I needed my granite countertop trimmed so my new refrigerator would fit. I called three other companies and not one of them called back! When I called EZ Granite, they said they could do the job and were at my house a day later. :) After the first cut, they put the refrigerator back in place and determined that it still needed a bit more to open properly. They cut the countertop again and made sure that the refrigerator fit and opened! They were friendly and professional. Thank you EZ Granite!

I Called this business and the owner has absolutely no people skills . He asked me why am I calling him I asked where his business is located ? So that I may look at his showroom . I stated sorry to have bothered you I wanted to make a purchase and you are listed your business . He said people don’t read the Ad completely I am only available by appointment . Very unfriendly and difficult to do business I do not recommend this business don’t think you should plead to have someone accept your hard earned money . ( Update ) Owner called me back after review to explain our interaction was limited in time and perhaps we had a misunderstanding. Maybe the 1 star rating was harsh . I have upgraded since I can respect the call and gesture to make things better .

I called to find out if they had scrap pieces of granite I could use for bases on my airplants on wood. The gentleman was very nice and played said he was working in the field but his brother was in the shop and I was welcome to go down there and pick up any scraps I wanted for free! He'll definitely get a free air plant from me! highly recommend! HowRad

Hugo did a job for me(gp Quigley construction) prices were fair, response time was superb, communication was 5 star. Chose the exact color for the color scheme I was going for by a one time description over the phone. If I could give them a zero, I would. The WORST company ever! I was originally going to hire him to do the countertops, but he asked about the counters and claimed that his brother was an expert cabinet installer. I was stupid enough to believe him. He (EZ Countertops) purchased the cabinets--and they got the wrong piece for the farm sink. Then he tried to blame me, saying that I needed to get a different kind of sink, even though I have a paper trail (emails) saying what kind of sink I wanted, and it was on the contract. And the cabinets that went in were all scarred. Most of the upper cabinets had penny-sized dents (from the clamps used without any padding) and some looked like a pencil had gouged into the wood. There were several gouges from where they had hit the wood with a tool and broken wood off. Most of the doors hadn't been hung right. They ordered the wrong door for another cabinet. And there was split wood! I have photos to prove all of this. It was like having the Three Stooges bumbling around my kitchen. They were NYG cabinets (another company I would steer clear of if you want a decent kitchen), and one of the cabinets came with the wrong piece. instead of getting the right piece, they took some of our wood floor and jerry-rigged it. When we confronted him, he just tried to change the subject or blame someone else. He never once said, "You are right...there is damage." We finally fired him and are finishing the mess another way. If you want anything decent in your kitchen, do not use this company or his cohorts.
