I have been looking and searching for ideas for my bathroom for a few weeks, getting frustrated and extremely overwhelmed. I was at Floor and Decor and showed them a picture of what I was hoping to get. The young lady said to come check out Forever Tile and Stone; that they have a lot of options with my Mediterranean aspiring bathroom. Great recommendation, Forever Tile had an abundance of options and Tina was amazing. She was so patient, kept pulling tiles and putting ideas together until as her and her husband said you have to "LOVE IT, not just like it." I walked away loving it. I love the staff here, they have been so nice to me every time I go in. I have been there on three different occasions and every time they answer all of my questions. I am finally ready to make my purchase and I feel confidant in all of my selections. You really need to go in and just walk around, the showroom is beautiful. It's like being in a gallery. I went in to exchange 2 items due to the wrong shade of color, and Tina was absolutely amazing. A young man helped me and was very kind. Very friendly service and smiles all around. Their tile options are extremely vast and gorgeous. I felt like I wanted to remodel my entire house being in there...lol They have won me and my family over for future projects. I highly recommend them.

I have shopped here to redo my bathroom and for my back house. when I am ready, I will Definitely go here to redo my kitchen. I don’t know her name but the lady who answers the phone and is in the desk area, well she was very sweet for helping me out in getting a porcelain tile cut about a month ago. I really would like give her a shout out because it’s really a rarity nowadays. I was working on a DIY project in my bathroom and the corner tile needed a special cut and so I called all the local hardware stores and some tile places in the area inquiring whether they cut tile and all replied with a no which I found pretty strange, I’m sure if I had bought the tile from them the answer would have been different and so that what sets Forever Tile apart from the others. I was ready to give up and decided to give it another shot so I called Forever tile and asked the lady who answered if they cut tile, she told me that it depends on the type of cut so I told her I just need one piece of tile cut, she said I’d have to see it first and wouldn’t promise anything. I got in my car so quick and drove up the street and I approached the desk and said “Hi, I’m the one that called a few minutes ago and I showed her the tile and she said go ahead and line it exactly where you need it cut (even provided a ruler) and I’ll go check with the guys. So I did and she went to the back while I sat and waited not even sure if they would do it because there is a greater chance of breaking the tile with that type of cut. Not even 5 minutes had passed and she comes back and the tile was cut!!!! I was so happy and relieved. I was so grateful and thank her and then I asked how much did I owe, she responded nothing. See didn’t turn me away on the phone and she tried to help me not knowing if she could. That’s why I’m here with this looong review because she is a true professional and most people don’t realize that simple gestures like those, sets you apart from others who do have the ability to help but instead brush people off. Again thank you Forever Tile! You helped me finish my DIY.😊
