, but it works out great. I recommend these guys for anyone who is not a Karen and needs constant hand-holding. I would hire them again if I ever needed to.

Gagik and his team were so accommodating for us throughout the whole process. We needed a quartz countertop, to match as exact to our backsplash, and very fortunately found one practically identical print as ours (the common marble style). So that was a huge relief. He made sure the measurements were exact to our custom made cabinets and yup, the measurements were perfectly fitted with our layout and design needs. We needed it in a certain timeframe due to our delays from our workers and he accommodated it all in a short period of time. Much appreciated guys! Would definitely recommend.

So in an effort to save money I almost bought my counters from Home Depot when I found out that HDs area installer had a 2.5 star yelp rating. Yikes! I am so glad I went with G and G instead. They worked with my price range to give me the product and look that I wanted. They're prices are extremely competitive. The service was great and they were always easy to get in touch. On install day, they were able to trouble shoot all the small problems my old house threw at them no problem. Our kitchen looks great now thanks to Gagik and Richard!

I emailed my information to G & G and I got back my estimate the next day, and the owner , Richard even was kind enough to give me a free estimate for labor only, in case I wanted to use a different stone, how cool was that? We ended up choosing Quartz countertops, for our kitchen and two bathrooms. The work was beautiful and the service was top-notch. Easy to work with Richard and Gagik, they both made our lives so much simpler. Richard was quick to provide us estimates on different color options and always got back to me quickly. Gagik was easy to communicate with and managed to schedule us right away for the measurement appointment and turned around within the time period he gave us, he was also flexible to reschedule us when we were unable to have him at the house on the original appointment date. Great craftsmanship and hardworking team who worked non-stop from morning to evening to complete the job. Richard was honest about prices and options and managed to get us the caesarstone colour we wanted. We had scratches on our cabinets left by another contractor and Gagik kindly fixed it for us at no charge. He also made us a beautiful chopping board out of the leftover quartz as well as left the excess pieces for us which we can CNC mill into coasters or even a small coffee table. Definitely recommend them!

Most importantly, he paid fine attention to every little detail. He made sure the seams were smooth/hidden as possible, & helped us pick the edge that would work best in our space. We're picky people, and can confidently say-he was a true blessing in the renovation process. Will 100% use him again for any future needs.

Wish I could give Gagik and GG Granite ten stars! I called them for help in finding a half slab of a particular quartz. They were so kind to help me even though they knew I was already working with a different fabricator. Good people!!!!
