The store has such a vast amount of products. It's almost overwhelming, but I received adequate assistance right away by knowing specifically what I was looking for. There were plenty of staff members willing to assist. One even assisted me to the car and put the heavy items in the trunk for me. I plan to return to the store in the future to get ideas for a shower remodel :)

My sister and I went in to buy some grout. Walked past the "pro service" desk, and there were three guys laughing hard. Past them up, kept looking up and down & back and forth. Their conversation must have been extremely important because no one asked if we needed anything. The real kicker was when a man passed by. They all asked him how he was doing and if he was finding everything alright. Finally, an older gentleman employee passed by and saw us. He helped us and even brought a different cart to us.

They have a wide range of material to choose from. We were looking for backsplashes and the selection is quite large which makes it easy to find something that will fit your project. Everyone was helpful and asked multiple times if we needed assistance. They are a bit more pricey than other places I have shopped but the quality seems to be better.

My wife and I went in to select tile for our new BBQ Island. We got to work with Gaby, a designer. She was a tremendous help. She walked us all around the store, looking at their huge selection. The whole time getting to know us, our project, and the look we were going for. We left with everything we were looking for. Gaby and her manager Ricardo were both a lot of help and provided superior customer service. I highly recommend them and will be going back again for our next project.

I love the customer service support, everyone was so friendly and helpful with professionalism. I really love the products that I have purchased. My contractor did a miracle job in my bathroom! The pictures really don’t do any justice compared to seeing the finished product in person! But I’m loving my very new remodel bathroom! The next step is to purchase the glass doors and I will in the near future! Thank you Floor & Decor and Aquiles my contractor!

yep, great selection with decent prices but that's where it ends. they have awful customer service and are not fair with customers. Just spent 650 on wall tile. it's a completely different tile color than what they have on display right in front of what they are selling! and this is not just a simple dye lot issue, it's a completely different color and they could care less. the amount of negative reviews out there for this company is alarming. refuse to get my flooring there as I planned. I'd be an idiot. do your research before you go there!

Worst experience ever at the Albuquerque location. Installers laid two rows of tile and when they removed the spacers the tile chipped (on every edge of every tile). Contacted Floor & Decor and they said it was the installers fault and there was nothing they could do. We hired professional installers who know what they are doing. The tile was defective and instead of providing good customer service they placed the blame on the installers and said they left the spacers on too long or hit the tile with a hammer. They wouldn’t even send someone out to our house to look at it. We had to return all of the tile but they wouldn’t refund us for what was already installed. Lost out on over $1500. Now we are realizing that they didn’t even order the right supplies for the rest of the project. Their lack of care and customer service is costing my husband and I a lot of money. I will never shop there again and I will make sure everyone I know knows about this including local contractors.

I'm working on a job for an older couple and they ordered flooring from Floor and decor. The delivery guy pulls up this morning drops the pallet of flooring off on the front side walk in the rain. when the home owner went inside the delivery guy jumped in the truck and left as fast as he could leaving it up to the home owner to bring the flooring in the front door out of the weather. They guy left so fast he didn't leave the transition strips or even say goodbye. Luckily my crew and I were there to help bring the flooring in out of the weather. Very unprofessional I will not be recommending them in the future.

Called the orange park,fl location as I needed an extra box of flooring to finish a room. Woman I spoke to had 0 desire to even want to talk to anybody. The particular brand/style is needed is out of stock in Jacksonville and surrounding areas, but another store in South Carolina has 33 boxes of them. Woman flat out refused to help me and offer a transfer from the other store. Most retailers will do a store transfer as it generates revenue for them. Not this location. All she did was advise I call the other store and see if they'll work with me, or order online and pay a $200 shipping cost for a single box. Will never buy from floor and decor again after this terrible customer service, which is sad considering I've spent well over $4k with them on flooring. Will never recommend to anybody to go to this company.

I made a large flooring purchase and happened to get a bad lot number. Floor and Decor was friendly and efficient with my return. They offered a replacement, but I chose a refund. No “our policy is…” they just took care of me. I will definitely go there again. The Augusta, GA store and the main customer care center were great.

Very poor customer service from Floor and Decor ! I order floor and wall tiles for one of my new construction houses. They created a shipping label within 24 hours of me placing the order, however, the order is still not shipped after 8 days. I get on the chat, as it’s impossible to talk to and actual person on the phone. After a while I was advised one of the items ordered is in short stock. Would have been nice in any of the previous days for Floor and Decor to have contacted me to advise me of this - no let’s tell the customer nothing and not ship anything. I search online and find the missing items available at a different store than the one shipping the order. I ask for stocked items be shipped separately from the bulk of the order. After 5 minutes, I was told this would cost me an extra $180! What an insult. They fail to ship the order, don’t communicate their is a problem with the order, them when inquire, want to charge me to fix their screw ups. Very poor customer service!!!! Guess I’ll go elsewhere for the next three houses I am about to order.😙😡
