These guys rock - literally and figuratively! We had a great experience with this business from viewing their showroom through the install process. They had a great granite selection and they were competitively priced. Their 4-man install team were super friendly, professional and finished the install in no time. I recently had the pleasure of working with this family-owned granite company and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service. From start to finish, they were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. Not only did they provide outstanding customer service, but they also had the most gorgeous selection of stones for countertops.The stone they helped me choose is absolutely stunning ! The daughter -in-law helped every step of way .Calling me many times to make sure everything was perfect. The father came to measure and the brothers helped me pick out perfect stone ! Everyone was so kind and gracious ! We were on a time crunch and they worked hard to get stone installed for our deadline. Something I have not found in other businesses. I cannot recommend this company enough for anyone in need of quality granite/quartz products. The combination of their family-owned charm, helpfulness, and top-notch products truly sets them apart. I am beyond pleased with my experience and the end result.

In my experience they had a quartz product that was beautiful and perfect for what I needed. Their prices were great! Unfortunately, I had some issues related to the builder of my home that made the job a bit more difficult for the installers. They worked around the problem and did a great install! They took care of a trim issue i had with them because they had to remove it and handled us with great care afterwards. Please know and make sure to have plumbers or a friend familiar with plumbing ready to respond if you dont have lot of experience with it. It's not always as simple as you think or as Family Rocks tells you it is. At the end of the day you are responsible for the plumbing related to a countertop project with Family Rocks. I highly recommend working with them after that understanding.

From the time I walked in to the installation everyone was very professional. I went in for a reminate for my bathroom and ended up doing my kitchen also. They were very helpful in finding my piece for the bathroom and the stoneyard they sent me to was amazing. Installation was very precise and they were very conscious on every aspect. Couldn't be happier! I am going to be doing master bath in a couple years and without hesitation I will be going back.

I shopped around a few reputable vendors that were referred to me. Not only was Family Rocks' pricing superior, but dealing with Max, Kayla, and the rest of the family was a pleasure. Our counters look amazing, everything came in on budget (with no adjustments), and installation was on schedule and seamless. It was truly a wonderful experience.

They did a great job on my kitchen, and they were very easy to work with. I asked for some difficult things, and they pulled it off. They were able to do my L shaped counter top in one piece, and it looks great with no seams.

Over the top!!!! Picked my Stone but if you don't know you should!!! It's all about the fabrication of the stone that determines how it looks when installed. Family Rocks exceeded my expectations!!! So Beautiful and exactly the the detail I asked for and more!!!! Thank you Max for making it really happen!!! Definitely would never use anyone but Family Rocks!!!!

This granite store has the best customer service and installers !!! Very professional and courteous and definitely efficient! I had granite installed in my kitchen and in both my bathrooms and I'm very pleased with the granite they helped me choose and the job that they did installing it!!! I so wanted to give them five stars! This review should take into account that the owner/father was ill at the time of my transaction, and because of that the small family owned company was struggling through that period. Remodeling my small oceanside Condominium, it was time for granite. I prefer to seek out small family owned local businesses whenever I look to hire a service. Family Rocks showed great promise with their reviews and website. I called and was told to pop into the shop anytime. I arrived during normal Business hours, and entered an empty office and show room. Empty as in no one there. I could hear activity in the back, Power tools etc. I poked my face through the "employees only" door, and observed several gentlemen clouded in white dust working away on various granite pieces. I decided to go outside and enter the shop from the rear which was wide open. I got a gentleman's attention, I felt bad for interrupting his work, he asked if he could help. I said I was looking for granite installation for a small condo kitchen, with a level one granite. He walked over to the small farm of granite slabs and asked me to pick one out. He was super polite but I could tell I was distracting him from work, so I didn't want to leisurely take my time snooping around each granite slab. Therefore I asked him to show me the level one granite section which he did, and I picked out the darkest, most neutral slab I saw. It was agreed to flip him my kitchen photos and measurements and they would call to send someone out to measure. Got the call, a nice gentleman came out and took measurements, said it would be a week or so, call the office to schedule installation. Called the office and schedule installation around a week out, cool. Day before installation day I was called and notified I would be pushed back several more days due to a job they had to go back and finish. They said it was a very large job and it ran over a bit because of being a little shorthanded and ran into some unexpected issues. Bummer, I worked hard by myself to power out the old countertops and get them ready to be hauled away, undo the plumbing and move the appliances, and provide a clean working area for them when they arrived. The old hurry up and wait. So, no kitchen appliances or running water until they show up. Had to do a lot of eating out, well in the car because many places we're still not open to indoor dining. Meanwhile I called to make sure we understood how many holes would be drilled for plumbing, what kind of sink came with the countertop and the dimensions. I never received a briefing on any of the "process, or inclusions" so if you are new at this make sure you ask plenty of questions if they don't offer to explain how the entire process works. When they arrived, I observed a friendly crew of young man who worked together like a well oiled machine, installing the heavy granite Via one flight of stairs. They cut the hole for the faucet outside, and polished the granite once it was in place. I tipped them and off they went. I love the granite. About 1800 bucks when all said and done, $300 more if I had not removed the countertops myself and hauled the way. You can see the video of the process on my YouTube channel 'Gene's Therapy'. I would definitely recommend them to someone else, and I would recommend you ask plenty of questions if every detail is not clear to you. Cheers!

At first, Kayla appeared to be honest and helpful. After installation, I noticed there were several cloudy spots on my quarts countertops. She refused to send anyone out to look at it or let me speak to an owner. She would only refer me to the manufacturer. She kept harping on and on how it wasn't their responsibility. I wish I had know this about this company before laying out $10,000.

On 10/21/2019 I went to their showroom to order a small piece of polished granite for the top of an antique I was refurbishing. The size was 28" X 15 1/2". They charged me $150 up front for a 2cm piece of remnant granite with a standard edge that was supposed to be polished on all sides. I was told that since it was such a small piece, it would be ready by Friday, and they would call me to pick it up. After not hearing from them on Friday, I called them the following Tuesday, 11/29/19, to ask if the piece was ready, to which the girl on the phone replied, "I'll check and call you back in 10 minutes." When she called back, she said that indeed the piece was ready and that I could come and pick it up any time before 2pm because they close at 2. I went to pick up the piece at approximately 1:15 pm, the piece was not ready, and the fabricator told me that he wasn't even scheduled to cut the piece until the upcoming Friday, (November 1st, but that he would cut the piece right then if I could wait for 1/2 hour, which I could not because I had another appointment that afternoon. After not hearing from them again, I called the company on Tuesday,11/05/19 to ask if the piece was ready. It was, and I picked it up before noon. However, the quality of the work on this piece of 2cm granite is mediocre at best and the sales and service and poor communication of this company have me giving it a poor review. No phone calls, no apology for late service and no discounts offered to offset the fact that I had to go back and forth twice to pick up a piece that was said to be ready the first time I called.
