G & A Flooring did a fantastic job installing Natural Hickory Hardwood Flooring, Porcelain Tile Flooring in the baths, Granite Counters in the kitchen and nice carpet on the stairs and bedrooms. The installation was quick, the installers were clean and polite and the price was very attractive. And it was a pleasure working with Cesar. I would highly recommend Cesar and G & A Flooring.

The craftsmanship was superb and we’re very happy with the results. Working with Hugo made the process so much easier. He gave us a few samples to take home and compare side by side to see which worked best. The new floor looks fantastic and gives a transition area into the house. I’ll definitely work with Hugo in the future for any additional flooring needs we may have. You won’t regret the end results!

G&A Flooring replaced the carpets in our three bedrooms, including the MBR, With Provenza wood flooring. Cesar is a wonderful manager who helped us find the wood flooring that perfectly matched the existing areas throughout the rest of the house, signed a contract with us and scheduled our installation. The installation crew were excellent, accurate and fast. They carefully moved the furniture around and finished this big job in two and a half day. Our new wood floors look beautiful and we are very happy with their professional installation. We do recommend G&A Flooring.

This was our first big project and being nervous was an understatement. At the time, our current flooring was cheap, poorly done, and a safety hazard as we have fallen down the stairs, pieces broke off easily, and was so uneven. We desperately needed to redo our floors so we began looking at various quotes. G&A flooring came recommended from our parents. We met with Cesar at their store to take a look at materials and figure out ideas of what we want. We appreciate Cesar's patience and honesty and we described what we were looking for as we needed something durable, waterproof, and something that had some texture to it. We were there for over an hour and appreciated the time and effort Cesar put in with us to put us at ease and make sure we found something we truly loved and that is within our budget. It was a breathe of fresh air not to be pushed on the most expensive laminate and pushed to commit asap. We were able to take some pieces with us to see which ones we liked best with our home and he gave us advice to look at it in various rooms at various different times of the day. This piece of advice was so simple yet we did not even think about it ourselves! We were so confident with our choice and loved that we took all the time we needed in order to make the right decision for us. Our estimate was that this project would take a week. We had three guys assigned to our project and their names are Artemio, Willy and Sergio. The guys were efficient, timely, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. When the old floors were torn out, it showed us that our old floor was not even glued down and it was so uneven in various degrees. The guys took their time to make sure the flooring was leveled and I appreciated that they took the time to explain to us what was going on the floor and how to fix it. We lived in our place during the construction and they made sure we still had what we needed. I would recommend G&A flooring and Artemio, Willy, and Sergio to family, friends, and anyone else looking to redo their floors. We are loving our flooring now even our dog is not hesitant going up and down the stairs anymore!

I truly can't recommend Donald and the rest of these guys enough. Donald was referred to us by our real estate agent to bring our kitchen back to livable after a previous contractor left it half-demolished. He responded quickly, gave us an estimate that was less than half of what the previous gougers were trying to charge us to finish the job, and immediately got his team working on our kitchen. He and Cesar were amazing in helping us pick out materials (Donald even went on his own to various places, sending me photos, putting combinations together, etc), and worked with us to save us money without compromising the finished result. The kitchen was done within a week, and it's STUNNING. Full quartz counter-top with seamless waterfall, subway tile back-splash, new beautiful undersink, etc. He even helped us with extras, like moving a built-in cabinet over to fit our desired fridge and doing extra demo/drywall to make the end result even more perfect, and personally oversaw all the work and had any imperfections rectified. The end cost was almost exactly the same number as the original estimate, even with all the add-ons that happened along the way. We couldn't be happier, and will be using Donald and his team for any work in the future.

This review is a little late. We had this done at the end of last year. We pulled out all the carpet and replaced with laminate. I'm glad we went with the laminate instead of the deluxe vinyl. We have the vinyl at another house and it scratches very easy. The laminate seems like it would take a lot to scratch it. Brandon came out and did the estimate and was also the project manager. I like this better than some companies that send sales people out that make a lot of promises but then you never see them again. I had lots of estimates done. Some people I didn't trust and others gave me estimates that made no sense or verbal estimates. I had concerns about how to handle the large furniture in the house. Most of the companies were very vague about that even some limiting how many pieces of furniture they would move. G&A worked around the furniture so nothing had to be taken outside. Also there was the possibility that the floor would need leveling once they pulled the carpet. G&A gave me the pricing for leveling and the max that it could cost us if needed. Other companies were charging more. As it turns out no leveling was needed, Brandon was able to get our flooring job done and then get painters in right away to paint the interior of the house. This saved us a lot of work since we were able to leave our stuff outside til they were done. The only thing that could be improved is giving the painters more time to finish. It seems like they were rushed to get to another job. Some parts are missing paint. Brandon and G&A Flooring is the only company that I would use for flooring.

