EZ Tile came in and saved the day! The first time they installed an amazing granite slab in the kitchen. This time we thought we would have a friend of a friend do the installation. This was a mistake and the granite we had purchased elsewhere was broken and a complete loss. I called Karen and Valentin and they were the best. Karen asked why I had not used then in the first place and I had no good answer! They came in and did top quality work as always! I can't say Enough for EZ Tile but I have to include that these are stand up folks that ALWAYS do the job right. Good job EZ Tile!!

EZ Tile and Marble recently did a small bathroom remodel for us and we are extremely excited about their work and customer service. Even though it was a small job, they were prompt and produced a quality product that was beyond our expectations. The granite work was gorgeous and the tile floor was done with expertise and care. We had no idea what we wanted to get for new countertops and where to start. They were so helpful and I really loved that they were not pushy at all. So easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling. The granite turned out amazing and the guys took much care to not make a mess. These guys are so aw! They got me the quartz I wanted and did everything in just a few weeks while Home Depot quoted me 3-4 months! And the price was amazing!!! They did such a good job and were so incredibly nice! I would definitely recommend them!

We had EZ do our kitchen, laundry and bath floors as well a bathroom counters and updated our hall storage with a new granite counter as well. From start to finish everyone at EZ tile have been amazing!! Karen came out to measure and I told her exactly what I was looking for and she picked the perfect flooring and counter options for me. Jeremy who did most of our install was so courteous and did a beautiful job! Valentins granite work is exquisite!! (See the pictures!!) Thank you all for making our new house our home this is exactly what I pictured and we couldn't be happier.

We used EZ Tile and Marble for a tile job in our master bedroom and laundry room. This company was nothing less than FANTASTIC! From our visit to the showroom where Karen discussed our needs and showed us some options and helped us come up with a design. The install when great, the guys showed up on time everyday and stayed until at least 3 pm each day. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't track dust or dirt into the house. They even replaced an additional new toilet we bought in our guest bathroom and happily hauled away the old ones. I highly recommend this company. They are as hard working and professional as it gets.

We ordered our granite from the store and Valentin and his crew put the counter tops in and look great. We asked if they could come back to install the granite counter top for the island but didn't know when the island would be ready, they said no problem, to just let them know when the island was ready and they would install the counter top. It looks amazing!!! We waited to figure out what we wanted to do for the backsplash, so once we decided, Karen helped us figure out what matched with our granite, and she was fabulous. Valentin did an amazing job on my home. He installed granite counter tops, tile backsplash and laminate flooring. The work is perfect. I had granite installed for my counter tops. The placement of the 2 seams are perfectly located and flows nice with the granite design. My backsplash is 6 x 6 ceramic tile with 2" glass tile insert, and it looks awesome. Valentin's expertise and advice was invaluable when it came number and placement of glass inserts. I am in love with the tile back splash. The icing on the cake!! I had 12mm Yorkshire Walnut laminate flooring and did a wonderful job. The layout looks natural and flows nicely. I get compliments from all who see it. Valentin and his staff did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend Valentin and EZ Tile & Marble for your granite, tile or flooring needs. He will not disappoint. My kitchen and home transformation is beautiful!! Thank you Valentin. I will definitely be calling again for my next remodeling project.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to Val Gheorma of E-Z TILE AND MARBLE for the wonderful job he and his crew did on my new counter-tops and sinks. My kitchen and bathrooms now look completely brand new and the work they did most definitely raised the value of my home. They were extremely professional and courteous during installation and after. My house was put back together and all the affected surfaces were cleaned and vacuumed before they left. In addition, they were very quick and efficient, saving us money. Everything was done in a very professional manner and even the clean up was excellent. I can't recommend them highly enough! EZ Tile and Marble has done many projects at our home. We started with wood laminate floors, then tile in our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room and most recently granite countertops. Each project looks great. The team was clean and professional. The tile we chose had some air holes which appeared after a few weeks of use (it was a natural stone). Valentin came back and filled in the holes at no charge. Now you can't tell they were ever there. We plan to upgrade to granite countertops in our bathroom next and will use EZ Tile and Marble again. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We just had Valentin and his crew complete our granite counter top and backsplash. They did a great job with attention to detail. Our backsplash at our peninsula was done in granite. We didn't like the square edge cut and asked Valentin to round the edges. He fixed it to our liking without question. Our other backsplash was done in travertine tile and looks awesome. Granite seems were matched nicely and the veins in the granite flow at the seem as if it is one piece.

I called Karen right after Thanksgiving and asked if they had time to do a tile back splash in our kitchen before Christmas and she said no problem they had a big job they were on and it would be about a week before they finished and we would be next. She called and said the job was done and they would get to us the next week. We were really excited and they never came keep saying next week right up tell 12/18 when I finally had to demand a date and thats when she said sometime after christmas. We could have had the job done by someone else for Christmas but its too late now. If you need or want your job done in a timely fashion I would look else where.

The very first thing you should do is read the reviews! We hired these so called contractors to do a improvement and it was a nightmare from start to end! Valentin's wife(Karen) dropped the ball so much she had to come back 3x for measurements,in planning stage we were quoted 6600$ for the kitchen and when we arrived at showroom to do financials the price suddenly increased to $9600 and they would not tell us why! Well it gets better, we are called and told they were cutting our stone and we could come by and look at it! So glad we did because Valentin cut the wrong color stone! Wow just watching the man lose all the blood in his face was so sad but we were given the stone we chose! Next as the stone was put in our island had a huge yellow corner that stood out and upon inspecting I determined it was not stone but some sort of resin! When questioned Valentin admitted they had broke the stone during the cut! Well we paid for stone 100% so that's what I wanted not some dirtbag way of sneaking it in on the customer! As for their workmanship? Ha Ha what a joke! It went 1 month over deadline, the only good part of this company is the laborers,Jeremy the demo and tile guy is Karen's son and good at what he does and Mario does demo and fabrication and is awesome as well! And finally Karen took full payment without our knowledge or consent which in California is illegal and I am deciding whether to sue them or yank their license believe me they are the worst and after Karen asked for a partial payment I told her we would come by as my wife didn't get home till 130- we arrived at the shop at 150 only to find they had closed the business to attend their grandsons graduation which was a ridiculous thing to do when you need payment but then again they just took full payment before they were allowed by law to do!Finally after threatening to go to the California state licensing board and file a complaint the owner Valentin showed up and we chatted for about 15 minutes where he assured me he would stand behind his so called workmanship and we shook hands and since then I've reached out to him twice and he won't even return a phone call? Very very bad business people and please do some research before you hire these so called contractors and if you think you would like to hire them, I will gladly let you into my home to see the shitty work Valentin does

The only reason they get 1 star is because I cannot give them a zero. Unbelievable!! So many chances were given in their direction to do the right thing, but not them. My attorney was convincing in the end. 100% failure for the install.

From my observation...Valentine must not have had too much experience in granite installation. For some reason, he chose to do the cut out for the cook top on site, which resulted in him letting the large granite cutout fall through and gouge my beautiful, brand new, cabinets. Then his worker vacuumed up my shelf clips, leaving me with no way to install the shelves. When laying another slab of granite, he again scratched my brand new cabinets and did not offer to repair it. On one of the back splashes, there is a rather large seam gap, and the granite he pieced in is not flush. It is crooked and looks like CRAP! There is also a gap where the back splash meets the counter top, causing water to pond. I had asked him multiple times to fix this, both by phone and email, but no response. Don't know about his tile expertise, but I would never hire him again to do granite!
