FloForm is very professional. Our project went very smoothly. The countertops are beautiful, fit perfectly and the seams are hardly noticeable. Every step of the way we had constant updates and communication. Scheduling was super flexible. They send email reminders for every step. The measuring guy was super nice and answered our questions. The installers were also nice and cleaned up after themselves. Overall I highly recommend this company.

I am happy with the product. It looks as nice as I hoped it would. My initial choice of pattern was discontinued, and I had to choose again. Communication was difficult, with fine-tuning details. I didn't always know I was understood. Installation went well tho, efficient and clean.

The counters are beautiful and the install and template folks were very courteous and professional. The only gripe we have is the long wait time to get the templates and then the counters. They order the material for each order which adds additional delay. We had to wait nearly 6 weeks.

Via Thomas Builders, FloForm fabricated and installed my new kitchen countertops. I worked primarily with Bella, who was very kind and happy to answer any questions. I found the process efficient and effectively communicated. If you are thinking of getting a countertop with much of a design, I recommend you purchase the photo layout option, to insure that prior to the stone being cut, you will see the pattern you envision. The installers were efficient, friendly, neat and did a lovely job. My contractor was here just in case they had a question or two. They did - and they worked well with him to address the sizing of the sink opening. The countertops look great. I would use FloForm again.

We ordered a quartz countertop via Ikea and the initial installation (done by a different company / I believe Ikea does no longer business with them) was horrendous. After contacting Ikea Floform was assigned to remove the old countertop and install a new one. The entire demo and reinstallation took just over 2.5 hours. The three guys did an amazing job and all identified issues with previous countertop were rectified. Recommended.

Floform came through beautifully and their workers were great every step of the way. -In the front office, Merylin provided good, frequent communication. The updates were appreciated. -The man who came to measure was on time and nice. And the countertops fit perfectly, so job well done! -The installers also communicated well, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after the job. The one seam is invisible! The quartz counters are BEAUTIFUL! We are very happy with the color and nice edge, which was one of their free options. Floform is a Lowes contractor and I would highly recommend this company!

Very promptly repaired an undermount sink that fell through the quartz after 12 years. Thats right twelve years, people. Techs came out and re- attached the stainless sink using a more current technique. GRATIS. Fantastic customer service, unbelievable actually. Thanks for standing behind your product. We love our Cambria and would definitely recommend FloForm, formerly FineLine.

The final piece of quartz was installed today. This was the piece that replaced the tile that was originally supposed to be installed on the windowsill. I am glad that they recommended that we switch to quartz. Job complete and everything went great! A couple of final thoughts. Some have complained about getting sinks and such from Flo Form. While FloForm will happily sell them to you, you do not have to buy them from FloForm. In my case, their price for the sink was the best I could find, and I ended up purchasing the other stuff (faucet, soap squirter thing, etc.) on-line because the price was a smidge lower (not a lot though); if you're thrifty and have the time, it's an option to consider. Businesses have a right to earn a profit, and we have the right to do the legwork if we feel it will save a buck. FloForm did want a big chunk of change to remove and reinstall the range, but when I said I would do it (actually, I just slid the range out and am waiting for a new one to be installed by the store we bought it from), they said no problem and took the charges off of the quote. If you know what you are doing, save the cash. If you don't, pay the money - it's not worth a hurt back, crushed fingers, an interaction with the 240V power supply, scratched floors, or a major gas leak. So all in all: FloForm provided a thorough bid at what I feel was a fair price. They were easy to work with and did not apply pressure (thanks Mike L.). In terms of planning, craftsmanship, operational excellence and customer care, I can't think of anything they could do to make it better. Their process seems to ensure that nothing is overlooked, and their approach to customer communication is without flaw (thanks Alivia). When (two) little issues came up, they were taken care of quickly. Would I do business with FloForm again. Yes I would!

Wanted to leave a review for Mike Lane from Floform/Costco even though we didn't actually end up ordering from them. I'm really impressed by the service! Mike didn't need to be so polite and helpful, bu he really came through in a big way and represented his company and his trade so well. Long story short, I called through Costco 2 days ago, got assigned to Mike who was very prompt in calling me and literally answered every question i had, and was able to prepare a quote for me the same evening as I have detailed plans of the new kitchen already. I really admire his high energy and enthusiasm and tip top customer service. The schedule didn't work out as i need the countertop sooner than costco can provide (4-6 weeks out), it was really my own fault i should have called earlier - Mike was 5 stars service. i definitely would come back and consult Mike when i'm doing my next project.

