These guys are THE BEST! I heard back from the owner same day after I sent an inquiry message and we were able to set up a time for them to come out and do the measurements only a few days later. My countertops were installed exactly one and a half weeks after I reached out! Un-freaking-believable! Not only that, but the owner gave me a really good deal and I ended up getting my bathroom countertops changed out too! The actual installation went quickly and perfectly! Couldn't be happier! The funniest thing is that for a month after the countertops were installed I kept hearing back from other countertop places that I had reached out to who apparently take 3-4 weeks to reply to their customers - yeesh. If you want quick, high-quality countertops and installation, these are the guys for you.

Our job was just completed and we could not be happier with the process start to finish and the end result. Lowered/leveled off a bar, new quartz counters and new backsplashes and they finished off all the detail/trim work. I was not referred to this company by family/friends but did a bunch of research and had a few companies/people out to the house before choosing Fox Granite. So we rolled a bit blind other than online reviews and I am so glad we did - and honestly, it was due in large part to Mallory and her communication, help, and trustworthiness. And for as amazing as the final product looks, I want to mention how much more impressed we are with each member of this team (Greg, Mallory, Sam, Scott, and the install crew) - their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and making sure the work was done right and not rushed. Use this company, without any hesitations - we would again in a heartbeat.

I was really impressed with their dedication to having all the measures correct and returning to make sure everything fitted perfectly. The team was very professional and polite, explaining all the process and everything I asked for and cleaning everything afterwards. We really enjoyed our experience with Fox Granite! They came out and gave us a quote quickly and the price they gave was very reasonable, and under the other quotes we received. Greg came out himself to do the quote and he was very nice and made us feel very confident in his company. They were able to install less than a week after we accepted their quote. Greg's team was extremely professional and did a wonderful job on both our kitchen and master bathroom countertops. The granite counters look amazing, thanks Greg!

I needed a granite remnant for a small wet bar. I was able to browse their yard in New Braunfels and found a nice piece of black magma. Greg gave me a good price that included installation and Sam made the precise measurements to fit a copper sink. Scheduling and the installation team were all great to work with. I had so many other delays in building this wet bar it was a great relief to have the countertop portion proceed without a hitch. This is a great local small business to work with. And my kitty likes it too:-)

We recently completed a back porch project. Fox Granite provided the granite for the bar top. Mallory was so extraordinarily easy to work with and so helpful! We can't say enough about Greg & his crew! Super professional, prompt, fair price, and delivered everything we were hoping for. Greg actually suggested the granite we ended up going with (colonial cream), and we are thrilled with how it turned out, his guidance was key! His crew is great, you can tell they are real pros with tons of installations under their belts. They were able to extend our bar out which was a big plus for us. We also went with their referral for the backsplash and sink installation and that worked out great too, saved us a lot of time trying to find other contractors. I highly recommend Fox, definitely one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor!

Where to Start with Fox Granite? The people - Greg, Sam, and install team lead, Mike. Just wow. Start to finish, they were always in contact, every detail covered in the planning and measuring. Even the 'extra's' were perfect. The installation was done professionally, quietly and most of all, very clean. It looks fantastic, better than I imagined. The work was done faster than I was ready for as well. The price, very reasonable. It was impressive. I highly recommend Fox Granite for countertops.

Trust the 5 star reviews listed about Fox Granite, because this company is excellent. My wife and I had talked about possibly updating our counters so I starting calling around. I got a hold of Greg and he said he would come over the same day, something you rarely hear when you call a company at 4:00 PM. Greg came over to the house and did an amazing job of feeling us out for what we wanted. He walked us through various samples of granite and quartz. Greg also gave us advice on what he thought would bring out colors and compliment the different parts of the kitchen. Ultimately, we came to a decision that we were really happy with but couldn't have done without his guidance. Finally, Greg walked us through the process and what his company represents. Along the way he gave me the estimate and never came off as a salesman but an owner who loves his job and company. We decided to go with the Fox team and a few days later, Sam, came over and did all the measurements. I was surprised that we were able to schedule the installation sooner than expected which when the day came, I got to meet Jesse and his awesome crew. These guys were excellent group of guys who made sure everything was clean before they left. Jesse thank you for being such a nice guy. I have to say that I can't think of a single thing they could have done better. The counters are beautiful, the sink is exactly what we wanted, and our kitchen looks amazing all for a very reasonable price. I stayed in communication with Greg and Sam the entire time and can't thank them enough. If you are thinking about getting countertops, I strongly recommend this company.

