The store has such a vast amount of products. It's almost overwhelming, but I received adequate assistance right away by knowing specifically what I was looking for. There were plenty of staff members willing to assist. One even assisted me to the car and put the heavy items in the trunk for me. I plan to return to the store in the future to get ideas for a shower remodel :)

My sister and I went in to buy some grout. Walked past the "pro service" desk, and there were three guys laughing hard. Past them up, kept looking up and down & back and forth. Their conversation must have been extremely important because no one asked if we needed anything. The real kicker was when a man passed by. They all asked him how he was doing and if he was finding everything alright. Finally, an older gentleman employee passed by and saw us. He helped us and even brought a different cart to us.

They have a wide range of material to choose from. We were looking for backsplashes and the selection is quite large which makes it easy to find something that will fit your project. Everyone was helpful and asked multiple times if we needed assistance. They are a bit more pricey than other places I have shopped but the quality seems to be better.

My wife and I went in to select tile for our new BBQ Island. We got to work with Gaby, a designer. She was a tremendous help. She walked us all around the store, looking at their huge selection. The whole time getting to know us, our project, and the look we were going for. We left with everything we were looking for. Gaby and her manager Ricardo were both a lot of help and provided superior customer service. I highly recommend them and will be going back again for our next project.

I love the customer service support, everyone was so friendly and helpful with professionalism. I really love the products that I have purchased. My contractor did a miracle job in my bathroom! The pictures really don’t do any justice compared to seeing the finished product in person! But I’m loving my very new remodel bathroom! The next step is to purchase the glass doors and I will in the near future! Thank you Floor & Decor and Aquiles my contractor!

Love coming to this store! There’s so much variety of tile and ideas for bathrooms! Staff is always friendly and helpful! The store is clean and well organized! Overall it was a great experience.

I like that you can explore without being followed. Our experience with the designer was very nice (even though we had some different ideas). Looking forward to working with them.

We came to floor and decor to get a prefab granite countertop, like we have in the past. We have always used our vehicle with signing a release of liability to pick up the countertops, but this store wouldn’t allow it. After explaining our process, they took the money for the countertop but afterwards wouldn’t load it. They also wouldn’t refund the money same day so I was out $400 until my bank decided to refund it. Dan the manager kept stating that these were company policies but refused to show me the policies, and obviously they were false because we have done this multiple times at other floor and decor stores. Very displeased with the customer service and will not be returning.

The team and management at this location are superb! ( Baton Rouge, La) My husband and I visited as we set out on a new DIY flooring project. Chris went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He answered every single question we had ( & there were MANY) and even offered his expert advise on the procedures and techniques we could implement for the perfect installation! Kevin was was most helpful & knowledgeable as well as we wrapped up our visit. It was storming heavily as we checked out. In an effort to keep us dry, there was overwhelming response from the team to help us load out of the rain! We felt extremely valued. We are definitely new loyal customers and will return for all of our future home projects! -The Diggs

We drove 2 hrs to the Warrensville Heights store because the website had so many choices. It was an amazing experience. Kyle and Michelle both went above and beyond to show us options, tell us what we needed, and also talked with our contractor on the phone. It’s nice to see this type of service still exists. Both of these employees are proud of the company they work for and have a passion for sales. We left with tile for our new shower and stone for our fireplace.

Used Elyse (Elle) Rock as my designer thru Floor and Decor in clearwater, Florida and it was the worst experience ever. Don't use her. She had no idea what she was doing and ruined everything. She had a terrible attitude and very bad customer service. Elle Rock

Do not use Floor and Decor in Fullerton I bought 64 boxes of flooring which cost a pretty penny ($5069) About half the boards in each box were defective have a stain on them or were delaminating the man at the store tried to convince me was part of the wood! Have had me running in circles with their escalation department and back and forth refusing to do a price adjustment. They asked me for samples, for pictures, videos and in their own words the flooring is defective but no one knows who is going to issue me the adjustment they go between, Jim, Mike or Savanna all managers but no one does anything. Do not go buy your flooring there really bad service and poor quality of products sold.

Floor and decor imports defective products from China. The warranty is a joke, as you can only talk to Floor and Decors customer service department that automatically denies your claim. They have an F rating with the better business bureau. I would strongly advise you read some of the complaints against them before you buy any products from this company. How they operate is at least unethical, if not illegal. I am preparing my small claims suit against them at present.
