The staff responded right away and came to survey the damage immediately and afterhours. Everything from start to finish went very smoothly. After getting the run around from the large hardware stores this was the service I hoped for. I was glad to have my flooring installed by a family owned local Texas business. We had vinyl planks installed and the installation job by Luis was perfect. The salesman, Jose, was pleasant and courteous. The installation was completed on the day it was scheduled for and was finished quickly. I prefer local businesses over larger chains like floor and decor, and my preferences were confirmed by this experience. Would recommend, on gang 🤙

These guys completed nothing short of a fantastic job on our house! They did limestone on some of our walls and floors, brick in the wine cellar, tile flooring, kitchen backsplashes and the work was meticulous! Flooring and Stone did a great job on our floors and countertops. Jose was fantastic to work with. He was incredibly patient as we went back and forth on our floor and countertop selection. He went above and behind by bringing multiple samples directly to our home to make the process easier. The installation crew did the work quickly and did a great job of keeping the rest of the house as clean as possible. Happy to recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done.

I usually never give reviews, but this company is well worth one. We got water damage in our home, and we called up Flooring and Stone of Denton, Jose help us replace almost 2000 sf of hardwood in our home, and got us back to normal within time promised! We moved to Denton in 2021. I contacted Evelin and arranged for new flooring. She was very helpful and sent numerous photos of different flooring types and assisted with a choice. When we moved in it was done and we couldn't be happier. When we remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, I reached out and it was handled and we loved the work that was done. We then redid the face of our fireplace and loved that too. It's a family business and they take pride in their work. Any issues we had, they immediately addressed. I'd recommend them.

My husband and I stopped by looking for replacement tile for our house after a small leak. Evelin was knowledgeable and friendly from the moment we walked in. She answered my 1000 questions with a smile and probably endless patience. We had some minor issues with the freight company delivering the tile. Evelin helped solve the issue and had her men come and unload the tiles to our garage. We had a second visit to the store to choose a grout color. I did not get the name of gentleman who assisted me, but he also was knowledgeable and found a color that matched almost immediately. The price of tile was very fair and less than from other stores in the area. I would highly recommend the company.