Reached out to Fox Granite on 6/12 for a quote and was called immediately. On 6/16 Greg came out and gave us a quote. Once we agreed to use their services I was immediately called by Sam for laser measurements. Sam came on 6/18. On 6/21 was contacted and told that they could install on 6/26 however we were not available so install was scheduled for 6/30. Was emailed days before install with exact instructions on preparing for the install. The day of the install received notification that Jesse and his team were on their way. Install was so easy. Jesse and his crew were extremely respectful and polite and cleaned up everything before leaving. When I came down to look at where the seam on the countertop was I very pleased that there was not a seam especially since we were told they would have to put a seam. Love my countertops. The entire process was so easy. Every person involved is extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They arrived on time each time. In addition, Greg provided recommendation for tile and they too were very professional and prompt. Most importantly I felt safe and comfortable with everyone involved. All workers wore masks as well.

Fox Granite won't be the least expensive of your granite options, but once you see the outstanding work that this company does you won't regret hiring them. Fox Granite stays in communication with you, shows up on time, does an exquisite job with your granite, and leaves your home so clean that I could have had guests for dinner after having my kitchen counters done. It's always scary to spend the money necessary to remodel a home, but I have not had one second of buyer's remorse. Every day I wake up and get happy all over again at how perfect our counters look. Fox Granite may have singlehandedly restored my faith in contractors. I can't believe how transformed my kitchen is from its 80s haze of blue formica. Communication with Sam & Greg was top notch and the crew, headed by Jessie, was lovely to work with. Project was completed ahead of time and they even installed my custom "Topo Chico Yellow" sink. :) Jessie said that in 10 yr he had never installed a yellow kitchen sink for a customer, but approved of how awesome it looked, and I have to agree. Highly endorse Fox and their team for any of your countertop needs!

Sam was awesome to work with. He explained everything very well. He bent over backwards to make sure our experience was great. Great communication from everyone. First time buying granite and I couldn't imagine an experience any better than the one I received from Fox Granite. Before meeting up with Greg, I told him over the phone what I had in mind for the granite I wanted. He said he would go with me to select the granite but he had some that he wanted me to see first. When he brought the piece over to my house, it's like he read my mind. There was no need to go look at granite. The estimate he gave me for the job was a very fair price. A week later his crew came to do the measurements and the following week they brought the perfectly measured granite slabs over for install. They were quick, experienced, and professional. Needless to say I was extremely happy with their work. Thank you Greg, Sam, and the entire crew! You definitely have my business for the other jobs we need completed.

I had several people quote my granite countertops and Fox was the best bang for my buck. The reviews on Yelp are well deserved and these guys are all stellar professionals. Sam, one of the owners, was on time for the quote and took his time to answer all of my questions. He made recommendations that I loved. His crew came in to take measurements and were also on time and professional. Two weeks later the same crew did my install. They were courteous and also took time to answer my questions. Jesse is the crew leader and I cannot say enough about this gentleman. Wow, what a great experience. They will be back to do my bathrooms!

Fox Granite just installed Granite countertops and we couldn't be happier. It's so hard to find honest reliable contractors today. Sam and Greg Fox made the whole process simple, straightforward and painless. Greg came to the house and explained the whole process. He listened to our needs, made some valuable suggestions, took some measurements, and provided an estimate right on the spot. An the estimate included everything. Remove the old countertops, install the new ones, install the faucet and garbage disposal, and even install the tile backsplash. We found the estimate to be quite reasonable and gave him the go ahead. Jesse (the installer) came a few days later to take the final measurements, and work was begun. Within two weeks they were back and installed the new countertops. Later that day the plumber arrived and reconnected. The following day the tile installers came and installed the backsplash. They came back the following day to complete the grouting. In my opinion, if you need granite countertops in the San Antonio / Austin area, there's nobody any better. And the whole experience will be painless.

The road to replacing the countertops in my bathroom has been a long and arduous one. I first started a couple of years ago, but was so annoyed with the sales tactics of the company reps, that I temporarily put my plans on hold. When I could no longer stand the sight of my counters, I decided to give it one more try. Luckily for me, the first company I had contact with was Fox Granite. Sam was professional, but not pushy and offered some great recommendations. I was very impressed with the way the entire installation transpired, from beginning to end. The installers were professional, making sure they covered the floor from the entrance all the way back to both bathrooms. In interacting with them, I found them to be very polite, friendly and respectful. The plumber arrived after the installation was complete to reconnect the faucets, and he was awesome! He even gave my husband advice regarding an issue we were having with one our outside faucets--super friendly! There aren't enough superlatives in the book for these guys! My experience with Fox Granite was unexpected. My countertops look awesome, and it was one of the best experience with any type of home repair/remodeling job....ever! Bottom line: If you are looking for the most bang for your buck, superior results and outstanding customer service, Fox Granite is your go-to company. I promise you will not regret it!