We had our entire 2800 sq ft home refloored with high quality laminate planks. It was a big job because our house was full of furniture and we wanted to be able to stay in the home while the work was being done. Everyone at G & A flooring did a phenomenal job. We are extremely happy with the results. It's like our house is brand new again. The job did take longer than expected but I could see that they were not taking any shortcuts. They had to do some leveling in a couple upstairs rooms and had to order a couple of things so that slowed things down a little bit. They also took the time to put in some extra screws to get rid of our squeaky floor in one room. We were very happy that we were able to sleep in our bedroom and have a shower and bathroom available at all times. It was crazy how they moved the furniture around. All the work crews were super hardworking. We would point out little things that we wanted fixed and the answer was always, "No problem. We can do that." They put the house in a good state at the end of each day. It was a little rough for us to be away all day but I really didn't want to see "how the sausage is made"! I just wanted to see the clean end result. It was really nice that a cleaning crew came in at the end and thoroughly cleaned up the house. We would use them again but we expect to have this flooring for many years to come.

We were not disappointed! Project manager Brandon quickly answered all of our questions, providing 5-Star customer service. He was courteous and professional throughout our project. Cesar, the business owner, was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful, accommodating, and communicative throughout the whole process. I had some issues with the hardwood installation and he was very responsive in getting it fixed. I would also like to thank Justino, Cirilo, and their crew for their hard work in installing the tile, hardwood, and baseboards throughout my home. The whole process took about 2 weeks and the services include removal and disposal of old flooring. Picking out the flooring and baseboard options in their store was easy and enjoyable, as they offer a lot of options for you to choose from. Overall, I would recommend getting your flooring done here!

Pros! Thank you, Marco, the project manager from G&A for being attentive and carefully taking care to every detail and answering questions. From beginning to end he was on our side and provided guidance to us and his team. We had been shopping kitchens for several months. We went to the big box stores; we went to several contractors. We received crazy quotes; we found the big stores were not flexible. We dropped into G&A and spoke to a very patient Marco who answered all our questions regarding cabinets, counter tops and flooring. As we walked out of the showroom the first time my wife said, "This is the place for us". Marco set us up with an independent kitchen designer that worked with my wife and helped her pick out everything and supplied us with renderings. The renderings eventually turned our kitchen into beautiful reality. His team of floor installers, cabinet builders and installation team plus the amazing countertop specialists did an amazing job and respected our home as well. They were all always careful to cover everything. The few hiccups along the way were attend to and resolved promptly with minimum stress. They finished the last details on Saturday afternoon and Monday morning received a call from the owner of the company. Cesar is very proud of his business and reputation. He came over and wanted to inspect the job as well as get our feedback. They have been in the same location about 25 years. The bathroom renovation is next.

I don't think I can ever give as much credit as Brandon is owed for what he did. Brandon is legitimately a miracle worker. He came into a situation where we had massive damage to our kitchen from a water leak. He was super responsive, honest, and the results were amazing. We had new floors installed in our entire downstairs and a new vanity installed in our bathroom. Andy was our project manager and he was very patient with us as we took some time to decide what type of floors we wanted. Our floors only took a week to install and the crew was very polite and professional. We had a few additional charges added to our budget but other than that I am very pleased with the work G&A flooring did and I would recommend them. Our new floors and bathroom look beautiful!

THANK YOU G&A FLOORING!! I'm not sure I have the right words to express how grateful I am to Brandon (project manager) and G&A Flooring for coming to our rescue! We had contracted with another company to do our floors, painting, and various other projects. But that company breached our contract by walking away from the job AND keeping 50% of the money we paid them (even though the only work they had completed was demo of the hallway tile!). We literally begged the owner to not walk away from the job and told him we would lose the buyer for our house if he did - he didn't care, and we did indeed lose the buyer. That's where Brandon and G&A came into the picture - they immediately picked up where that unprofessional greedy contractor left off, and they've worked tirelessly to get the work done in the most professional manner, with regular updates and solutions to any issues encountered with the house. And they only charge 10% upfront for all projects (unlike the other contractor who kept demanding more and more money even though almost no work was being performed). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND G&A FLOORING! Do not search any further. These are the people you want working on your home! (PS - Will post photos once the work is completed. Jimmy was our project manager and meeting him was a blessing. I have been in real estate and met many people in remodeling but never anybody as amazing as this guy. He remodeled our house beautifully at reasonable cost with no stress. He was there the whole time when we were not home and they finished everything perfectly in less than two weeks. We had G+A redo both our bathrooms. Compared to other quotes we got, they were the most reasonable and also came recommended to us by some family. They helped us through the process of selecting tile and flooring in their showroom and let us know what other materials we needed to source ourselves. I was really impressed both with the speed at which they worked as well as the quality. There were only a couple things I had issues with, and they always addressed my concerns and made things right. We love our new bathrooms and would definitely go with G+A again in the future!