The kitchen of my dreams was made possible thanks to Flo Form. The absolute BEST part was that they provided one-stop-shopping and provided us with all we needed to get the job done without having tons of different contractor in and out of our home. The did the tear down, prep and installation of my counter tops, back splash & sink. I had plenty of color options to choose from, though I didn't need them, since I knew exactly what I wanted! the seam in the corner is flawless and if I didn't know it were there, I wouldn't be able to find it. I had some minor grout issues that they had to come back and fix, which was to be expected, so all in all...a GREAT experience & I can wait to do my master suite next!

There is seemingly a fabricator popping up on every corner and many times you never know what you're going to get. With Floform you know they will deliver consistent, quality fabrication and service. No one is perfect, mistakes will happen but the way those mistakes are taken care of can make the difference. I went through the Gig Harbor Costco and they used the Kent, WA Floform as the supplier. I was extremely happy. I got the Cambria line of quartz in the Summerhill pattern....WOW, it is beautiful. Every appt person showed exactly on time, from salesperson, Erica, the tearout guy and the installers were on time worked quietly as they could and made efficient work of their time. We checked price with other installers and it was within a few hundred dollars but no one else had the Cambria line that we wanted. My contact person even talked me through a minor repair on our garbage disposal plumbing so there would be no hold up for the installers and I could turn my water back on for the rest of house between tearout and install. I was expecting problems but honestly it went very smoothly which was greatly appreciated as my husband ended up in the hospital the whole time......totally unexpected. I absolutely would recommend again! Not sure why others had complaints but for me it was a good experience. We have gotten lots of compliments and it is like a whole new kithchen. Oh, and they are able to send an email of exactly how the counter top will look pattern wise and all the cuts. Seaming really doesnt show either. We also got the sink and hot tap through them but used our faucet and garbage disposal. Nice we didnt have to run around getting everything. We did get a new gas cooktop and had to have that installed separately.

I had a Master Bath plus 2 Guest bathroom Corian countertops and lovely Cambria quartz for the kitchen countertop with tiled backsplash installed; EVERYTHING is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I'm surprised there aren't more better reviews. We purchased new Cambria countertops, full glass tile backsplash (even surrounding window) and new Blanco sink through Costco. We also did the tile on the adjoining family room fireplace. I got 6-7 quotes and going through Costco was the best option by far. The in-home quote was instant and thorough. Scheduling was convenient and timely. We had some concerns after the initial install but Floform came out not once but twice and addressed everything to our complete satisfaction. There are no seams on our island, but 2 seams on the surrounding countertops and they are barely noticeable even though it is a solid light color (Clyde Cambria). They always did a good job of setting up to protect the floors and cabinets and cleaned up. They showed up on time, when scheduled, and gave me a call when they were on their way. Both Laurie (scheduler) and Kelly (tile designer) were great to work with and Jason (install manager) is so meticulous and really knows his stuff! Both Paul and Greg (tile install) were also fabulous and were patient as we were pretty picky about how the mosaic backsplash tile was laid out. We will not hesitate to use Florform again when we are ready for new countertops and tile backsplashes in our 3 bathrooms. They did a great job start to finish and whenever we had a concern, they completely resolved it.

After getting quotes from other providers for granite countertops for our new kitchen, we chose Lowe's with great hesitation after reading mixed reviews because the price just could not be beat. We expected a "meh" experience but hoped for the best. We did not know which company was coming until the guy showed up for our measurements. He was with Floform and he represented their company well. He called to let us know he was running a little behind due to traffic which is more than most people who either just show up late or not at all. He was very professional, answered all of my questions and even discussed a few details that we had not even thought of when we designed the kitchen- final touches that really made a difference in the final look. The install team consisted of two guys that showed up on time, took the time to cover our new floors and quietly worked to install our counters all in one day. I was incredibly thankful for their respect and care in workmanship- we absolutely love our countertops! One star reduction for the oily looking spots left behind and no care instructions on how to deal with that or how to care for the honed finish we chose but thanks to the internet, we learned how to clean and care for it so now every day they make me smile! (Tip for anyone else with this problem- The only thing that worked to get rid of those oily spots was a granite sealant even though the granite supposedly comes with a lifetime sealant. We bought Rock Doctor Granite Sealant and followed the instructions on the back) Thanks Floform for helping us finish up on a stressful project! We love love love our granite countertops!!!