February 18, 2014 My wife and I bought a house three years ago, and she decided she wanted real, natural granite countertops in the kitchen and master bathroom. We checked out reviews of contractors on the Internet. Fox Granite seemed to be the best one to install the countertops. So, we set up an appointment, and Greg Fox came over. He brought some granite samples, told us the procedure to have the countertops installed, answered all our questions, and gave us a bid...a reasonable one, not lowball cheap and not outrageously expensive. We were not pressured. We said we would talk about it and call him back. After a week we "crossed our fingers", and gave Greg a half down payment with permission to start the process. We were not disappointed. The countertops were actually installed three days earlier than anticipated. ALL the guys involved in installing the countertops, sinks, etc. were respectful, considerate and competent...regular nice guys that made sure the job was done right, not hurrying to just get it done. The wife is really happy with the new countertops, sinks and faucets. She has her REAL granite, and it is nice. This review is 100% unsolicited. The countertops have been installed about a month and we have not been asked to do any reviews. I am 65 years old and this is only the second review I have ever done. I wanted to write this review so other folks who are considering getting new countertops would know they could trust Fox Granite to be honest and straight forward, delivering quality services and products at reasonable prices. Fox Granite did a terrific job installing a new large granite vanity top in my bathroom. The owner came to my house for consultation and brought granite samples for my selection. The consultation, measurements, and installation took less than two weeks. On installation day, the old vanity was dismantled and the new top was completed in two hours. The work crew was respectful, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The plumber hooked everything up in less than an hour. I would use their service again in the future both because of the service and the good prices.

PLEASE BEWARE and know that I am writing this review for those hardworking individuals who genuinely want to know the good and the bad before spending their money. And I do not want to see anyone disrespected, or made to feel less than (like we did), regardless of the amount of money being spent. Trust me, when I first read the previous reviews, I was excited about this company. Unfortunately, my lived experience was a complete nightmare. When Greg first saw our kitchen he seemed extremely annoyed, and proceeded to tell me, in a stern tone, that it did not make sense for us to be changing perfectly good countertops. And after basically calling us stupid because we wanted to change our countertops. He then commented that this was the reason why he did not like working in neighborhoods like ours (Dominion). He went on to explain that he did not like working with rich people because he did not like their attitudes. Yet he was the one acting totally hostile and disrespectful. Let's be clear, I am a retired Army Officer and disabled Iraq Veteran, and we are far from rich. So, with tears in my eyes from complete shock and disbelief, I asked him what made him think that he could come into our home and insult us. I went on to remind him that I had asked for an in-home estimate, not a mouthful of demeaning and disrespectful comments. My husband came to see what was happening, and that's when Greg changed his tone. He immediately apologized and stated that he was just scared to do such a complicated job, so instead, he displaced his emotions onto me. He also admitted that he does not like to do custom jobs, and asked if we would allow him to start over. And because we are forgiving Christians, we forgave him and agreed to continue. When Greg's brother, Sam, came to take the measurements, we were alerted that he had come through the front gate of our neighborhood, but 10 minutes later, he still was not at our home. So I called to see if he was lost, and he immediately became defensive. When I tried to explain to him that we are responsible for our guest and it had already been more than 10 minutes at that point, he angrily stated, I'll be there in a minute. The whole time he was there it was cringe worthy and uncomfortable. The next day, I called to confirm some information, and Sam was not only short with me, but he cut me off multiple times. He then began to slander another business not knowing how to do their job, when actually he was the real problem. When I tried to explain to him that there was no need to slander another company, Sam began to make a childlike noise as if to drown out any additional words coming out of my mouth. I was treated better by our country's enemies during war then these two brothers. Not only did I feel attacked, I felt judged and made to feel as if I was the problem. Even though, Greg stated that he was used to getting these types of calls about his brother's offensive behavior from other customers. If you decide to go with them, just know that having an opinion or asking them a question may automatically mean that you are challenging them in some way, and result in you being disrespected and dismissed. So be prepared to be silenced or rudely spoken to.