We got quotes from several places but ultimately chose to go with G & A primarily because of Jimmy Toledo. He helped us with our flooring choice, problem solved with us on how to handle some tricky areas, and was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns throughout the process. I had a vinyl wood plant floor installed in my living room last Friday, and I love it! Under the guidance of Jimmy Toledo, two gentlemen installed it in one day and did a beautiful job. Very hard workers and wanted to do it right, and did. This company really wants to make its customers happy. I spoke to Cesar to let him know how happy I was with the workmanship, and I could tell how very pleased he was. Customer service is as good as the workmanship. Kevin and the G&A team did an excellent job installing Provenza luxury vinyl plank floors in our entire house. The process was straight forward selecting material after visiting G&A showroom. We borrowed mutiple samples and then made selection. Kevin tracked order and setup install in a timely manner. The entire demo and removal took 6 days including replacing all the baseboard. Great job G&A team!

I looked far and wide to find the right business to do a complicated tile installation for the bedroom in my new home. Daniel & G&A Flooring were it from the beginning when Daniel came out to give an estimate and was professional, considerate, and kind. Daniel was very patient with me as I indecisively went back and forth between different plans for what work I wanted. It ended up being really hard to find the exact tile that was already in other rooms in my home, and eventually we found that the tile was not even made anymore. Daniel was flexible and adaptable as I worked through the long process of figuring out just what needed to be done. Finally we figured it out, and the tile installer Lorenzo did a competent and clean job with the installation. I am happy with it and appreciative.

It was that time again...time to swap out the carpet in Bubba's house. I was in the market for scrap or lightly treaded carpet for my little man. We highly recommend G&A Flooring. Cesar took quite a bit of time (on several occasions) to walk us through the showroom so that we could find the best wood look vinyl option for us. Installation was easy and the team was professional and quick. At the end of the project, we had one area around our fireplace where there was no baseboard and the jagged edges of the board ends made a rough line. Cesar and his installer came up with a great solution and quickly installed. It looks beautiful, as do the rest of our floors in our home. They are so amazing our neighbors wanted the same ones. I highly recommend G&A for materials and installation. We used G&A for our powder room and fireplace remodels and new flooring throughout our house. Their showroom has a huge selection, and we were able to find all of our solid flooring, carpet, tiles, and vanity there at reasonable prices. Cesar and his staff were great to work with. Cesar was very attentive and responsive throughout the remodel project. It is evident that he cares about his customers. We will definitely be going back to G&A for future projects.

As I mentioned in my original, we had them delay installation of our stair rails because we wanted them painted a different color. This started a saga - they were then repainted by a local painter but it didn't turn out the right color, and had to be repainted. A "rail post cover" went missing and - it turns out - metal rail post covers are very hard to match, incredibly hard, actually. Guard those damn things like gold. When we finally sorted all this stuff out, it had been 7 months since G+A finished the job. They originally said they would re-install our rails when they were ready, and though the foreman who made promise had since left the company, the owner Cesar honored the promise - a lot companies would not have - and today they sent Sergio out and he worked from around 10am to 4pm - 6 hours - installing the rails in a very detailed and exacting way that I appreciate as a physician. When a number of issues came up in the installation - it was not straightforward - we discussed them, he made suggestions, and each were addressed. He's a craftsman. He went above and beyond what I expected and said good things about G+A, that he had been working for Cesar for 13 years. We need some window casings and a detached office remodeled, and I will definitely be reaching out to G+A for a quote.