We met the reps. at the homeshow last year and told them that in about 6 mos we were wanting to start a project. They called at the 6 mo. time and we set up an appointment. Their designer came to our home and was very pleasant and helped with the overall design. We wanted items different then they provide and a custom stove top that needed to be coordinated with a different vendor. They provided a detailed est. and time line. Everything went as planned. After about 2 weeks and things had settelled in we had 2 minor issues that needed addressing. Again set an appointment came on time and resolved our issues. Thank You

Like a recent writer, I am surprised that the other reviews on this site are not very flattering and that many are several years old. My experience, also through Costco, calmed any jittery nerves I might have had from reading the posted reviews. I contacted Costco in June, and by mid-July my countertops were installed, very much to my liking. From the initial presentation by the sales rep, to the templater and his very detailed description of what was going to happen, to the actual installation, I felt respected and courteously treated by all with whom I dealt. I may have been able to get counters for a cheaper price, perhaps, but I believe I got what I paid for - an excellent kitchen countertop replacement. I would definitely recommend FloForm to anyone needing new or replacement countertops. Page B.

We had new corian countertops and sink installed. While the communication of setting up the appointment wasn't that great, since a lot of it had to do the cabinet company acting as the middle man I overlooked that in my rating, because the installing and measuring staff that came to our home did a great job and were very detailed and communicated great as to what to expect and what they were doing. I really appreciated that. corian countertops and sink look great! I will call them directly for our next project.

I have used FineLine many times over the years. I have found them to be very knowledgeable, always very client friendly and they do a beautiful job of installation. Every client that we have installed through FineLine has been very pleased. On the rare occasion that there was an issue, they completely stood behind their product and stuck with it until it was right. They are a "giant" as one other noted, but along with that comes better communication, better scheduling and in some cases better pricing when you can utilize their stock program. Nice job ! I wish I could leave two separate reviews. I want to give 5 stars for installation as we were very happy with the installation of our quartz countertops. The one countertop that had to have two separate pieces has a seam that can barely even be noticed. The backsplash looks great. However, the reason I cannot give 5 stars is we also used FloForm for countertop removal and we were not happy with that service. I would have given 2 stars for this removal service. We believe our kitchen floor was chipped during that removal process and after much communication back and forth and then sending someone to inspect the floor they determined there was no way they damaged the floor during removal process. Would I recommend FloForm? Definitely for countertop installation but not for countertop removal.

I'm frustrating to have the countertop installed. Actual templating to the first draft drawing took a week. I asked to move seam based on 110 inch long slab. 2nd drawing was sent a week and a half later, just a week before installation date. As I reviewed their 2nd drawing, FlorFORM chopped a piece with 4 seams for the cooktop hole. After I complained this issue, Merylin, a project coordinator told that their digitizers needed to put those seems there to ensure all the pieces would fit on the slabs assigned to the job. What a ridiculous response it was. They could order a slab more. It sounds like they were trying to make their life easier. The installation was planed on June 17th. However, florfoam delayed the schedule today (6/12). I'm supposed to get informed new schedule next Monday (6/15). It has been a freaking long journey with Florfoam to get IKEA quartz counter top to the kitchen since mid of May.

We used FloForm thought Costco. The rep Michael Ferguson did a great job up to the installation date and or once our bankcard was charged then drop all communication. He done a terrible job on following through with a referral issue and never once called to see if we were satisfied with the end results.. The customer service in the Kent show room was terrible. We had a very hard time getting anyone to acknowledge us let alone help. The gentleman who did the template was great & very knowledgeable & the end product turned out good. However, a week after it was installed we received an offer from another highly recommended contracted that would have done the same comparable job for $2,000 less. We would not use or recommend using FloForm.

The description of a 2 star being Meh. I've experienced better is very appropriate. I've worked alongside many countertop fabricators. Fine line operates like a giant.... you get into the stream of their operations and you wait for them to tell you exactly what they are going to do. Sometimes it works out like they say, other times it doesn't and your schedule will have to accommodate them. You will get the phone call after the decision is in stone so don't bother complaining. Just be prepared to get what you get. Service? MEH, I've experienced better. There are plenty of personable, accommodating fabricators out there, in my opinion, you can do much better.

Fine-Line Pacific is a counter top installation company and their showroom is in an industrial park in Kent/Renton. They are also the vendor that contracts with Costco. They sent someone out to give us an estimate. She was very nice and explained the process and very promptly we received a quote back. Unfortunately, some of my follow questions have still been unanswered. We checked out their showroom one weekend afternoon and they have beautiful slabs of granite, and samples of other man made materials on display. For a show room of rocks, it is pretty cool and modern. Unfortunately, the lighting shows off the stone's qualities very nicely, but it doesn't compare to the lighting that we have in our kitchen. So, almost every sample we brought home looks entirely different in our kitchen. They were definitely friendly, helpful and informative. We haven't decided upon a granite vendor yet, so stay tuned for updates!

I wouldn't use them again. We had several issues and were treated like an inconvenience for wanting them fixed. They had no respect for our timeline or requests.

