I worked with Kenneth Shackford ( project manager) at the Bridgeport store, what a difference working with someone who completely knows " cabinets " . My experience was very good with product & delivery only on cabinets (I did my own cabinet installation)and Quartz counter tops ( installed by Express Kitchen).The Quartz counter top installation went well , the price "a home run" my wife is very happy with her new kitchen.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order your cabinets from Express Kitchens. My experience with this company was a complete nightmare. I met with Richard Cruz at the Bpt location and placed my order on with him 8/19/23. I was told delivery would be on 10/20/23. The Friday before my 10/20/23 delivery, I was contacted and told my utility cabinet doors would be missing as they needed to be painted and would need to be delivered on 10/24/23. I received my order on 10/20/23. The delivery team came out twice that day because they had “forgotten a box” on the truck after they left the first time. They smelled like marijuana when they came. After unboxing, I realized I was missing my two most expensive cabinets which were my wall oven and utility cabinet (not just two cabinet doors that they said were missing) and all crown molding pieces were damaged. I immediately called Richard who refused to help me and told me I needed to “take it up with Hartford corporate office”….I reached out to the Hartford office and was pretty much told by rep, Marisol Sanchez, that they were certain all cabinets were delivered and that I needed to “triple check”…after several back and forth emails and photos sent to them, I was then told they would “reorder both cabinets and place a rush order which would be another 4 weeks, instead of 8”…after I already waited two months. I was then asked to accept the delivery on 10/24 for the cabinets doors even though they were “reordering” new cabinets with doors. I rec’d confirmation and delivery time frame one day prior. No one ever called or showed up on 10/24. I then rec’d a call later that week at 12:30 p.m. stating they had my two missing cabinets which would be delivered that same day between 12-2…it was 12:30 when they called! Why was it ready so soon and ready to be delivered at the time of the call? This was because these were not a reorder..those were the original cabinets they lost on 10/20..how do I know this? When they were delivered on 11/6 after i requested a later date so that they could deliver when I was home, they still had the 10/20 delivery date stickers on them but tried to cover them up with 11/6 delivery date stickers. Now at this point I am still waiting for a new order of crown molding which I was told by Hartford rep, Marisol Sanchez, would be deliver on 11/27/23. I received confirmation with delivery time frame on 11/26…on 11/27 no one called or showed up. I rec’d a text later in the day that it was rescheduled for 12/8/23.. I received confirmation with delivery time frame on 12/7/23…On 12/8/23, guess what happened? You guess it, no one called or showed up and rec’d a text stating rescheduled for 12/14/23..this happened several times until the it was finally delivered but when it was I received all white crown molding..my cabinets are midnight blue..at this point my emails were escalated to Karen Martelli who is a supervisor and she eventually hand delivered the correct ones herself the same day i received the wrong ones..then there was an issue with an end panel which had to be reordered but again experienced no shows when it was supposed to be delivered and when it was, the wrong end was delivered and had to be redone again..my experience with them was horrific and would never in my life recommend them. I didn’t get my finished kitchen end of Jan 2024. I waited so long to post my review due to other life stressors I was dealing with at the time but finally posted it. Stay far away

Installing our second kitchen.
The kitchen planners where great.
Multiple drawings to confirm layout.
They do offer installation but we chose to install ourselves.
Lots of choice for every budget.
I would say the the after sales service was very good.
The build quality for the money is incredible as I build custom cabinets.
Delivery time was very quick less than 2 weeks

Horrible experience. I must admit, the 5 day delivery guarantee got me convinced to go with this company. What a mistake. Cabinets are horribly assembled out of extremely cheap material. Cabinets arrived damaged, scratched, you name it. One door was damaged and wrapped with plastic to be sent out. Not sure what to call that oversight.
Been fighting over replacing of $127 cabinet damaged inside for few days now. To all, please stay away. Home Depot is really not that bad

Kenneth was so amazing! He truly cared how to make sure my kitchen has a nice flow and I would have no problem open any appliances and cabinets next to them at the same time. Kenneth took his time to make sure everything look nice and symmetrical. He has the best advices on everything I was asking. Very patient, intelligent and with nice sence of humor! It was truly great experience. Can't wait to see my new kitchen ! Thank you so much!

I love my new cabinets. Planning with drawings began with just a few photos of my existing cabinets and was finalized with an in home measuring. Showroom had lots of colors and styles to choose from. Pre install inspection was professional and gave me a realistic time frame for installation. Installation was quick, clean, and professional. An amazing one man operation. He removed all my existing cabinets and installed my new ones in just two days. Cleaning up as he worked non stop. Through the entire process a representative from the company was in constant contact with me.