It's been over a year now since I had G&A flooring re-floor my entire house, but I think it's time I gave them the glowing review they deserve. So let me rewind the clock. My daughter, son-in-law, and grandson (now 2 grandchildren) were planning on moving in with me after my wife passed away. The upstairs carpets were worn and needed to be replaced, and we wanted to re-do the ground floor which, at the time, was a combination of ceramic tile and carpet. We did our homework, investigated all the different flooring options and then went out and got three bids. To be fair, all three of the companies I received bids from were friendly and professional, and the bid I received from G&A was not the lowest bid. There was just something about the way they presented themselves, particularly their eye for detail, that won me over. There wasn't anything they missed and they mentioned quite a considerations that the other companies never even brought up. I was really impressed by this. I knew I was going to spend a lot of money and I didn't want to get into the middle of this job only to have a bunch of curveballs thrown at me during the process. I wanted to know everything up front including all the trade offs associated with each type of flooring. I also wanted to know how disruptive the job was going to be since I was planning on living in the house while the work was performed. The folks at G&A covered absolutely everything and helped us greatly in selecting the right materials for each section of the house since we had multiple dogs to contend with. I ended up selecting carpet, vinyl laminate (for an upstairs hallway), and tile as flooring material, so we covered the entire spectrum. When the job started, the G&A crew showed on time on the date promised and got to work right away. I have to tell you that the first four days were really rough on me as they had to demo the old tiles and prep the slab. I was prepared, however, because they had talked me through the whole process. After the demo and prep was complete, they started laying the flooring. Their tile installer was really an artist and worked tirelessly cutting and applying tiles and working around every corner perfectly. The attention to detail was fantastic. The job was done perfectly just as the salesman had promised, and I knew I had selected the right outfit. The finished job was spectacular and a year later, I am still thrilled with the work they did. You may find a flooring company that will do the job cheaper, but when you hire G&A you know they won't cut corners and will do the job right. If I could give them six stars, I would.

We worked with Matthew Horton at G&A Flooring and he was amazing! I called him to bid on the flooring for our house. After meeting Matthew he told us he could help us with other trades in addition to the flooring. Matthew stayed calm during all my craziness. He coordinated his sub-contractors and everyone showed up on time and did a great job. Matthew helped us with design advice and he made sure our job was done on time with very reasonable pricing. I truly could not have done it without him. I highly recommend Mathew!

G&A did a great job on our flooring. I replaced my old tile and carpet with vinyl plank and I'm very pleased with the results. When they measured my home, by the end of the day I had a quote and samples in my inbox. Laurie assisted us and even brought the samples to our home. She made the whole process seamless and kept us in the loop with status updates. The turnaround between receiving a quote and the project start was very quick. By the following week, my flooring was complete. I highly recommend G&A.

This was our first big project and being nervous was an understatement. At the time, our current flooring was cheap, poorly done, and a safety hazard as we have fallen down the stairs, pieces broke off easily, and was so uneven. We desperately needed to redo our floors so we began looking at various quotes. G&A flooring came recommended from our parents. We met with Cesar at their store to take a look at materials and figure out ideas of what we want. We appreciate Cesar's patience and honesty and we described what we were looking for as we needed something durable, waterproof, and something that had some texture to it. We were there for over an hour and appreciated the time and effort Cesar put in with us to put us at ease and make sure we found something we truly loved and that is within our budget. It was a breathe of fresh air not to be pushed on the most expensive laminate and pushed to commit asap. We were able to take some pieces with us to see which ones we liked best with our home and he gave us advice to look at it in various rooms at various different times of the day. This piece of advice was so simple yet we did not even think about it ourselves! We were so confident with our choice and loved that we took all the time we needed in order to make the right decision for us. Our estimate was that this project would take a week. We had three guys assigned to our project and their names are Artemio, Willy and Sergio. The guys were efficient, timely, thoughtful, and attentive to detail. When the old floors were torn out, it showed us that our old floor was not even glued down and it was so uneven in various degrees. The guys took their time to make sure the flooring was leveled and I appreciated that they took the time to explain to us what was going on the floor and how to fix it. We lived in our place during the construction and they made sure we still had what we needed. I would recommend G&A flooring and Artemio, Willy, and Sergio to family, friends, and anyone else looking to redo their floors. We are loving our flooring now even our dog is not hesitant going up and down the stairs anymore!

We needed tile for a recent room addition. Called a few contractors for estimates. Cesar responded promptly, visited my home the next day and immediately provided an estimate. Also gave me some options to consider regarding baseboards, sealants and tile options. G&A was not the cheapest and not the highest bidder. I awarded the project to G&A largely because of the knowledge and trust that Cesar exhibited during the interview. His years of experience and passion for the flooring industry was very evident when he visited my home. His crew arrived two days later and completed the job quickly. Luckily the room was accessible from the back yard and easily allowed for social distancing during the corona shut down. The entire transaction took about a week. The crew did an excellent job. Hard workers, thorough, detailed and left the job spotless clean. Great customer service and follow through. I would confidently recommend G&A to all my family, friends and neighbors.

G&A Flooring was the 5th contractor to give me the estimate. Matthew was prompt with the job bid and I must say that I have never seen a more detailed estimate before, I was very impressed. They were by far, the most clear and most reasonable contractor. Matthew and his team started on the date scheduled and was on site constantly. And if he had any questions about the smallest detail, he would telephone me and inquired about my preferences. The entire team are all very professional and skilled , and they did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. The result of the remodel was spectacular. Not only was a quality job but they completed all work on time and in budget. I highly recommend G & A Flooring!