Recently went into their showroom looking for countertop material. They only had one that I kinda sorta liked. When I asked what the price was the woman that was helping us absolutely refused to give us any kind of price. She didn't even try to explain the process she just implied that we have to go thru the whole process to get the price...measuring etc. We googled other companies and ended up going around the corner to another company that was absolutely fantastic and they had no issue telling us prices. We understood that FloForm could not give us an exact price but they could have at least given us a range or explained the process better. Beautiful showroom, nice employee but over all not so good customer service.

UP DATE: Flo Form has followed through with compensation for my shower pan. The mishap happened on August 24, 2022 and wasn't addressed for a month, not resolved for closer to 2 months. The technicians were skilled, polite and responsible. Management should also demonstrate these same skills. When there is a problem, address it immediately, it may not seem like a major issue to you but the homeowner is the client and should be treated with respect. Their concerns should be the priority, not trying to get the client to settle for less than their vision. The women who contacted me were very polite, understanding and demonstrated empathy for my frustration with this situation.

Floform countertops does not effectively communicate installation dates.They take 100% of the cost of deposit and then string you along like a destitute hobo.If you can't deliver just tell us..People appreciate the truth!!!!!This is a big inconvenience when we don't have counter tops.

The end product as a result of buying through Costco and having Floform do the installation is nice. BUT it did not come without no shows, canceled appts., measurement issues. 2 of the vendors Floform employs are inexperienced and unprofessional. Floform uninstalled my cooktop to install the quartz and when it was time to put it all together everyone said it was not their job. They uninstalled racks from under my sink and left screws laying all over my kitchen. They did not reinstall the racks, probably why they did not care about keeping track of the screws. The project drug on past the timeline they laid out. The touchless faucet they sold me did not work. They tried over and over to fix it. They told me it was my responsibility to call Kohler and get a replacement, they said if I read the fine print of the contract they did not have to make sure the faucet worked. My project coordinator never answered the phone, voicemail every time. My calls were not returned. I am now trying to reach Floform to find out why I still have not received my Costco shop card that they said I would received when I signed off on the project. I have another kitchen to remodel and I will be going elsewhere.

Im a little disappointed, glue on my tiled floor, gouged cabinets inserting vanity top, adhesive seems to be drying differently, some of it is clear, some white, not a good look. So far they are seeming to work with me.. will update as these issues progress thru their process.

We decided to upgrade our kitchen and chose to go through Costco. Which they ended up using FloForm. I was super impressed with the customer service, they had someone out the next day to show samples. With out a question we signed right there to get things ordered. It was really expensive but we wanted an all in one shop. They swore about their customer service and if we ever had issues they're there to help. Fast forward to install day. These guys were not very professional, my husband watched them drop the sink from the truck and drag it on the ground into the house. The day after install we hooked up our brand new Kohler faucet. $450 faucet. I hated it. It didn't work right. I called floform asked if they could do anything. They said no since it had been installed. So I play around with faucet more. It disconnects from the base, drips water, and no matter where I put the weight the spray nozzle doesn't retract. So I contact floform again, still won't help. They tell me to call Kohler. So I do, they tell me right away I shouldn't have those problems and that I need to go thru who I purchased the faucet from to have them do a return and exchange. NOT HAPPENING- tried that and they refused. Over 10k spent and they weren't even willing to help in the slightest bit regarding our issue. Once they're done and have your money customer service goes out the window. Positive notes: Daniel our tile guy was awesome. He drove here in a snow storm, got stuck on our hill getting out and even came back the next day to finish the job. He was great and did a wonderful job. Kohler came thru and sent me a replacement faucet in a completely new model and it's been installed and is SO MUCH better than the Kohler simplice. We love our how kitchen turned out. Here's to hoping there are no issues down the road so I won't have to go thru floform again.

We are happy with our quartz countertops and tile in our kitchen. However the final product was not what was discussed with the original quote (turned out the salesperson did not know you could not top a counter that way with quartz). The promised installation dates needed to be rebooked due to an injury, however when they were rebooked they advised they were not able to complete the project all at once (which had been a large reason for booking with them). When asked why, they advised the times had already been booked by other people. On the day after installation of the counter, when the sinks and tile were to be put in, the plumber did not show up. Once again another delay while they located another plumber. When we had questions about the counter the installer was to come back the next day. They never showed up and did not call. I had to call in and ask for the invoice. When I asked about the "cheese board" I was told it was in the mail from the US. After 4 weeks we received a square piece of quartz (no shape or rounding of the corners). Apparently it took so long so they could add their logo the board. Overall way too expensive for what is provided and poor customer service. We would not recommend them.
