Family Floors and More were amazing. Brett was easy to work with start to finish. They replaced all the floors in my new house: laminate, carpeting and vinyl tiling. They were able to complete the project before we moved in and I was so pleased with what was chosen. I told Brett my likes and dislikes and he was able to quickly direct me towards what he had in his own inventory that would match those needs. I also had the fireplace surround re-tiled as an afterthought and was extremely happy with that too. The customer service is outstanding and Brett is very good at communicating progress. I will be going to Family Floors and More in the future for all of my needs. I highly recommend Brett and his team!

We were not planning on replacing our flooring, but when our water heater sprang a leak and flooded our house Family Floor and More was recommended to us and they were completely Awesome every step of the way to replacing our flooring. Now, our new flooring is definitely the best part of our home and it make it feel like a whole new space! Can't recommend Brett and his team enough.

We reached out to Family Floors & More for tile removal in our kitchen. After searching around the area for tile removal, we received one of the best quotes from Family Floors & More, but what really sold us was the customer service. We received prompt and friendly responses from this company. Kevin was able to come out and give us a quote, and we had the tile removal scheduled for just a few days later! The tile removal and clean-up was quick and smooth. There was no debris and very little dust left behind (unavoidable). We couldn't be happier that we chose Family Floors & More for our tile removal! Fantastic service and great quality work. I had Family Floors install flooring throughout my house—engineered hardwood and carpeting—with excellent results. I would use Family Floors again for any flooring needs. Kevin managed my project from A-Z, helping patiently with product selection, handling ordering, then even overseeing the work of the installation crew, with several visits to my house. He immediately responded to any issues or needs that arose. Company appears to be unusually well managed—not over-staffed and very customer oriented. I highly recommend.

Very professional from start to finish will definitely use it guys again in the future and recommend them to our friends and family. They worked with us on nailing down the details of our project and were very easy to deal with. Their show room floor has a great selection, and we were able to find products that other companies do not provide. We had about 1100 square-foot of luxury vinyl planks installed, and they got this done in two days, including new baseboards.

Family Floors & More did an awesome job! We had originally started by going to a larger chain store looking for carpet for three bedrooms. After having that store come out and give us an estimate, we decided to look at other options. We stopped by the Family Floors & More showroom and met Kevin. He did a great job explaining everything and showing us options that would better suit our needs. We got the carpet installed a few days ago, and we love it! I bought my first home over the summer and I knew I wanted to change the carpet. When I walked into their shop in Elk Grove, I was met with two kind men who showed me a lot of respect and explained the process to me. (As a single person under 30, people often try to take advantage of my inexperience and rip me off). Andy and his employee who was at the store front at the time did not do that. I could tell they really wanted to take care of me and make sure I was all set. Andy did some miracle work with my short time frame to get the carpet I wanted delivered and installed in such a short amount of time.

Brett and his crew are amazing!!! I’d recommend them to anyone! This was our first time replacing floors and we were a bit overwhelmed. Brett took the time to figure out what we liked and helped us find LVT and carpet that we love! He was also very flexible and accommodating. When we found out our escrow date had been pushed we panicked knowing how booked Brett’s team was along with installers everywhere. We truly thought we were going to have to move all of our belongings twice. But Brett was able to work it out and made it happen! Not only that, his crew got the floors done a day early, which took even more pressure off of us. Our new neighbors even made comments to us about how hard working and friendly the installers were. Overall we could not have asked for a better experience. We can’t wait to work with Brett when we are ready to replace the counter tops!

I hired Family Floors and More to do the tile floors and carpet in a house my wife and I recently purchased. Andy was great to work with and fit us in their schedule even when it was a tight timeframe, which I was impressed with. Their crew did a great job and were happy with the result. I had my LVP floors installed in 2020 and they are looking great. The experience with Family Floors & More was excellent. I worked mostly with Calvin and Brett. They were so patient and offered their knowledge the many many times I visited their shop due to my inability to make a decision on the flooring. Like another reviewer, I found their shop because I was looking for Hallmark flooring at the time. I ended up going with LVP instead but I can't say enough about how patient and nice everyone was. The installation went great. I also purchased our countertops from them and love those also. Andy is also great, I worked with him more toward the end of my experience with Family Floors & More but he was also very friendly and wanting to help. I would use them again for sure.

The showroom has a lot of quality product at reasonable prices.
